I've been a patient of Dr Dello Russo's for over 40 years and 10 years ago had lasik surgery with great results. Last week had my annual exam and did not have to wait long, treated by a courteous and professional staff. Feels good to go a Doctor's office that I can trust for myself and my whole family.

The lasik surgery was quick and didnt feel a thing. I did feel rushed into it but kendrick was very helpful. He always answered my calls when ever i had any questions. I did this for a job and he told me he will help me with the paperwork if needed. Very nice people and the front desk ladies were helpful also.

Honestly, if you're looking to have lasik eye surgery I recommend Dr. Dello Russo! Everyone was incredibly friendly and not to mention I have perfect 20/20 vision! Big thanks to Dr. Mike who was in charge of my case :)

My friends mom needed cataract surgery and we found this place since we live in Bergen County. my friend contacted eye center to make an appointment and we came there on Feb 24 for check up. Our surgery was scheduled on March 10th. Doctor said that everything went smoothly and as planned. We are very thankful to Dr. James and Dr. Michael Su. They were very kind and patiently explained every step that they are going to take.

The office is superb! I was seen by Dr. Dello Russo. The front desk is very polite and professional. Allison was very helpful in helping me with any insurance questions and actually went out of her way to let me know I have additional vision coverage through my medical! With this I was able to be seen by the technicians and able to get great deals with the optical department! Definitely going to continue coming here every year the staff and building itself is well kept and the entire visit was exquisite !

My previous review is not posted. I went to NJEC and first asked how much it will cost me. The receptionist said nothing only then I got appointment for next day. After a few weeks I was billed for $71,36. I went there, they did not accept there mistake and insist me to pay. I went again and met doctor he told lady ( may be accountant) and she agreed to give me 30% discount of 71.36 (discount $21.36) so remaining I paid $ 50. 00 The next day & day after they called for payment and sent me email also. Last week I got reminder in mail. My I was checked and they found no eye pressure. After agreeing to give discount, asking payment is like cheating. They can lie again and again to grab money, It looks money is more important than service or character. How anyone expect customer to revisit with services like that?

From Natalie being helpful in verifying my vision coverage at check in, to the technicians answering all my questions, all the down to the great bedside manners presented by Dr. DelloRusso. I would def. recommend this place to all. Even my optical experience was pleasant as I walked out with a brand new pair of glasses.

My visit today was the last time I will have come here. I will not bother with waiting times that regularly exceed an hour long just for a simple vision check. Today I was at this location for over two hours. I had an appointment made for today, done online. I did not see a doctor until over an hour and a half after my appointment. The administrative staff did not communicate problems well, and it was unclear whether the appointments were respected. I would have given a higher two-star rating if only so as to not put down a one-star "hated it" rating. What changed my mind was being sent an email from this office when I distinctly checked the box indicating I didn't want to be on any list.

I had a great experience here, I saw Dr. Parisi and he was amazing. He took his time with the exam I didn't feel rushed or anything even though there was a full waiting room of patients to be seen after me. he answered all my questions and was was very informative. The young lady in the front desk, natalie, was also very polite when things got a little crazy with all the patients in the waiting room she kept everything calm and would let us know when it was almost out turn to be seen.

My mom has narrow angle glaucoma and she had sudden eye pressure spike on October 29th. We needed glaucoma specialist to do iridotomy laser. Thankfully we reached eye center on time and glaucoma specialist Dr. Parisi did iridotomy laser. We are so thankful to New Jersey Eye Center and Dr. Parisi for arranging everything on time and doing great job. We definitely recommend this place.

Disappointed. Although there are decent people working in this eye center, overall, I did not have a positive experience, and the reasons are as follows: 1. Before the surgery my eye numbers were 2 and 2, and after the surgery one of them is still 0.75 and has become irritated and is still red and dry after 6 months. When I first asked the dr. what my exact numbers are he said: "why do you care about the number?!" which is the answer I expect from a random person on the street, not an eye surgeon. 2. They set the wrong expectation for the patient. They told me that 24 hrs after the surgery you will be in a shape that you can easily do things like driving, etc.; but after 24 hours I was very far from that stage and I got there only after 4 days. 3. I had a follow-up appointment on Dec. 26 and they said we are open till 6pm, but when I got there at 5:15 they were closed and when I called them they were like: oh sorry! we should have mentioned that the building is closing earlier today.

I am very unsatisfied with this place not even an establishment. I am utterly disgusted with the billing manager Tracey. I call day after day and she never returns my calls, I come in person and she always somehow leaves early. WHAT KIND OF BILLING MANAGER ARE YOU?! But luckily this time when I came in the wonderful helpful girls at the front desk were there to kindly discuss the problem with my bill and explain opthomology terminology. I don't understand how this place runs when nobody is around to help! I would have given this place 1 star but the girls at the front desk made my unpleasant visit an "okay" visit. If i ever come back its to say hello to the ladies not to be seen again and end up with ANOTHER bill to be unexplained

This office is great! Allison had squeezed me in for an emergency appointment with Dr. Parisi. She was very accommodating with my schedule and Dr. Parisi was able to see me. He was very thorough with the visit and had given me drop samples to help my redness go away. The entire staff from the front desk to the technicians are all very courteous, respectful and knowledge. So my appointment was made using a service the New Jersey Eye Center uses to list themselves on. I get there and they don't have my appointment and they are booked for the whole day. My friend has also experienced the same thing with them and it is not good customer service. If that service they are using is not working properly and patients are being impacted then do something about it. Don't just act like it's a small thing and laugh it off. Greatly disappointed with this practice and I'll be taking my business elsewhere .
