The doctor is okay but the front desk is awful. I went there to have the doctor take a look at my sudden adult acne who prescribed me a few medications. The visit was super rushed but he told me to come back in six weeks following the treatment, free of charge of co-pay for the visit. When I came back six weeks later, I told the front desk of this and they were rude and unrelenting. I told them up-front I didn't want to be seen if I had to pay and they told me to see the doctor and then they would deal with it after. They essentially tricked me because they still charged me after. One particular lady, Allison, started arguing with me and insulted me in front of the waiting room. I saw a complete lack of professionalism on her part. I felt the matter could have been dealt with much better. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend others here.

Dr. Lee butchered my face years ago when removing a cyst. He should have referred me to a plastic surgeon but preferred making a large sum of money. He butchered me leaving a scar that will be there for the rest of my life. Shame on him for not sending me to a plastic surgeon!
