I went there for two visits to see why a sore was not healing. After waiting for over an hour to see the doctor, I felt that with the doctor was rushed. The doctor was gentle but felt uncomfortable.

As of right now, I've been on hold with this office for 59 minutes, according to my cell phone's call timer. They immediately put me on hold and since I was getting ready anyway, I just put them on speaker phone to wait it out while getting ready. My husband called after 30 minutes to find out what was going on and she tried to immediately put him on hold too but when he said "No, my wife's been in hold for 30 minutes, what's going on?" She said they were experiencing high call volume and put him on hold. So I've kept it in speaker mode this whole time. Still no answer. Clearly this office needs quality assurance or a supervisor on duty or something because these receptionists are obviously not doing their jobs - they're just sticking people on hold and not answering the phones. All this just to reschedule an appointment that THEY called me to reschedule!
