This review is only based on a phone interaction. You CANNOT get through! I called for 4 days over 15 times, leaving messages while being stuck on hold an hour at a time, and it took them 4 days to get back to me. Then they had the information wrong telling me I needed to be seen ASAP, which was not the case. I was also greeted by a rude person who talked over me. When I asked why no one answers or calls back in a more appropriate amount of time, I got told rudely, "I don't have a good answer other than we are short staffed, but we need to make you an appointment!". I declined after being spoken to like that and who wants an office who never calls back or answers the phone for a week at a time and THEN is rude? No thanks! I chose to not be seen at this office and would rather travel over an hour to Boston for better treatment.

I've recently suffered a few negative experiences with this facility. You're never able to receive a call back from the nurses, also patients are forced to leave voicemails for nurses on an archaic phone system. Waiting for laboratory results are painfully confusing, as the patient isn't notified within a reasonable amount of time- so it's back to phone tag with the nurses. This isn't how a Endocrinology Specialist's office should operate. Medical Assistant's can be abrasive, and unprofessional ( especially the middle aged M.A.!) It would be in your best interest to be seen by another Endocrinologist in Southern New Hampshire. Diabetes is too serious a disease to have to tolerate this poor standard of care.
