I recently changed doctors from my family medicine doctor to Atlantic Health's Internal Medicine Faculty Associates and received excellent care and attention. I am pleased with the staff and glad I made the change.

The billing department is so incompetent. Copay of $50 was paid in cash before a service was provide in 2017. I spent hours explained to them the $50 was paid back in 2017. So they told me it was taken care of. 2018 came and they put the $50 back to my account. How can you bully people into paying you when it was already paid up?!?! Now they have the audacity to send the $50 to collection agency when it was already paid upfront with CASH at the time a service was provide, and we had the receipt for the cash payment. They are such a nightmare. Where is the lawyer? Let's start a class action against Atlantic Medical Group. It looks like I am not the only person have this bad experience with their billing practices. Update on 6/19/2019: Atlantic Medical Group is a SHAM. They keep sending different balances to the collection agency, CMRE Financial Service, Inc (3075 E Imperial HWY SUITE 200, BREA CA 92821-6753) when the balances were paid off with a check mailed and deposited. I called the number Charlene McCallum provided and explained the 5th time how the balance was actually paid off with cash and how I still kept the receipt. The patience experience specialist on the phone said she would adjust the account to reflect the fact that payment was made and would communicate with CMRE regarding the balance. It turned out what she meant was to close out the old collection account CMRE, then open a new collection account and bill me for services rendered on other days, which already paid for with check and deposited by Atlantic Medical Group. AGAIN, I am calling on any MEDICAL BILLING FRAUD ATTORNEYS out there. Please look into Atlantic Medical Group billing practices. They need to be audited and find out why they keep sending balances that's already been paid off to the collection agency CMRE Financial Services Inc.

Worst billing service ever....please dont go to them. You would be over stressed with all the calls coming from collection agents. I have paid all the bills on time still they can't able to close my case.. I would rather give negative rating, if I had a chance..

I just met with my primary care provider at Atlantic Medical Group (MMC Family Medicine) and was so impressed with how thorough they were when reviewing my health records. I felt a genuine concern for my well-being! And I love that AMG has online scheduling capabilities with many of their practices!

Terrible and "scary" experience with them. My daughter was sent to Overlook Hospital in Summit NJ Sep last year and they failed finding out perforation in her stomach even though she had been complaining about stomach pain in their ER and after being admitted to the floor. After 2 days admitted in overlook, she had to be transferred to PICU in Goryeb Children Hospital in Morristown NJ (both hospitals are in Atlantic Medical Group system and both are incompetent!). They still didn't find out what's wrong immediately. Then after another day, they had to perform urgent GI surgery. After the surgery, they couldn't maintain my daughter's blood pressure(delayed diagnosis and surgery caused Sepsis to my daughter) and we had to air transfer my daughter to CHOP(Children Hospital in Philadelphia). My daughter got great and top notch care in CHOP and she was stabilized very soon after adjustment in her medication and some minor procedures. If my daughter had stayed in Atlantic Medical Group for one more day, chance were that we would lose her. Stay away from them. So incompetent! But I have to say that their nurses were very caring. It's the doctors/medical team and the admin staff in Atlantic Medical Group that suck! In addition, their billing department made so many mistakes and left me to talk to my insurance company to figure out. They made multiple/dup claims against my insurance and got denied and asked me to pay for those. Good that I got my insurance involved and explained to them their mistake in billing. Their billing department is not only incompetent but also arrogant and rude. Run away from this hellish place!

I went to see the ENT in the Sparta location about severe ear pain I had been experiencing for years. He guessed at what was causing the pain and told me to take tylenol. It was useless and I found his attitude to be incredibly patronizing. Then, to add insult to injury, I was charged $530 for a 15 minute appointment! How?! $530 to be spoken down to. Unbelievable.

My husband recently had surgery at the surgery center on Park Avenue in Florham Park. Our experience could not have been better. The registration went smoothly, the doctors and nurses were wonderful and the facility was extremely clean and well run. We both would want to use this Surgery Center should the need occur in the future.

Recently visited Dr. Martins and the AMG Sports Medicine group. Incredible patient care. Very short wait time, x-rays done onsite, and a thorough explanation of my injuries, the recovery process, and avoiding future injuries.

I've been seeing Dr. Zipp at Morristown Family Medicine for several years. Dr. Zipp is by far the best primary care physician I have ever been to. He looks at the whole person, provides advice, direction and information. He is one of the only doctors I've ever seen that actually listens to you and looks beyond just physical wellbeing. His staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Any time I visit an AMG practice I receive quality care. Dr. Joshi, my PCP is very thorough and I have never felt rushed as I did with other doctors elsewhere. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly I am no number but a person.

I had worst experience with Atlantic medical group. I was mis diagnosed for my knee problem with Dr Tucker. I had tissue/membrane break which was later found in MRI but initially i was told to do physical therapy exercises which aggravated the pain and more tissue damage. Later I spent several hundreds of dollars to get my treatment properly. It was almost one and half year ago and still i have slight knee pain with this damage caused. They charged me 189$ plus x-ray fees etc. I disputed the service with Atlantic medical group and Mrs Rachel really did not show sympathy and rejected my request. Even though I paid half the amount and requested again, they sent the bill to collection agency. My problem is they need to review properly and show some concern for the patients if they are misdiagnosed. very bad experience, will never visit this group
