My initial experience, during a visit to Dr. Jones office, started with a well organized and attentive staff. Their customer service skills made me feel like they enjoyed their jobs, working with people and working together. In my mind, the beginning of the appointment was an indication of how it would conclude. During the visit, the office respected my time. I had an appointment at 12:30 pm and they were ready for me at 12:30ish pm! Then, I met the phenomenal Dr. Jones. She was polite, patient, knowledgeable and a superb communicator. After reading the material in her waiting lounge and receiving her recommendations, I felt better informed after leaving the office. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I suggest ending your search here. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and her staff!

Dr. Jones was extremely pleasant, understood my issue and gave me great information and a treatment plan. I left confident that my decision to visit her was a good choice. Today, Feb. 26th, I called to cancel/reschedule an appointment and to inquire about a prescription that I never received. I was informed it was sent the day of my visit of Jan. 30th. I called my pharmacy to double check receipt; they informed me it wasn’t received. I decided to call back with my pharmacy on the line and the way I was spoken to by a staff member at Dr. Jones’ office has made me decide to never return. Dr. Jones was great and the staff that I interacted with on Jan. 30th were courteous and professional but the lady (Mary) who I spoke with on my second call today needs a refresher in courtesy, respect and professionalism!!!!

Dr. Elena Jones is a superb doctor. I went to her for quite a while and she understood my condition and treated it accordingly. I like her assistant and everyone is professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has acne problems that does not go away. I only wish someone like her was around when I first had skin problems.
