I highly recommend NP Jaime Lowery. She was so kind to me and had amazing bedside manner. She was quick to give me options and very knowledgeable. The office is set up in a nice way. The intake process is done on a tablet but goes quickly.

Thank you for the very positive experience. Had several changing spots removed and the doctor and staff at the surgery suite were great! Biopsy results came back quickly. The doctor explained everything, the nurse and check-in assistant were very professional and thorough and the office manager very helpful with my insurance questions. Overall I'd highly recommend this practice!

So unhappy with my care from this office. Mistake after mistake after mistake has been made. From medication errors to entering my appointment on the wrong day. I drove over an hour to get to my appointment and was turned away because they said my appointment was the following week... even after I showed them the appointment card that they wrote. The staff is rude. The office manager is even more rude. Everybody tells me something different. I work in the medical field and the way things have gone in this office is so unacceptable and unprofessional.

So their stated policy is they'll write a prescription if they've seen you within 6 months. Was in for psoriasis and they refused me a prescription of a topical because they hadn't written one recently enough of that particular one. I would have to basically appear in person to ask and pay the appt bill just to ask. Not patient friendly at all, and the staff hung up on my trying to get a prescription. This is professional? Not interested in working with me. This is a doctor's office.

This office offers fast scheduling,on time appointments,and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.Everything was explained to me before procedures were done and follow up was excellent.I have been here three times recently and find the office to be very efficient and professional .

Dr DiNulis is an intelligent and caring doctor. He has been very attentive and concerned during my treatment. He has telephoned me promptly upon receipt of test results which is very reassuring. I highly recommend him. A very professional and efficiently run practice.

My husband had a spot/ bump for years on his face and it really bothered him. He went to Dr Dinulos to see what could be done about it. He said that when he was fighting a fire ( My husband is a retired firefighter) and his pores were wide open, sweat, soot and debris got into his pores and created this bump. Dr Dinulos spent the time to get to know my husband and removed the bump. Dr Dinulos did such a great job that you can't even see where it ever was. My husband feels so much better about his skin. My husband spoke very highly about Dr Dinulos and his experience. Last week I had my first ever laser appointment and I have to say I was very nervous. Dr. Dinulos was very patient and explained everything to me about what was going to occur not only at the time of the procedure but also what was going to happen to my skin after. He made me feel very much at ease and I highly recommend Dr. Dinulos. My healing has been just as he explained and I couldn't be happier.

I have not had stellar experiences at the Portsmouth location, even after giving them the benefit of the doubt and going back for more than one annual skin check. The first time I went the doctor noticed a couple of my concerns and proclaimed quizzically, "what's that?!" and it just felt really unprofessional and like he didn't know what he was doing. The second time I went back I explained that my grandfather had recently passed away due to complications with skin cancer and he didn't seem to understand why I would be concerned about having a family history. I wasn't trying to say it's contagious, only that I wanted to know about having an increased risk. He also didn't seem to understand why I came back after only a year and them passed judgment on me for having tattoos because he can't get a clear view on all my skin. Now, 9 months later, I received a text message, voice mail, and email shaming me for waiting a whole year since my last appointment and saying that it's really unfair to the doctor to go so long in between appointments because it raises the risks that they could miss a bigger issue. I get the messages we're meant to be playful but it rubs me the wrong way. I will be finding a new dermatologist immediately.

I had a visit there for literally 3 minutes and was charged $160 - for nothing. Very typical of the medical/insurance industry, money first. I am done with NH Seacoast Dermatologist.

If you're going to make someone come in for an appointment every time they need a prescription refill for a CHRONIC CONDITION THAT IS NEVER GOING AWAY, then maybe at least not charge an arm and a leg just for a five-minute conversation about how the condition is- shock shock!- STILL THERE before giving me the prescription. Also, had an appt recently and was not called, but emailed as a reminder- I was not called at all. The email ended up being filtered into my spam folder, and didn't realize I'd missed the appointment (It had been scheduled months out) until a week later when I was cleaning out said spam folder and saw the appt reminder there. They have my phone number! They've called me about appointments before! But apparently this time they wanted to send an email that they evidently didn't realize could end up in the spam folder, unread and ignored. Don't know where that idea came from, but it was a bad one.

Dr. Dinulos and everyone in the office really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and took great care of me when I was going through such a stressful situation. The staff is friendly, and they don't make you wait for test results, and they really take the time to explain everything and go through every last question.

I tried to pay my bill online and it forced me to download an app. In order to this, it told me that I need an invite from the practice, which I didn't receive. This oversight is ridiculous. I don't recommend this practice if you want a seamless patient experience in terms of billing.

My experience was great. They took me in on time, did a biopsy on my skin rash and neck. Got results back quickly. Received prescription creme and my rash improved almost immediately. Very friendly staff.

All of the providers are wonderful. I typically see Dr. Dinulos but he was booking a little ways out. I needed to be seen ASAP for a suspicious spot that appeared. Luckily, I was offered a next day appt to be seen by Maria the NP-C in the office. She was wonderful. Highly recommend this practice.

My experience at Seacoast Dermatology was first rate. I was seen on time and treated with care. I had a potential malignant growth on my face which Dr.Dinulos removed and left no scar from stitching. The biopsy came back in a very timely manner and I received results quickly. He's an easy recommendation for knowledge and care about his work.
