One of the worst experiences I have ever faced. I was waiting for almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. And I still had 2 people in front of me. There was 4 other people with the same appointment time as me, when there is only ONE doctor. I had to walk out after 4 other people walked out as well. Other people had been waiting for 3 and 4 hours because the staff doesn't know how to work time. I will NEVER go back and waste hours of my time. The staff even lies to you about how much time they had left. Someone had maybe 5 people in front of them and the staff told them 20 minutes. This is ubsurd! It just doesn't make sense, why would you book people at the same time when there's only one doctor?! Please NEVER go here if you want to waste 4 hours and be continuously lied to.

This may be the worst office staff in the history of offices. Unprofessional is an understatement, after waiting over a month for my appt. They called me the day before to confirm. Next they called me in the evening to tell me my insurance isn't accepted at the bayonne office but is accepted at the Jersey city office, WHAT!? Then to add insult to injury, they're solution was I should call back and make another appointment, WHAT?!? Then when I asked to speak to an office manager, no one was available and no one could answer why I myself would have to call back and make another appointment when they're the ones who messed up my appointment to begin with. I won't be going to any office associated with this medical group. I don't care where the office is located. Really wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my time with this circus act.

The ancient office, long waits and terrible communication is what used to bother me and led me to find a new dermatologist several months ago. However as a nice bonus, I received a bill from my pharmacy provider for $67,000 because the incompetent staff at this practice have not submitted my paperwork in over a year. Do not go to this office under any circumstances.

If you want to visit this office make sure you have atleast 2 hours as that is the normal wait time.

Made an appointment for 2pm, arrived on time, waited an HOUR until asking the front desk how much longer he would be when they finally decided to tell me that HE WASNT EVEN THERE YET. They told me he’d be there at 3:15. It’s 3:24 and he’s still not here LOL. Pathetic. Don’t waste your time because he obviously does not give a single F about his patients.

Worst place to ever go .. just been there and had to walk out .. ppl been waiting 4 to 5 hours .. they double booking and the office is so small you can't even move in there.. I recommend you NEVER VISIT THIS DOC OFFICE . Also the staff is not helpful very unprofessional

I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. I called first time to make an appointment as a new patient. After being on hold for 6 minuets, the lady asked me to call her back at 2 pm and hung up. She didn’t ask me who I was or let me take your information and call you back. I was shocked. How this place even operates. I believe this doctor must be a real jerk.

Wish they have negative stars to rate them. they r the worst unprofessional place /ppl i have ever come across. Even the blue collared ppl are better this place. U should have at least 2 hours time to sit and wait even after scheduling the appt month in advance. Never ever go there or recommend them. Its -100 star for this place.
