This place was great and I went there for a year without any issues. Then they suddenly told me that they wouldn’t renew a script for a drug I have been taking for 15 years without a “medication check in” which would have meant 4 completely unnecessary office visits a year for a medication where the worst listed side effect is a runny nose. No other doctor had ever required these types of visits before and the rationale the owner of the practice gave me was completely absurd. He said that these visits were needed just in case I went to an urgent care center and they gave me another script that created an issue with drug interactions. So he was basically saying that he had a policy of dragging people in every few months just on the off chance that they went somewhere else and that place basically committed malpractice by prescribing a medication without checking to see the patient was already on a drug that would cause a problem. It was a really obscure, bizarre and nonsensical explanation. He also said that a few other patients had complained and he basically tells them they can leave his practice if they don’t like his ridiculous policy. I told him that it sounded like his policy was more about money than medicine and left the practice. It’s a shame because the NP and other doctor were both great and never pulled this stunt about “medication check ins” to generate pointless office visits. Doctors like this one are the reason why our health care system is so inefficient and expensive.

Highly recommend this pediatric group. Dr. John Mirmanesh and all of the other physicians are wonderful! Our oldest has been there over 4 years and our youngest is 5 weeks old. They are always extremely thorough on each visit and make us feel at ease with everything.

Been with Dr.Jay for the last 4 years for both our kids. He has been most patient and helpful in listening to our issues and prescribing meds only if necessary. The trick to beating the long wait times is to be in 10 min prior.

In these times when the medical industry has been making bigger and bigger demands on how Doctors can run their practices, these doctors have always done their best to put us first.

Dr John Mirmanesh is amazing, I don’t ever feel rushed and trust me, I talk too much. The office staff is amazing as well. As a medical professional myself, it’s important for me to find someone that fits our family and Dr John Mirmanesh does just that. He will try as much as he can to remedy your fears as a new parent and gives solid and helpful advice or recommendations. I can’t vouch for the adult practice, but I can for the pediatric aspect and Dr John M.

My family has been seeing Dr John for almost 6 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr John is incredibly smart and also take the time to explain things and answer questions in great detail. This always makes me feel like my kids are in good hands! Also the staff is very friendly and are great with my kids and also see many of the same faces over the years which is also a sign of a great doctors office.

If there was a minus star review I would probably do minus 5 stars! Please stay away from this practice! They are lucrative and rude!! I took my son for the first time for an annual exam and had several concerns. He was seen by nurse practitioner Natalie! She was arrogant and kept denying any requests from me! (My sons toenail had what appear to be fungus and she wouldn’t prescribe an ointment without requesting lab done, for a topical ointment!!???) She told me my son was healthy but recommended an annecesary EKG test that had to be done in office and wasn’t covered by insurance!( Due to fact that is not medically necessary!!) We left the office under the belief that my son’s physical form was done when they omitted to tell me that they weren’t clearing him because I didn’t want to pay for the unnecessary EKG!! Two weeks later I find out from my sons school nurse that the physical is incomplete!! They crushed my sons dreams of playing sports in school this year because of their greedyness!! Please stay away from them and let anyone know to keep away!!! Additionally, they charge extra for everything!! They give you a small questionnaire at the beginning of appointment to ask how you are feeling that day and they charged us $14 for it! The physical form was an additional $10 dollars! Etc!!! We recently moved to the Winslow/Voorhees area and wanted to find a good family doctor but ended up with this nightmare of an office!!!
