HORRIBLE Customer Service, UNPROFESSIONALISM and GREED is the driving force behind Ingleton Dermatology. I was recommended by a friend who told me about this awesome Dermatologist, so I was ok paying the $300.00 consultation fee. After about three (3) days of using the products that were prescribed, I could barely recognize my face. It was 10 times worst than when I first visited the office, my face was as black as tar. I hurriedly rushed over to the office, and was given a free face crème "fade 5" by Dr. Rosemarie Ingleton , which rectified the problem in a satisfactory time period. This all happened around November of 2011. I have been using "Fade 5" ever since and had no reason to complain. I usually purchase a jar about once monthly at $70US. Just a rough approximation of how much money I have spent over the six (6) years. 70 x 12 x 6 = $5,040 US. Suddenly the morning of February 23rd, 2017, I was met with the most unprofessional treatment that I have ever experienced in my life. After witnessing a brief meeting regarding the crème, I was told that I can no longer purchase the crème, unless I recertify (pay $300 consultation fee). The reason being was that the crème might not be good for my skin after so many years of use and some kind of new policy. My point is, if the crème was so dangerous, why have me use it this long? what?, is it possible that I can get skin cancer as a result? What was really terrible, was the total disrespect by the Asian representative. I wish I had taken her name. I even asked her to speak with the dermatologist and she blatantly said NO. You see, this is exactly how you lose customers. When people are giving you their hard earned money, the most that they should get in return is some basic RESPECT. And yes, I will take my money and my business elsewhere for A BETTER QUALITY OF SERVICE, CHEAPER COST, and more EFFICIENCY. You see I have a feeling that this is more than it seems on the surface. Apparently one of my friends was also purchasing the creme without my knowledge and was telling them she was purchasing it for me. Somehow they found out and during my previous visit there, I was asked for identification which I produced and was able to complete the purchase. For a moment they made me feel like I had committed a crime. Anyway, even if something was unintentionally done wrong. Is this really how you solve the problem, is this how you would treat your customers? People beware, if you value your money and your integrity, STAY AWAY, these people suck!!!

I've had great interactions with her office staff who have accommodated me even with short notice when traveling to the new york city area. Kudos to Emily and George!! Great patient care.

Worst medical adminstration I have ever experienced in NYC. Sure an error happens, but here it's the norm, not the exception. They would mess up insurance reporting, report things as surgical procedure that clearly wasn't, mishandle names when reporting to insurance, so you end up having to waste hours dealing with insurance companies cleaning it up, not notify you of test results, and of course on every screwup they would never take responsibility for the mess they created.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ingleton''s for several years. I was referred to her by a coworker for problematic skin. During my first visit, I found the office to be tidy and clean, and the staff professional, kind, and respectful of your privacy. Meeting Dr. Ingleton, I also found her to be professional, kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. She listened to concerns I had due to a previously bad experience I had with a different dermatologist , explained step by step how she planned on working with my skin issues, and in following he exact directions, my skin was completely clear in a matter of a few (3-4) months. I haven't had a problem with my skin since and not only do I continue to go to Dr. Ingleton, I have recommended several friends and family members. If and when I move out of NY, I will remain a patient and travel back to NYC for Dr. Ingleton.

I have been a patient of Dr Ingleton for 8 years. I referred tons of people to her, but I always had an issue with her office staff, her booking process has been very difficult and frustrating and she is always always late unless you book first appointment of the day. After finding out a friend of mine who saw her once got an early appointment when I have been asking for over a month for an earlier date I called back and asked the office manager what was the issue. Apparently few years ago I posted on Instagram my frustration about her office staff and booking system and since then they were really unhappy with me and didn't really want me as a patient anymore. But by the manager's words "doctor Ingleton was kind enough to take me back!" (Every time I go see her I spend around $2000 but thank you!) she might be a good doctor but not worth this vindictiveness. The worst is they never addressed the issue with me, just kept on making things difficult for me every time I called until I quit. I am extremely disappointed and shocked by this horrible behavior and I wish I left years ago. I understand doctor ingleton has to stand by her staff but I wish she would have talked to me about this, but most importantly for her business try to understand the issue I had with her staff, trying to improve her service...Anyway there are tons of great doctors in the city who don't make you wait 2hs for your appointment and make you deal with mean spirited staff. And as you can see in the other reviews I am unfortunately not the only person who had to deal with her mean spirited staff. So sad!

Visited twice a few years ago and got the silk peel microdermabrasion. Michelle was amazing! I even treated my mother to see her as well! Great customer service and personality. Just an all around great person. I called to make an appt recently and the receptionist (Elsi, or Lisa not sure) seemed to lack the proper knowledge of treatments being offered and it’s pricing. Before I could even ask about the treatments she stated “I can’t give you pricing over the phone”. Then AFTER she let me get a word in, I explained that it was for the facial treatments. All in all, I’ll just remember the great service from Michelle and stick with D’mai Urban Spa in Park Slope Brooklyn.
