I did not feel like the appointment was rushed and in fact, Dr, Quinn took her time and clearly explained all that I had going on. I have to say that I felt she took a genuine interest in my health and well being. DSCC is fortunate to have her on the staff and I am fortunate that my primary recommended her. A win win for sure!

This location has a clean & attractive office with friendly personnel. I am not satisfied with their dermatological skills. Changed to another Dermatological Center and was treated first time by an MD and not a PA. They performed a VERY detailed skin exam, took biopsies and asked significant questions about my life style, diet and allergies. I wasted a few co-pays and my time off - very disappointed.

I've been getting a skin cancer screening every year for about the last 10 years with 2 other skin care places. I just felt I wasnt being checked all over...and just haven't been satisfied. Someone recommended this place and I saw Dr Kelly Quinn. She is the Dr I have been looking for! She was so thorough! She started at the top of my head and began parting it and went all the way down to the bottom of my feet. She was excellent! I highly recommend her! She found a spot on my head which I had to have removed. I made that appt (same office) and Dr Chris Kruze was the one to surgically remove it. Excellent job! The whole office is very clean and everyone in there is knowledgeable and confident in what they are doing. Highly recommend!! And best of all...no waiting!!!

Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. The only thing that I would say is they are slow to get your prescription filed with your pharmacy. Each time we've left the office, they have assured me that they would be calling in the prescription...I wait an hour or 2 before calling the pharmacy to see if it's ready. It's never ready; we have waited an entire weekend once because they failed to call it in. I do appreciate that they call in a scrip rather than hand you a piece of paper - more trees wasted! That said, they need to get on their game and call it in after each appointment; that would lead to more efficiency and more satisfied patients!

I love this practice. I've been to several of the doctors and all are wonderful. My only complaint is when I get both a text and a phone call to confirm my appointment why would you call me at 7:40 Am the day of my appointment to confirm again. Some people like to sleep in the morning and a phone call before your office is even open is just plain rude. It got me off to a bad start this morning.

Went in for chronically chapped lips, with another appointment for a skin check made for next month. After waiting for almost an hour for the PA with whom I had the appointment, it seems they had lost track of me. So they got me in to see Dr. Orem. He was great! Not only did he give me good advice on the lips (which has worked!), but he also took the time to do the skin check. Very friendly and professional. The medical staff would get five stars, but I have to give the practice four stars as the front desk was less than perfect.

First of all...NO ONE wants to have surgery.....especially on the face and, even worse, on the nose! I had a number of Moh's surgeons to choose from near our area, but had heard nothing but great things about Dr. Kruse. I decided to go to him for a consultation and was very impressed with how genuine he was and willing to discuss ALL my concerns. I decided to have him do my surgery. I had my nose "done" on Wednesday and from start to finish, I felt confident that all would be fine. Dr. Kruse explained everything and I left knowing exactly how to care for my nose. Some places hand you a piece of paper and that's that. The office itself is beautiful and the nurses and others' are very friendly. I highly recommend Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center!

Stay away from this place. I was rushed in and out of this place AND misdiagnosed all at the same time. I went in for a simple work related skin rash and they told me to "just use Hibiclens antiseptic skin cleanser." I wasn't in the room with the doctor for more than 2 minutes then they rushed me out. 2 days later the rash got worse. When I called to tell them they said "they couldn't see me again for another 2 weeks and just keep using the Hibiclens." That same day I went to another dermatologist and they put me on doxycycline and a topical script cream and it started to clear up in a week. Just use Hibiclens? Can't see me for another 2 weeks? Really? In addition they over charged my insurance company with bogus codes but my insurance declined the payments. Stay away.

I can't attest to the dermatologists because I only went here for retinol cream. All the retinol cream is chosen by a beautician, NOT the dermatologists themselves. This is something I found very strange. The whole point of buying creams from the dermatologist's office is because the doctor picks them out themselves using their expertise. However at this office the doctor does not pick out the products. I would rather purchase products from an office where a doctor handpicks products so I feel like my money is truly spent well.

Dr Quinn is a wonderful Dr, very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. It’s to bad that she is at this office because I will never go back due to the office staff. They are very unfriendly and are not very knowledgeable in their job. I was there a few times and paid all of by bills for my services but continue to get statements from a March service that was paid in full. I have called and spoke with the billing manager on numerous occasions every time I received a past due statement. Each time she apologized and said that they changed billing software and it messed everything up and my account is up to date and not to worry. Well today I just received another bill stating that I owe the same $100 that I never owed. It is becoming very frustrating and I had to find a new dermatologist with a more competent staff.

I highly recommend this office. Patricia McTaggart noticed a small, pea-sized, pink colored, patch of basal cell cancer on my face after hours when she was not "working". When the biopsy confirmed it, Dr. Kruse performed the Mohs surgery beautifully. Since this was my first experience with skin cancer, I was greatly relieved by the relaxing office environment. I will be going back for routine screenings.

Not at all satisfied with the quality of care. I called with concerns regarding healing of a biopsy site and was politely blown off. The doctor who actually looked at the wound (not affiliated with this group) prescribed antibiotics and a 7 day recheck. A patient should not have to plead for a follow-up when concerned about healing.
