I have been looking for an OBGYN in my area for a while. I have to say my experience as a new patient at New Beginnings was top notch! The front staff was professional and courteous. My wait time was very short. NP Michele Gavala was very sweet. She took her time and answered all of my questions. I am so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this office. Thank you for reminding me that there are still good professional doctors offices out there. SR

If I could give New Beginnings 10 stars I would! From the front desk staff to Vanessa who takes blood and vitals to Michelle the PA, everyone is amazing! Not only is this staff professional, they are super friendly and helpful! I recently had to change doctors. My last doctor was uninformative and her staff was just as bad. I had the best first appointment at new beginnings! They took their time with me and asked me questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I left with a goodie bag filled with things I can use and Pamphlets of thing I need to know! What a great experience. So happy I found them!

Loved this office and the staff. My appointment was with Dr.Chang and although he was very kind and friendly, I won’t be coming back to see him. It was very obvious that he was fresh out of his residency and I think he should shadow Dr. Pinto before he has his own Patients. I wish I had made my appointment with Dr. Pinto instead and I highly recommend him and the practice. I just don’t recommend seeing Dr. Chang.

Awesome in every way. My wife was seen here for our third baby and they provided exceptional care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is fast and timely. They even do follow up visits and calls to ensure baby and mother are doing well. They have an amazing 24 hour on call service that can link you directly to the doctor in case of emergency. Definitely recommend any expecting parents to see them for all things baby!

My first time at New Beginnings was yesterday and I saw Dr. Chang - I cannot stress enough how thorough, patient and knowledgeable he was. After seeing him, he made an appointment for me to get a very specific ultrasound done at another location and demanded I get seen by Women's Health Care Imaging (10 min away from them) immediately. He even said, "worst case scenario, you can see them tomorrow but I prefer it to be right now". I was highly impressed with his ambition to find the route of the problem and I was extremely grate for Women's Health Care Imaging to take care of me ASAP and call my doctor immediately. He then spoke to me on the phone and was very thorough and kind. I have found my one and only obgyn.

I went to New Beginnings today for the first time. I was dissapointed ar first when I called because I wanted to see Dr Pinto but they said I'd had to wait over a month, so They gave me an app with Dr. Cannon. She rocks! It's like having a cup of coffee with your best friend. She makes you feel comfortable, listens at everything you have to say, and shares her opinions freely without pushing you to do anything. She is very professional and caring, and by the time it was papsmere time I felt confortable enough. I must say she is very careful not to hirt you and make you feel comfortable. Then I got bloodwork. Rafaela was kind and gentle, and actually took blood without a problem (lab techs usually have problems finding my vein) I can't be happier I found thid place. Love it.

Absolutely love it! I chose this OB office based on the reviews. Even though I wasn't lucky enough to have Dr Pinto for my labor I still enjoyed my visits. He is really a pleasent doctor. Hopefully with our next child he will be there:-).

I have been a patient from DR. JOSE PINTO since last year and 2 factors happened for me to give them 1 star. First I had an infection was going on which my tests showed some alterations so asked Dr. What was next step so he wanted to do an biopsy which I agreed. So results came out ok and we made appointment for six months later. So a month later Something came out of me and called them they said was Candida which they prescribed the medication used and not helped. After all the this stress out I found another doctor who gave me the property treatment and got better.

Absolutely love this office. I’ve seen both Dr. Chang and Dr. Pinto and they’re both caring doctors. I cannot stress how amazing it is to come in and have the doctors personally do an ultrasound and narrate how and what the baby is doing. Very impressive! I’ve been to other physicians in the past and never had a doctor do an ultrasound, always an ultrasound technician, which is okay, but having the physician be there and explain every detail just shows how much they care. The staff is just as great as the doctors. Very polite and sweet. I definitely recommend! :)

Doctor Pinto is an amazing doctor who you can tell loves his work. Throughout my wife's pregnancy him and the staff supported a "no" change approach to my wife's life (obviously some things changed but nothing drastic) which made life a little easier. They also checked the baby every visit and provide prints if we wanted them. All that made the experience good but the truly amazing actions by doctor Pinto and doctor Chang through our 20hr delivery makes me and my wife feel blessed to have had them as our doctors. They kept the labor and delivery moving it seemed like every time they came in the room something happened to progress the delivery.
