Dr. Adrian Balica is a nice doctor, but the whole staff, from appointments scheduling, receptionists, nurses, ... basically anyone else besides the doctor himself that one would deal with for a doctor visit, is beyond terrible, never had a worse experience in any other medical facility in different states and in different countries. And good luck if you ever want to get a hold with your doctor or nurse. The nurse department only called me back after I've called 4 times (in two weeks) and finally an email to the hospital management. Staffs and nurses are full of attitudes, and being helpful or not is a question too much to ask, since they will never cease to astonish anyone who deals with them with their attitudes, manners, and everything.

I highly recommend Dr. Balica as an OB/GYN: He is approachable, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and has a good sense of humor--everything you hope to find in a provider!
