Near close to impossible to get through the phone lines. No sense of urgency for important appointments, and no compassion. I’ve been going here for almost 15 years and it’s gone downhill every year. I’m switching offices, I’ve had it.

I have been unable to get through to the main number for several weeks. The only time I was able to speak with an actual person was when the answering service picked up when the office had not yet opened. I had to cancel an appointment through the service but I have been unable to reschedule. On hold for a very long time again, right now. Time for a new gynecologist perhaps?

Been coming here since a teen and have always been good experience. Had two babies with dr galkin. Unfortunately they changed their answering service I’ve been on hold trying to reach someone to at least take my call as I need a prescription and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes and haven’t spoke to one person. Idk how a pregnant woman would be able to get ahold of anyone .

I've been here three times now and the doctor makes you wait for a very long time. The first two times I waited to see the doctor for an hour after my scheduled allotment time . What's the point of making an appointment? The third time, the doctor didn't event show up to the office until 30 min after my appointment! I saw him walk in the front door. I was very disappointed.

I can't get through to the office to set up an appointment. I've call the phone number several times and waited on hold for 30 minutes each time with no one ever picking up. The same thing happened last November when I tried to call in. Terrible phone system.
