I have never loved seeing my OBGYN before seeing Dr. Mann. She's so easy to talk to and so personable! I feel like I'm talking to a friend. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares for her patients. If it's possible to be excited to see the doctor, it's with her! She hears what you want during the consultation and comes up with options and backup options. She's very helpful with the information she gives and tells me her own opinions and experiences with the options she comes up with, so you don't have to vaguely guess what to expect. Don't listen to the bad reviews (which I'm surprised there are any towards her directly); the staff is very friendly in my honest opinion, all katuie,erika and donna are awesome, they make you feel comfortable. Just go see her already!!! I've never had a doctor I've liked as much as her. She's the best female obgyn I've had all my life!! And that says a lot.I'm glad I finally found a female obgyn that's not rude or uncaring.Shes Very professional and very pretty..I'm glad I didn't listened to google reviews

Dr Mann is an excellent doctor, my wife is seeing her since her last pregnancy, Dr Mann delivered our first baby boy, she was excellent, I found her to be very thorough.We did not feel rushed, Dr Mann's demeanor was very welcoming, we are seeing her for our second baby, she never rushes you to have a csection ,she did an awesome job with her first pregnancy and made it a vaginal delivery that's what we like the most, Outstanding team effort, staff is very good, Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the wonderful care we have received from her.She is the best

I liked Dr Mann throughout my pregnancy. Her bedside manner was pleasant and she was informative when any questions arose... Dr. Mann is an excellent doctor. While I am Impressed with her credentials, experience and expertise, I find that she possesses other qualities that a woman looks for in her ob/gyn. She is interested in what I have to say. I have found Dr. Mann to be respectful and compassionate about the discomforts and problems a women faces. She is a very good listener and I have always found her advice helpful. She never makes me feel rushed, embarrassed, or unimportant. She takes my questions seriously and makes sure that I understand the options she suggests. Best of all, she is gentle and genuinely caring. I unreservedly recommend her.

Dr. Mann is great! She has a bright smile and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her bedside manners were very good. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Dr Mann and her staff ,Dr.Mann was very professional, kind, and communicated very well with me. She answered all my questions in way I could understand and provide me additional information about my questions. She was very thorough with examination and told me step by step step what she was doing during the examination. She delivered my son , it was a high risk pregnancy and everyone asked me to go for an elective Csection, but it was doctor Mann 's effort that she never lost hope and help me deliver vaginally, you are a godsend, you are the best,Very glad to have her as my MD I feel comfortable with her and definitely would recommend her to my friends and family. I experienced highly unprofessional and dishonest doctor. I booked (by phone) Dr. Mann for my pregnant wife. I explained reasons for transfer from another doctor, medical history and they happily gave us green light to come. The wait was 10 calendar days. When we finally met, and after one-hour wait in lobby, Dr Mann only called in my wife and refused to speak to let me in despite my wife’s insistence - reasons best known to her. Remember I’m the one who booked and the principal insured. At the end, she said she won’t take her as a client. If this is not unprofessionalism and dishonesty, then tell me what it is. I would never recommend this doctor.

ZERO STARS. I wanted to go to Dr.Mann because of all the positive review I read, unfortunately I had a 2.hour.wait. and I still would have been waiting an other 30 mins if I didn’t walk out. No respect for peoples time, what a waste of my evening.

She is incredible! I’ve seen 5 different gynecologists in the past 4 years because I couldn’t find someone who actually listened to me. Dr. Mann listened to me, addressed my concerns, and even did an ultrasound to confirm her assessment. The ultrasound technician was lovely. I’m so excited to have found this office! Everyone was so kind. Never seeing a different gynecologist again!

Terrible experience. Was there for a routine visit and took over an hour past my appointment time to even see the doctor. Asked for the generic version of medication that my insurance would cover- they Sent a non generic version that is well known as being the highest priced version that my insurance covered $0 of. They are now unresponsive to my calls and emails to change this.

I’m so surprised at the positive reviews. I thought this place was filthy. The workers were unprofessional and more concerned about vacation on Friday. The nurse didn’t even leave the room while I got undressed for a routine annual. I filled out a ton of paperwork for her to not even read it and ask me every single question again.They kept asking me, “why are you here?” Umm..just a routine checkup ma’am because I care about my health. The appointment lasted two mins and she said they couldn’t do blood work because of my insurance. If you couldn’t see me because of an insurance issue just say that. Don’t give me a half assed exam and walk out the room. She took a swab and told me to check their portal in 10 days. I just moved to JC but I’m switching my insurance back to NYC and I’m going back to Downtown Women in Soho. My time is vauluable and I hate that I wasted it this place. I also prefer to feel comfortable and clean at doctors office.

It was a relief to have a young, smart and efficient doctor who cares for you shows empathy, I also appreciated that she talked me through the procedure and examinations as she progressed. This made me feel more comfortable than I ever have during a PAP smear or routine examination. My wife and I happy are happy today because of the fragile care we have received from Dr. Mann during my wife's beautiful Pregnancy journey. She also provided 24/7 post-pregnancy support and advice, for which we are very much thankful to her. Except for the wait time at her office during the appointments (which BTW- is totally understandable, due to the commitment she shows towards each Patient, and being a lifesaving Doctor is not at all an easy job.) Also, we use to visit her at both the locations in Jersey City, and Saddle Brook. I love the saddle brook location because of the variety of restaurants in the hospital complex- grab a slice of Italian pizza next door there, and ice-cream in the parking lot complex. And also her office assistants, and receptionists are very friendly. We could directly witness her impeccable work during the final phases of my wife's pregnancy, and the labor time is simply commendable. During the initial stages of my wife’s pregnancy, and before knowing and consulting Dr.Mann-- we’ve consulted with other Doctors in the Jersey City area- and our decision to consult them was purely based on the online ratings, but the actual experience was drastically different. I’d urge such practitioners to Dr.Mann to review and learn the epitome of “How to provide perfect medical treatment to Patients.” She’s a God sent Messiah, and happy to recommend and give her a 5-star rating.

Hi would like to say that she is as great doctor,have seen her in both the location in saddle brook and on jersey city. My wife tried multiple OBGYNs before we found Dr. Mann. In all our appointments, Dr. Mann patiently listens to all our questions and answers them. She is very knowledgeable and amicable. She also delivered our baby - dr. Mann spent several hours with us and guided us throughout the process. Unlike some other doctors I’ve seen, she doesn’t rush through patients and instead ensures we get the proper care we need. A slight downside of this is that the wait times at her office can be slightly longer. But we really like that she puts her patients first.

I liked Dr.Mann's personality. She gives it to me straight, but with a fantastic beside manner. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable. talking to Dr.Mann is sort of like talking with a friend. I also like that even though she has a ton of patients to see, she doesn't seem rushed and seems like she genuinely wants to know if I have any questions or concerns. I try to go in there with my questions laid out before hand so I don't waste time, We couldn't imagine going through the experience of our pregnancy and birth without Dr. Mann.She has great bedside manner, listened to our questions and concerns, and presented/educated us with multiple options (instead of pushing a personal agenda) when it came time to making some key decisions in our pregnancy. After every doctor visit we walked out thanking our lucky stars we have Dr. Mann.I had a previous c section but with her skills she made it possible for me to deliver my second child normally and prevented a c section, really appreciate her effort,she is the best, highly recommended, if you are pregnant and looking for best prenatal care, just see Dr.Mann, you will love her

I had a wonderful experience I just recently had my second child and I picked Dr .Mann for so many reasons. I am a very anxious person and need so much reassurance that everything is ok. Dr Mann was the most calming nicest dr I have ever had from the moment I met her she always made me feel so much better and helped my nerves. Dr. Mann and her staff are amazing! Each staff member clearly cares about you as a person and once you become a patient, you become family. When you call the office, you are greeted by Stephanie or daifry. They are helpful and friendly, always ensuring that the office is meeting your needs. The team atmosphere sometimes have you chatting with Maria and Erica! Maria will gladly answer your questions and assist you, too! You can interact with any nurse here and quickly come to realize that they enjoy working with each other and love what they do. Dr.Mann is not only a super doctor, but a great person. She takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. She possesses an uncommon talent to take complicated medical issues and explain them in plain English to the average person. This is the sign of a true expert in their craft! Two pregnancies with the need for multiple ultrasounds led me to interact numerous times with Laxmi and Tamar. Again,they are person who is an expert, can easily explain everything and is incredibly caring! I had the opportunity to witness Dr Mann teach and interact with an intern. You can tell she lives for and loves what she does! This place is highly recommended, and have the lowest c section rates, i found them on zocdoc but nowdays they have very limited appointment slots on zocdoc try calling the office directly they see you asap.Highly recommended

Called in to make an appointment with Dr. Manpreet Mann for my wife. Note that this review is not of the doctor herself but of the receptionist. A doctor patient relationship is based on the familiarity with the doctor and hence why a patient would like to go back to one (regardless of circumstance, no she is not pregnant for the fifth time!). Instead of the courtesy of saying that the doctor is out of the office the receptionist continually treated me like I was an idiot and literally spelled out why it was a mistake for me to make an appointment at an OBGYN. After I asked her to stop talking over me she, she asked are you done? and hung up the phone abruptly. I'm not sure why a receptionist would have this much attitude but it is not good for business.

Dr Mann is the best - I ended up being induced a few weeks early with our first and she made me feel extremely well informed on the risks/trade offs with being induced vs not and confident in my decision. She is the most patient doctor I've ever worked with (answers all those first time pregnancy questions without making you feel rushed or silly), and ALWAYS has a smile on her face. When I delivered at Hackensack university medical center yes as I did not want to deliver at Jersey city medical center I personally think that hospital is aweful, I had 3 separate nurses also tell me how much they loved working with her too. her staff is also amazing .Highly recommended

Best practice ever. When I first found out I was pregnant, I went to three different practices before deciding on Dr Mann. Everyone in the practice is top notch. The staff is professional, warm and inviting. You never sit in the waiting room feeling awkward. As someone who was working in NYC but living in NJ (wanting to deliver at Hackensack) their office was conveniently located and very accommodating for appointments.HAVE LIMITED AVAILABILITY ON ZOCDOC, but if you call the office directly they are happy to accommodate you and give you appointment asap, very good doctor talks to you like a friend, delivered my first baby and had a wonderful experience

This place is truly as good as it gets. I currently delivered my son yesterday my journey with Dr Mann and JNOBGYN staff has been so smooth and comfortable. ALL the staff and doctor are extremely friendly and genuinely want to know everything going on in your pregnancy. I have never felt rushed during an appointment the doctor gives you ample time and listens to all your concerns. The office is an extremely smooth, well-oiled machine. . For longer appointments, like ultrasounds and blood tests, they also get you in and out as soon as possible without making you feel rushed. They are very efficient and friendly at the same time. The entire staff is friendly and genuine. I am so glad I picked Dr Mann for my 1st pregnancy and I knew when baby comes I'll be in the best of hands , i did my home work before picking Dr.Mann, she is very calm and patient, she pushed with me for 6 hours starting 3 am at night,i even had no hopes of delivering vaginally, but hats off to her and her patience she kept encouraging me and finally because of her i could deliver my son vaginally and escaped the Csection, She is the best obgyn, is you are under her care i would say you are under the safest hand and chances of you having a c section is the least, i would recommend my friend and family for sure THANK YOU!! Dr Mann, you are the best, i admire you patience

I had to write this update because Dr. Mann is incredible. I had a breeched baby (head up, not in birthing position) my ENTIRE pregnancy. My little girl wasn't going anywhere, even after I attempted all recommended techniques to try to turn her. I had to schedule a C-Section because it's dangerous to deliver a baby breech but Dr. Mann said she wanted to attempt a procedure called an External Version. You should look it up...it's really intense. In a nut shell, they try to flip the baby externally by manhandling your belly. Most doctors would just go straight for surgery but she wanted to give me the best chance to have a natural delivery. I check in to the hospital at 6am mentally ready to get a C-section but giving the External Version a shot. After 20 grueling minutes, she was able to successfully turn my baby, break my water, and put me into labor. I was able to have a natural birth!! The whole process was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Every nurse I encountered was shocked that Dr.Mann turned my baby. Some shared that most Doctors would just do a C-section, others shared how great but rare this procedure was. They were all very impressed with Dr. Mann to say the least. I am just so thankful that she cares about doing whatever it takes to deliver babies as "natural" (vaginal...not w/o intervention) as possible but more importantly...healthy!

I have found my forever gyno for sure. office is so clean and lovely as well, the girls are awesome, very friendly, i see her in both locations, i would highly recommend her. She is the best!!!!

Terrible inefficient staff who has no clue on what they are doing. Went for a pregnancy, We had to constantly remind them everytime that they have to take tests. And they make you take separate ultrasound appointments on weekend, so they could mint more money per visit. The worst was when we had an emergency, the staff asked us to come in to the office, and only to know the doctor has an alternate practice location. To top it, they blamed it on us saying we went to the wrong practice. There is absolutely zero guarantees this doctor can handle any urgent situation. The doctor does nothing except a sweet talk every time, very little aware of any procedure/tests. As a pregnant women, they dint do any prenatal checkup for me till 10th week which baffled the ER physician and my new OB-GYN i met after this practice. Also the pratice is filthy, has zero cleanliness, cant imagine a doctor having such a dirty office

Overall good experience with doctor, very friendly and understanding, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact when I had my blood drawn the phlebotomist at the saddle brook located did NOT wear gloves she was extremely unprofessional and drew my blood with ONE BARE HAND while on the PHONE with another, and barely spoke to me even after she finished just rushed out the door like I didn’t even exist, it’s such a shame bc the doctor is phenomenal she just needs to get a new phlebotomist who can act the same

My experience here was very poor. The staff and the office is so mismanaged. Long waiting time and you get to see the doctor just for few mins. Though she answered my questions but she’s always in a rush due to overbooking. The office is dull and crumpled.
