The BEST OBGYN by far, Great Dr. Great Service, Super Sweet Ladies and love the clean office. He has been my Dr. for many years and he delivered my 2 kids ( high risk pregnancy's) Dr "A" is a very professional and caring Dr. I can't believe I will have to wait till next year to see him again. We thought that upgrading to a better plan it was going to be better for us but unfortunately is was a huge mistake, the best of the best Dr. Arrunategui doesn't accept the current plan :( miss you and your ladies Dr. see you guys soon.

The people working in office they are very unprofessional and the Dr even was courtesy’s to see me to tell me he will send me to go other Dr and he doesn’t want see me anymore I think because I my case it is a little complicate for him and they dont know what they are doing in office I very desapoint about then and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Kept getting the run arounds to schedule an appointment. Each time they told me to call in another 30 mins etc. finally spoke to them after the third time calling and they informed their earliest appointment is at the end of August/early September. Do not waste your time!

Horrible information given , said insurance did not cover my procedure, when it actually did, kept saying it did not work and i had to pay out of pocket 600$ when it was not true.! Horrible place

I have gone through so much within the last 2 years and I have to tell you I could not have asked for a better OBGYN! Dr. A is an angel from heaven. Dr. A and his staff were by my side through the entire process, and continue to be. They are professional, kind, and most importantly caring! I wouldn't change Dr. A for any other Obgyn!

This office refused to give me a doctors appointment. My mother being a certified medical billing and coding specialist and stated it is against the law to deny a patient medical treatment, it was then they refused to continue the conversation. This location was close to where I resided and it made it convienent to get back and forth for OB and this office did its best to keep me away from there office. I was told I was not allowed to fax or E-mail my insurance card, when my insurance company them self told me that a treatment or office could not deny me for not having my insurance card. After a second call I had the option to fax it which created confusion. When I finally did get a copy I called back and was still denied an appointment and the receptionist said, "Oh its you." Im taken back by the unprofessionalism and confusion this office had to offer. Im pregnant and I had no time to make extra trips to this office because the receptionist couldnt do her position properly. Never dealt with this in a health care facility or setting.

I first started seeing Dr. Arrunategui in 2016; from the very first visit he made me feel very comfortable, welcomed and most importantly, listened to. He delivered my first son last year; having him and his staff there for me throughout my pregnancy journey, and my delivery experience, made everything easier because I trusted them 100%. I made an appointment with Dr Arrunategui . I waited a month for the appointment. I selected to go to him because I’ve seen him before and I checked with my insurance and confirmed he was network and under Tier 1 . I was about 1 1/2 month pregnant , I was very anxious to see him because I wanted to make sure everything was ok with the baby and start my checkups. The same day of my appointment the manager tells me they don't take my insurance. When I made the appointment I asked them if they took it and gave them the information. She than told me they don't take the type of plan I had . I was so upset and worried because I waited so long to see this doctor . I told her I would pay for the visit. She told me that it will be too expensive and I should look for another doctor. Mind you I even have out of network benefits with my insurance but I was willing to pay for the visit . She refused and with a sorry sent me away. I went back to the car and cried , my husband got there and got very upset as well. We called the insurance they still said this doctor is under contract with them and they called the office to speak to the manager , but she would not come to the phone and they were told to leave a message. My husband also called the office he left a message , The manager called back and in a few words and being very rude she told us they could not take me as a patient and not to call again. She never took the time to speak to the insurance or had any doubt that she might be wrong. Months later one of my coworkers comes back from maternity and tells me she was seen and treated by Dr Arrunategui. I was in disbelief, I could not believe they didn't take me as a patient and sent me away the same day of my appointment. But they did treat my coworker with the same exact insurance. This is the reason I'm writing this review, I didn't write anything before because I just accepted that they didn't take my insurance and I was just going to let it go. I think this is so unprofessional to wait to the last minute to tell a pregnant patient they don't take the insurance, and I feel I was treated badly and unfairly given that they did treat another person with the same exact insurance. Hope this does not happen to anyone else and that they change their ways and check information when given to them and not wait till the last minute.
