Dr. Kelly Macmillan and her nurse Lisa are absolutely wonderful. I know that working with them I will receive comfortable and quality care. They show compassion and provide honest and professional education that I trust. They care about the patient as a whole, and provide resources for needs that have to be addressed outside their office. I would highly recommend Dr. MacMillan and her nurse Lisa to anyone looking for an OB/GYN!

I had to visit due to extreme pelvic pain. I had been uncomfortable for some time now and kept having issues with Cysts. I saw Dr. Conway. For the majority of this visit I was extremely uncomfortable with his accusatory tones, and line of questioning. At one point he told me my symptoms didn't make any sense, unless the issue causing them was my birth control. He did an exam on me and put more stress on my spot that was hurt. He commented on some of my tattoos while he was examining me. (talk about wrong time to strike up a conversation). He misdiagnosed me and essentially dismissed me. (My primary care physician agreed his diagnosis made no sense at all and my problems resolved after finding someone else to remove my nexplanon) I broke out in hives from being uncomfortable and very stressed. I went to leave and was asked to pay my co pay (which was 0$) then they said oh you dont have a co pay. then they said I did....then realized I didn't. And by this point I was just trying to get the hell out. I dont know about the rest of the OB/GYN's but stay away from this guy.

Dr MacMillian is an incredible OB! I've been seeing her since 12wks, and I'm currently 35 wks pregnant. I go to the St. Joseph OBGYN office in Windham NH. She treats me like a person, not a vessel for my unborn child. That was very important to me. Before finding Dr MacMillian, I went to Dartmouth in Manchester. It was only a nurses visit, but I hated it! There they treated me like the vessel I already mentioned. I felt like another number on their books! Dr MacMillian seems to me to be that of a strong ,put together ,peaceful and educated woman. She is just the type of person I want to deliver my child. I just hope that I "pop" when she's oncall! I'd be so disappointed to have another Dr when I've grown so found of Dr Kelly...I can't wait to go to St. Joseph's L&D! They have a number of services that are unavailable in most other places....like nitrous oxide for pain relief during contractions, and hydrotherapy! Can't wait to get into that tub with hubby!...again I'm so happy to have found St.Josephs and Dr. MacMillian! Here's praying for an awesome delivery and fat healthy Baby!!!

Doctor and nurses are good. The problem with this office is their scheduling system. Last appointment I had I showed up at the office as scheduled before I learned that the doctor was called away on an emergency surgery. A phone call of course would have been proper to save me the drive. There is also no way to book your annual appointment at the time of the last appointment. Their system is not able to do something as routine as this, a year in advance (like I can do with my dermatologist or dentist). So it is on you you stay on top of getting your appointment in. A few months later when you try and call to get in, their system is frequently short-sighted: "We're only booking into X-month now." So you forget to call back a second time to see if the calendar is opened yet—and they certainly do not remind you, even when the 1-year mark has passed. So this is not the sort of office that proactively cares about your health. Just be warned that YOU HAVE TO BE YOUR OWN STEWARD. I just called in today to secure an appointment with the doctor because it occurred to me that the 1-year mark had passed. The office did not even notice that I had missed, though I have been seeing the doctor for a DECADE. The schedule is unsurprisingly full for another 3 months. This office (of course) does not keep a cancellation list such that you could be seen sooner than later if someone had to cancel. It is just such a BATTLE to secure something as commonplace as an annual appointment. I think there is a big disconnect with the health providers behind the door that seem to be doing their job and the aloofness and un-helpfulness of the schedulers on the telephone. Even my hair-cutter sends me reminder texts about upcoming appointments. You think that St. Joseph's could harness some technology to bypass human schedulers lacking solicitude. It is just such a bad system that completely solvable.

Love them. I have had all my children with them. They are very compassionate. I have been seeing them for the past 21 years! Would not change them for the world!

Their scheduling is awful. I’m pregnant and have been trying to make an appointment for almost 3 weeks and they have no idea when they’ll be able to see me. Think it’s time for a new doctor.

I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. Dr Macmillan is the best OB ive ever been to. She delivered both my children through lengthy inducing procedures. She was kind, understanding of my needs and wants, compassionate and thorough. I wont be having any more children but if I ever decided to, I would elect an inducing so I could have her again. I will continue to go through this office as long as can for my exams and physicals!

I’m 27 weeks pregnant and recently moved to the Nashua area. I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment with the confirmation I would be called back. It has been two weeks and I still have not received any notification. My husband and I will now be using Southern New Hampshire instead.
