I see Doctor Gelnaw love her and she is always patient and kind and never rushes us. The office wait is usually long though this time we were seen within 15 min. If you go at a certain time like late in the afternoon the wait is horrible.

Reception staff was great. Although busy fielding phone calls and patients at the same time they remained attentive, kind and patient. I changed dermatologists because I decided I’d be more comfortable now with a female. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Sivanesan but I was still anxious. Thankfully, I feel I made a good decision and am in “good hands”. The office location is made pretty clear on their website. I had no problem. You’ll be just fine :).

My initial encounter with this practice was with PA Cindy. She was very professional, I was very satisfied with her knowledge, expertise and services. My second encounter was with Dr. Priya Sivanesan, I trusted her knowledge in that Melasma is a simple fix. I was wrong and really frustrated, my time and money was just wasted.

The manager made us an appointment. I’m 8 months pregnant and Got my 3 kids early from School took a 45 min drive to the office to be told I never had an appointment and too bad. After speaking to doctor they said I can wait 1 hr as if they're doing me a favor when they messed up in the first place! Very rude and inconsiderate.

The Dermatology Clinic always treats their patients with respect. The medicare is excellent. Also, very important is Dr. Priya Sivanesan and her team stay on time. If your appointment is at 2 pm. You can expect to be in an exam room at that time. So, I give five Stars !

READ THIS! If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had an appointment for our daughter yet we had to wait an extra 1.5 hours. When we were seen, the doctor was very demeaning and rude and when we asked her questions she said she had other patients. WHO DOES THAT? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. No consideration what so ever of patients time. Went there and the husband never even realized he checked me in. Waiting for over an hour and then another half hour in the room. Finally I walked out and asked for copay back. Went back there and she did a biopsy on me, it was well over a week and I kept calling and they had no results.Kept telling me they were trying to contact the lab and see what was going on. Finally 2 weeks later I get a call saying I has squamous cell carcinoma on my leg. I want the Dr to remove it, and she told me the Nurse practitioner would remove it since she was going on vacation and didn't want me to wait. I get to the office for them to clear the area where the cancer was and who do I see but the Dr in the hall after the NP just did the procedure. After looking at the lab report again I realize that when they did the biopsy they never sent it out. It sat in the office for 8 days before they received it. I guess by me calling for results they realized it wasn't sent out. Needless to say they were unable to see if the borders were clear since it sat in that formula for days. I called numerous time after this and left messages and also a message directly on the Dr's voicemail and she never had the decency to return my call. Needless to say I got lucky and found a GREAT Dr. who went over everything she did and has been treating me since. Beware!! Oh, they also wanted me to pay for a copy of the report {which I had gotten from the lab myself} and they wouldn't mail it to me unless I went to the office to sign a paper giving them permission!

I don’t recommend Dr. Dworkin who practices in this office. She misdiagnosed a cyst on my face, I now have a scar. Additionally, when I called the office the following day, after my original procedure, to see if it was sent in for a biopsy, was told yes. At my most recent appointment, I was informed it never was. Additionally, office wait time is incredibly long.

My whole family goes to Dr. Sivanesan. She provides excellent care. 5 yrs ago Dr. Sivanesan removed a melanoma from my back. Scaring is minimal. My kids see her for their acne. At one time there were long wait times. But I think the office has solved that. I've been going every 3 months and haven't had to wait in a couple years.

Dr. Janice Dworkin, Dermatologist listened and looked at photos while I described my symptoms and problems with my skin. She tested my skin for reactions to confirm her diagnosis and explained her treatment plan. She was thorough and prescribed medications. I agree 100% with the previous review. I have never given a Doctor a bad review before but the experience I had with my daughter was terrible. Waited 1 hour to be seen for 5 minutes by a Doctor that was in a rush. Insurance accepted but had to pay for "procedure" applying liquid nitrogen with a q-tip to skin! Told pain would be gone in 20 minutes. Still has huge blisters 5 days later. Do your research before visiting. I wish I did.

New patient registration on the IPad was extremely easy and efficient, particularly the section on medications ( showing various dosages and names - extremely helpful). Also, even though it took a while past my appointment time ( approx. one-half hour) to see the doctor, the staff took pains to apologize for any inadvertent delay, leading me to concur that punctuality is always a concern in this office, which is quite refreshing. Also, I got good input into the medications proscribed such as any timing interactions with vitamins and/ or any existing medications. All in all, a very good first visit and office experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone else.

Concedering I faint during most doctors visits (even yearly checkups) since I get myself completely worked up and freaked out, this was one of the best medical visits I have ever had.... Dr. Sivanesan is wonderful she explained everything that she was going to do before she did it, understood how nervous I was and really took her time making sure she answered all 9,757 questions!!! She made me feel very Comfortable. I am so thankful I did my research to find a great dermatologist, she is worth the wait for an appointment!!! (I did not faint) Dr. Sivanesan’s medical assistant was in the room the entire time and was a kind friendly face. She was very professional and did a wonderful job making small talk to keep my mind busy! Front desk staff was very knowledgeable about my insurance and helping me book another appointment.

I saw Dr Dworkin. She was very nice and efficient. What I did not like was being told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time and then waiting over an hour to be seen. Also since it was my first visit I thought she’d suggest a full body check just to see if there was anything of concern. I thought she should have been more proactive.

My son needed to go for an appointment. Terrible experience, this office charge for an appointment and separately for a procedure. Didn't accept our insurance. More than an hour waiting and 2 minutes spent to see a doctor for a money we have paid... Definately will not recommend anybody ;(

My first visit to The Dermatology Clinic was better than expected. I was examined in a very professional manner even though i was examined in a private area by a woman. The advice I received about "Red Light" treatment was explained well and I will follow up with that. Most important was the prescription I received for the skin problem in the aforementioned area is apparently starting to work already. This was a persistent issue and finding someone who could help was amazing.

Overall this is a very good practice. I see the physician assistant who is outstanding. The MD is very good as well, but hard to get an appointment with (month minimum wait) and generally in a rush. The front desk staff can also be subpar at times. However when I have received problematic service, the medical staff made up for it.

Dr Sivanesan is so easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. If the Dr is not available I see her PA Cindy, I have total confidence in her, she gives me my yearly skin check up. She's extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this office. Great for what I need.
