The best Obgyn that I have had yet! Friendly staff, nice, clean and updated office. They have an up to date online portal to view results and information. Camile and Dr. Permberton always make me feel comfortable and important.

I’ve been going to Artemis for over 4 years , Doctors are great but unfortunately their customer service has not changed . Lab results take weeks to be entered in the patient portal and when I called for the results I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I then called again, politely told the girl that I was on hold for too long and only want to know when will I be getting results and AGAIN placed on hold for over 10min. I never got anyone on the line or a call back.

After what I went through today at this careless insensitivity place they don't even deserve a one star. I left the office very upset and crying I rush to this facility straight from work got there at 4:03pm. Thinking that my appointment was at 4:20pm. Sign- in and sat there and watch everyone that came in after me get called into the back room. So around 4:30 I approach the front desk and kindly ask the chubby long straight black hair Hispanic women at the desk do I have a coepay today? She look up at me with a attitude and said "You are just doing OB today." From there I processed back to my chair and continued to wait. Still seating there watching everyone get called in so around 5pm I went back up to her and ask "miss what time is my appointment I been sitting here for an hour now." She look up at me rolled her eyes with an attitude and said well in the the computer it says 4:50pm did you get a text?" I continue by saying to her I been here for and hour now why could someone just let me know this instead of having me wait. As I'm walking back to my chair she started to whisper something to the other front desk employee and they both chuckled. Finally at 5:15pm I got called in. They took my vitals and place me and a room and stated the doctor will be right in. For another 30 min I sat in that room still no doctor. Finally I gather my stuff and started heading out.. I was stop by one of the staff and said don't leave I'll get someone right in. By that time I just started to burst into tears.. this is my second pregnancy, I never had a chance to meet my first baby. I had miscarriages at 21 weeks due to my doctor negligence. I prayed and search long and hard for a doctor. Doing my first visit I had felt safe with this doctor and I thank God so much for finding her, but after today visit I'm really disgusted by how I was treated by the front desk staff and I'm afraid to go back. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else and something should be done with the front staff. I finally read most of the negative comments about this office and it all has to do with the unpleasant and unprofessionalism of the front desk staff.

Don't go here unless you want to pay out-of-pocket for unnecessary tests and lab work. An annual appointment will turn into a huge a expense because the doctors don't know what tests they are ordering and the office manager/billing is uneducated and has an attitude. Worst experience I've ever had with medical office. Once I finish telling everyone about this in the company of over 2000 people that I work for nearby, I doubt they will be in business much longer.

An incredibly caring and thoughtful facility. I was super surprised by anything less than 5 stars for this facility. I took a look at the few negative reviews below complaining about service: (1) who hasn't had to wait a while to see a doctor before? and (2) in my most recent visits (perhaps in a effort to address these concerns about delayed wait time), they have been very conscientious about calling patients a couple of hours before the appointment to inform them if they are running behind. I have also had a billing issue with them in the past, I called to discuss it, they were able to work with me and it was resolved. Dr. Pemberton is also one of the most caring, thoughtful and thorough medical professionals I know - regardless of what are her stated office hours. She is always available, responsive and a specialist in this practice area. I think you would be hard pressed to find better. Believe me, I have tried. It is totally worth the drive/train ride from New York to see her since I have had such a difficult time finding anyone else is as knowledgeable and with whom I feel comfortable entrusting my lady parts ;)

I had my second baby with this doctor. The office staff is super, caring and efficient ! Wait time is minimum. Doctor is amazing, she is knowledgeable, patient and lifts your spirits! Visits are never rushed. They are always prepared with your paperwork before you come in. Office is very neat and clean. Very well organized practice. I totally loved my experience with this practice. Thankyou all very much !

I have been visiting this office for at least 5 years and boy is Nicola Pemberton and her staff the most welcoming sweet people. They have recently moved to great new location, which you may encounter some waiting time however their service speaks professionalism.

Called on two different occasions to cancel two prescheduled appts after i decided to switch when i read some horrible reviews and I’m so glad i left for Morristown practice. I get a bill today in the mail for $45 for a No Show appt after i called twice on two seperate occasions to make sure they cancelled the appt. The reason i called twice was cause i had a gut feeling they never did it so come second time i saw i was right cause they still had me scheduled. The girl on phone said ok now you’re cancelled I’m doing it right now so I figured ok I’ve called twice i should be ok but guess i was wrong they apparently just want your money no matter how they get it. Avoid this place !

I will admit the wait times are pretty intense and it can feel like an eternity. I have waited for 2+ hours before to see Dr. Pemberton but you can call in advance to see how far behind she is. For the wait alone I considered finding a different doctor however I decided against it. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else to birth my future children considering how well Dr. Pemberton took care of me with my first child. I will stick with Dr. Pemberton for that reason alone.

I had my first pregnancy with this doctor and do not feel like the proper attention was given to me. I ultimately ended up losing my baby at 16 weeks and was told i had gas pains when In Fact i was in labor. The doctor never even found out why i went into labor so early just told me she would keep close watch of me on my next pregnancy.... I immediately found a new Obgyn and found out i had a huge fibroid and had it removed immediately. I would not recommend this doctor. I really liked Dr.Pemberton as a person...I just wish she didn’t dismiss my concerns and was more attentive.

I'm honestly so curious to know HOW these other women had such bad experiences. Every time I come here I am greeted and treated so nicely. Ladies in the front are nice and especially the doctors I've seen. All have been great! I have no complaints at all!

Dr. Pemberton is excellent! the 4/5 stars is only because there is a bit of a wait to see her. But once you meet with her, it was worth it. Very funny, makes you feel very comfortable physician.

We are so grateful for Dr. Pemberton, Joanne, and the entire staff at Artemis OB-GYN. Our amazing little baby boy arrived in December, happy and healthy. My husband and I were overjoyed with our experience throughout our entire pregnancy. Every office visit was thorough, never rushed, our questions always answered. Labor was intense to say the least, but I am so lucky that both Dr. Pemberton and Joanne were there for delivery. Honestly, I'm not sure I could've done it without their encouragement. We love you and so does Nikolas Christopher! Thank you!

HORRIBLE horrible place. Sent an email a day prior, no answer, so I called the office the following day as soon as they opened which isn't until 10am. Finally was called back at 6:30pm!!!!!!!! To ONLY BE TOLD to come into the office to leave a urine sample, which I could have done THAT day if someone had called back. Now their office doesn't open until 1pm, which means the lab work won't be submitted until the following day. JUST HORRIBLE! Seeking another office, where patient's health is actually a priority.

I visited Artemis for my annual exam today. The facilities are very welcoming. The front desk staff were pleasant and checked me in quickly. The MA Alexis was kind and she verified my medical history. I saw Camille the PA and she was wonderful. Great bedside manner and nice to talk to. I would highly recommend her. Check out was a breeze and using the portal is very easy for follow up. Overall a great experience!

They mandated I have a phone video chat with the doctor about test results. I guess because she was too busy to meet face to face for this type of conference, which I do understand. However, when I called her office, they told me (very matter of fact, like they were annoyed I even asked/called) she will join the call when she is done with her other patients! Doctor is great staff is SO FRUSTRATING! I would have given four stars, but the office staff is the first/lasting impression and I wasn't impressed with them. Again, Doctor is GREAT!

I believe that customer service is the foundation of any business . With that said I was elated with the level of customer service at this doctors office. When I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting the staff was polite and professional . I was at awe, I was dazed by the effort and personal touch that was put into designing this office space it was obvious that there cliental was of prime importance to them. The first thing I noticed about Dr. Pemberton was her infectious smile and warming personality. I had a few things to discuss with her and she made me feel very comfortable about my present situation. She was patient and listened to every detail. As I looked around the room it was obvious that it was up to date with all the latest technology. Dr Pemberton was very knowledgeable and my experience there was like no other. I'm glad to honestly say that she has a loyal client.

This place should be shut down as they make their clients feel that they are bothering them with their requests. I am a health professional and have never treated my patients the way I was treated. I would never condone the way the office manager spoke to me or dealt with my case. This is my first pregnancy and my lifestyle moves me around a lot. In the past year I have lived in three cities, so I don't think my local OBGYN will be the doctor I'm using for the entire pregnancy as I won't be around this area for that long unfortunately. I had my first appointment with Dr. Pemberton and took a nap in the waiting room while waiting for 2.5 hours for the doctor. At that appointment, the front desk tried to set me up with meeting the person who would deliver my baby, a high risk pregnancy doctor, another ultrasound etc and told me I would be called to set those up. I made an appointment on the spot to find out the gender of my child so I would know before the holidays. I also requested a letter to be sent to my email stating I was pregnant and could not attend my trip to Mexico due to the travel ban. I received multiple calls while I was seeing patients at my job I'm the next few days and played phone tag for a short while. Frustrated, when I finally got in touch with them between seeing my appointments, I was told I had to go to a different location to see someone I did not choose or know and expressed that I really could not field this many calls and can they email me since of course they had to 'call me back to confirm'. I was told they would and that they would send the letter but I never got an email. I called the practice yet again to ask for the letter and was told I was nasty with the workers and that their practice was really on top of it and if I couldn't take the phone calls then it wasn't the right fit. I was very overwhelmed and simply did not know how this relationship with a practice works as this is my first time having a baby. I said I wasn't sure that I was using this practice for the future months of my pregnancy meaning I don't even know where I'm going to live. The practice manager said well since I'm not coming back I could get the letter from someone else. I was confused and tried to say no I have an appointment to find out the gender of my baby and I'm coming to that. She said no I already said I wasn't coming back so I have to go to a different doctor. I tried to apologize and say I'm sorry you thought I said I wasn't coming back but I do have an appointment, I'm sorry I offended you. She said she didn't care and that "we were done here" and hung up on me. On the day I was supposed to find out the gender of my baby instead I found out the manager cancelled my appointment without my permission and gave it to someone else. We asked to speak with her three times on the phone and she never came to the phone. We hung up after 12 minutes on hold waiting for her. Again, this place should be shut down and no one should have to feel the way I did with my first pregnancy. This office manager should not have a job where she speaks to anyone and I truly hope she is fired without pay. What's worse is that Dr. Pemberton seems to approve of the manager's behavior, and that is the saddest quality of a woman who took an oath to do no harm and treat all patients the same.

She took a sample ro seed out to labcorp with out my god daughter knowledge tgat she was going to receive a 909.00 dollar bill knowing she was a cash patient .shame on you .if you atr paying cash because you dont have insurance please beware .this is not the place for you .

I needed to find a new OBGYN, called this office to see if i could see her to get advisement and was told she''s booked up for the current month and the following month, the only availability would be an evening time. I agreed although i needed assistance sooner. I got at least 3 calls to confirm my appointment; i requested early leave from work to make it there on time. Got to Artemis, about 6 people were waiting, I waited for the receptionist to wrap up a call and she says, just to let you know its a 2 hour wait. Pissed is an understatement. I wasted my PTO and gas when all it took was a courtesy call to announce that the OB is running behind and I can either reschedule or come in if i choose. If the office close at 7pm and at 6:30 you have over 6 patients waiting to see the OB....you cant possibly be giving a good exam.

This is my 2nd review because the 1st one got reported. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE & THEY DESERVE NO STAR!!! I used to visit this facility when it was on galloping hill rd.. They do not care about the needs of their patient. I lost my baby at 23 weeks due to signs that they missed and when I went in for a follow up they canceled the appt & did not call to let me know and the office manager was so rude when I asked if someone couldn't have called. the doctor nor the staff didn't have the courtesy to go about treating me the proper way after I lost the baby so I never returned. All they care about is money. The staff is rude especially the office manager..

They are open Monday thru Friday and one Saturday a month only with only a few late nights. Which makes it very difficult to get an appointment unless you take off work because the Saturdays are booked. I had to switch Ob Gyns because of this. The online patient portal is nice. However every time I've had a appointment, I had to wait a few months to get my results and had to call to inquire to get them posted for review. Also the front office is nice but when you go in the back it's seems very cluttered.

This office is very inexperienced and unorganized. Not only did they have me with a run around for months with a condition they were unable to diagnose they also treated me like a ginnepig with different pills and contraceptives ignoring all the signs provided. After waiting 1 month for an appt with the actual physician they cancelled without notice making me aware of such once I was in the office for my "scheduled appt". The most disrespectful part was wanting to schedule my next appointment 20days later. I could die waiting for their irresponsible and careless type of care. Dr. Pem hope you enjoy your vacation while you leave patients to wonder why you and your staff are so unaware of being considerate and responsible. Also, overhearing other patients complaining of no midwife available to support their need. SAD!

Tried to call and was hung up on. I called back and was then put on hold for over 10 minutes. Horrible front desk people. I don't know if the doctors are any good but it's just not worth it if you have to deal with such unprofessional staff.

They never schedule my appointments correctly and instead of owning up to it they put the blame on the patients. They purposely put you on hold without regards because they do not feel like dealing with the upset patients because of their mistakes. They are always “short staffed” is their excuse for their lack of entering correct appointments and keep you on hold for almost 10 minutes.they are rude and they run the front desk very unprofessional. Because of the front staff I will no longer go there even though the doctors are nice and efficient. The people you hire are a reflection of you and your office.
