A night and day difference after coming here from Exeter Hospital's own sleep clinic which did not resolve my sleep apnea issue. Dr. Lynch was very knowledgeable and really took almost an hour getting my medical history as well as taking notes of any other issues that may be impacting my sleep. I learned more in that hour than when I was outfitted TWICE with a CPAP machine at Exeter. The in-home test was also better as they registered more data with oxygen level as well as my heart rate. Friendly staff at this office also when I got outfitted for a mask and went through Keene Medical to get my CPAP machine. I went here after two of my friends said the Dr. Lynch really changed their life with being diagnosed with sleep apnea. I highly recommend this sleep clinic for this region. The Resmed seem to work so much better than Philips machine.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a sleep test. I think this was at least my 3rd sleep test and ABSOLUTELY my last one with SLEEP Institute. Their visit summaries on the patient portal do not have a summary of the visit. The summary also states a DR was present during the visit but she wasn’t even in the building. According to their bookkeeper they have to do this because they can’t receive the deductible or even submitt a bill if a doctor is not present. In my case, I was given a home test and put the oxygen sensor on backwards and recorded a very low oxygen levels. I received a call from the office stating I need to go into their office for an overnight test to ensure the CAP would work for me. When i asked to speak with doctor I was told no one was available and given to a tech who said my oxygen level were DANGEROUSLY LOW and maybe the CPTH was not enough for me. Being scared I was going to die in my sleep I agreed to the overnight sleep study. When I went for the in-house sleep study follow up, I was informed by the doctor the over night test in their office wasn’t really necessary and I could of ordered the CPTH from my original at home sleep study. As a result it dragged out the process another 3 weeks which pushed me into a new year on my Insurance policy. This resulted in me having to meet my deductible all over again and I had to pay additional unnecessary copays as well. Bear mind, I had discussed the time frame with Dr. Linch at my first appointment and was told it would not be a problem to get it done with my current insurance by the end of the year. Even though I called and asked to speak to the Dr. several times, I was never successful.

Doctor will straight up lie to you. Told me my insurance covered everything and wouldn't have to pay. Now I have a debt collection agency looking for $700+ debt collection to them.

Met the lead Doctor Lynch once. After I decided not to take the sleep apnea tests, I was referred to Physician's Assistants. The staff were all nice, as they took my pulmonary tests for COPD. Any time I felt it was an emergency , where I needed a prescription they were a total failure!!. I either had to go to an Urgent Healthcare Clinic, Emergency Room, or my regular very busy Primary Care Physician for relief. In addition nurses, physician assistants leave left and right with this institute, which is not a good sign. They will schedule you for regular pulmonary exams for your serious condition, but don't help when you need them the most for your condition, which falls under their own specialty!!! No thanks, all done with Sleep Institute.

Excellent doctor. She took the time to listen to my input, responded to everything. She was thorough and careful and knowledgeable. My doctor had recommended her because his other patients had had good experiences with her. I got in quickly to see her, and then I needed to go to her sleep lab in Kingston NH to get fitted for a new CPAP device. Her office and technical staff are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and quickly responded to follow-up needs I had. No recommendations for improvements - first rate all the way.

I find it funny that the only negative reviews are from people that should be complaining about bills to their insurance. Know your plan it is your plan and only your plan. It’s also funny that the (Travalini) review contradicts itself. If you had a test when you knew your plan starts over why have the test, let alone complain about a co-pay? Sounds again like you should be reviewing your insurance they dictate cost and you sign up for the plan. Also you state having to pay co-pays, sounds very lucky to me given I have a $5000 deductible. You also state dragging things out for 3 weeks? Have you called around lately for sleep studies/consults with sleep doctors? Over 2 months to see the doctor and almost 3 weeks for initial turn around for a home sleep test. Then if you need an in lab study they are booking out 2 months. The sleep institute has the quickest and most thorough testing around. On top of that because they are independent you save thousands over local hospitals. Did you know the average cost from the surrounding area hospitals are $2500-$4000 for a sleep study. I had 2 tests with the sleep institute and cost was around $900, that was a home sleep test and in lab study where it was determined I failed CPAP and needed BiPAP. I do my research and know my plans info. I call around because most hospitals charge multiple different fees. If you are going to write a review have the facts and spelling correct, what’s a CPTH? Don’t get me started on the (Lipman) review, $400 consult? Lets see your bill for proof because I called in regards to consult because my plan is deductible driven $140-$190 depending on level of visit and that’s cheap in comparison to hospital based sleep facilities. Why aren’t you writing a review on your insurance company the place that didn’t pay for your visit? My doctors refer to Dr. Lynch, my friends see Dr. Lynch. She spends over 40 minutes with you addressing issues during consult. Where else do you get that? Staff and providers also go above and beyond. I recommend the Sleep Institute highly and will continue to send people I know to them. Reviews based on money you don’t want to pay someone for a service they went above and beyond to do should be taken down or ignored. If you have a problem with cost of a procedure, know it’s your insurance that dictates that cost not the Office. I don’t typically write reviews but maybe I should so the good decent places can get praise when it’s due and the negative reviews based off of false info (oximeters work anyway you put them on your finger Google it) can be weeded out.

I have been coming to Dr. Lynch and the Sleep Institute since 2016. It is the first time in about ten years that I finally feel like I am getting a handle on my sleep apnea. Dr. Lynch and her team are thorough and compassionate; I have been provided with more guidance here than at any other hospital facility in my area - that includes a well-known teaching hospital in the Upper Valley. In fact, it is a three hour round trip from my home in New London, but I gladly drive the distance to be supported by this group. Even the setting puts patients at ease; it is located in a house on a quiet street, which makes one feel like they are visiting a friend and not just a medical facility. I highly recommend the Sleep Institute of New England.

I had the best experience at the Sleep Institute of New England. The doctor is very knowledgeable and spent much more time with me than a prior sleep doctor I saw at the hospital in years past. Dr. Lynch explains things in detail. Even though I know it is my responsibility to know my medical insurance deductibles and copays, as a courtesy, the Sleep Institute staff contacted my insurance company to give me an estimate of my cost for sleep study testing. This was great because other offices and hospitals don’t do that. The daytime sleep technician spent a lot of time with making sure the CPAP mask was the right one for me and taught me a lot about CPAP. I had lot of anxiety about using CPAP but after working with the Sleep Institute, they address all my concerns and my anxiety went away. I am doing great on CPAP, and I owe it all to the knowledge, expertise and patience of the Sleep Institute. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lynch and the Sleep Institute of New England.
