My experience as a new patient was wonderful! I was able to schedule an appointment without a month long wait and still received quality service. Dr.Kanani was wonderful, very knowledgeable of her field and up to date with emerging treatments, and very professional. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment. Receptionists and assistants were also very kind :).

Dr. Bhakti Kanani is a wonderful dermatologist. I’ve been to others prior to visiting her and so far she is the best. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and provide honest feedback. Dr. Kanani is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Most importantly you see results when dealing with her; I already noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I would highly recommend her! All of the staff is warm and welcoming.

I called for an appointment and was offered one for the next day. I came in 15 minutes early because I know first visits usually require paperwork to be filled out. When I was done with the forms, I was immediately seen by a doctor. She explained what she saw during my exam and offered immediate treatment. She called in a prescription and fully explained the couse of recommended treatment. Perfect doctor visit experience.

My first visit here was rough because of some discrepancies due to them changing systems, but someone reached out to me to make amends which I really appreciated. My second visit where I actually saw someone is why I’m rating 5 stars. I saw Kanani who was very knowledgeable on every question I had. She gave me recommendations alongside with dermatology care. I left feeling very informed. I’m excited to work with her going forward.

I had some skin concerns so I made an appointment at Union Dermatology Associates. A co worker told me about the office and their services. I was very pleased with the services rendered! From the initial appointment booking, to my arrival at the office and meeting with the dr. The staff is friendly, courteous and I was not waiting long to be seen. I Saw Bhakti Kanani. She took time to listen to my concerns and she explained the appropriate treatment for me. I will definitely continue being a patient there, and my daughter will be getting an appt there soon too to treat her excema. Thank you Union Dermatology for the awesome service!
