Office is poorly managed. Got the runaround for weeks to get a simple insurance authorization. I called the practice about 10 times over a course is a month for insurance authorization to get a prescription filled. I got the same answer every time I called which was they had passed on my message, opened a case and someone was working on it. Except my message was never passed on and no one had contact the insurance company and they did not know about the authorization request until they were formally contacted by the insurance. If this was urgent or life saving medication I’d be long dead.
