REVIEWS OF Speare Primary Care IN New Hampshire

Just Me

I have been a patient here for 5 years and have given up on this practice. I have liked the doctors in this office but I believe their issue is the office staff. If you are ill, there is no way on earth that you'll be seen that day or even the day after -- maybe, and just maybe, you'll get an appointment in a week. In that time, your issue either resolves itself, you've learned to live with it or you've been brought to the emergency room. What is the point of having a PCP if you can't get in to see them when you're sick? If you have no problem suffering waiting for your appointment, then this is the place for you!

The new changes at SPC is a good thing. Dr. Michael Watto has changed that place into a professional and organized facility. I would highly recommend Speare Primary Care now that they are working more as a unit!

Absolutely awful. I call several times to never get a call back. EVER! They do not seem to care about what's actually going on, do not listen just jump to what they think is right from one word you say. I call over a week in advance for my medication and call almost every day as well to hope to get a call back. But never get one. Then when I am out of my medication and I call them leaving a message and still nothing back I call the emergency on call doctor whom one doctor had helped me all others say I need to call during business hours. When i tell them i do they never have any records on it. Hmm. I would not recommend to anyone.

Anne Thatcher is a peach. She listens attentively and made me feel like a person, not a test subject throughout the whole appointment. When I went back almost 6 months after our first meeting, she remembered me. Idk if that was me, if we just clicked or what but it felt good to be remembered. Also, she was able to diagnose something that the other nurse practitioners I'd seen were confused by. Her years of experience really shows in her people skills and her abilities, as far as I have seen. However, I have heard not so great things about Dr. Watto. From everything I've heard he is hurried and doesn't listen to his patients. It seems to be a case of Doctor-knows-best and anything else is just wrong. I've spoken with patients who have said he is rude in his abruptness and doesn't seem to care about his patients one bit. Disappointing.

Run!!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such ignorance. No common sense.

Just keep looking for a new PCP, don't waste your time here.

If you go here expect to never get a call back. They direct you to the nurses line and the nurses never call you back, doesn't matter what you need. Seems like they dont care. Go elsewhere.

I absolutely hate trying to work with anyone at this location, every single time I get a prescription or try to refill they send my request to the wrong pharmacy where I ask in person over the phone or online. Today I finally asked is there a way to take out the default so I have to be asked everytime where I want to pick it up. Basically got told they didn’t know what i was asking. They don’t care about patients constantly answer I don’t know and don’t try to find me anyone who does. Nevermind the number of awful PCPs I’ve had to deal with. I cannot wait to go to a different doctors office.

Nobody should be tortured by their insurance company for doing business with Speare Primary Care. Drive to Laconia instead...

Rebecca Lord

Secretarys are awful always mess up your appointments and "forget" to add your insurance so you get ridiculously expensive Bill's that should be covered. They never can see you when you need a doctor and their service overall is just awful. Do not go here
