Dr Cole is the best!

I was looking for a PCP in the area and needed one in a short period of time. The other places in the area where booking further out than Salmon Falls so I thought to give it a try. My first visit the nurse lacked rapport and made me feel unwelcome. I had a few concerns I wanted to discuss but was cut short and told I could only ask the doctor about a few concerns. I thought to myself for a first visit they should account the extra time to make an initial assessment and not make the patient feel rushed or disregarded. Then I met the Dr. and had the same impression. I wasn't going to share but then another reviewer said the same thing I felt during this visit. "Dr. Chrang seemed like she could care less about my symptoms or what I was going through." I felt dismissed. Save yourself heartache and don't go here.

The worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. Over priced and served with too much attitude. Look elsewhere and let others pay for the fancy new office space.

Excellent family care. Professional environment all around. The ladies at the desk are friendly and accommodating. Stacy is my provider and she has gone above and beyond to tend to every query I have. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, and she goes out of her way to ease every concern I have. Shes also not afraid to be stern with me when she needs to be when I'm being ridiculous (my words not hers). I truly feel like I can come here with anything and not be afraid to talk about it. Plus they take Tricare!

I have been a patient here for several years. I've always had a great experience. Dr. Joshi has been terrific and responsive. It feels like they need a bit more front desk help but it's really not been a problem.

Went there today because I’ve been in the emergency room 4 times this week. They told me to go to my primary care to get the prescriptions I need since they could not prescribe them to me. So I tried to give her my paperwork to show her what I need to be on and she looked at me in the eyes and told me she doesn’t think I have mono (even though I have been tested and confirmed by two doctors) and I just have the flue... my tonsils are red, swollen, with white all over them and my limpnodes are extremely swollen to the point it’s hard to talk, she kept yelling at me to speak up and to speak more clearly. When I explained that my throat is sore to the tough and please be careful while toughing it she then pushed so hard I couldn’t breathe and I broke into tears because of the pain being so overwhelming. Once again told me they are swollen but she can’t do anything about it. I told her the steroids I was told I needed to be put on and instead she put me on something for ichy bug bites, minor burns, and small cuts. And this is supposed to be for my throat which again is so swollen the emergency room doctors are concerned about but can’t do anything until the mono is gone. I will be switching doctor offices after this, was not treated with any respect

If you are looking for a facility that will make you feel unimportant, will make you wait well past your appoint times to see your PCP, who will make sure to not follow through on calling in prescriptions time and time again, then this is the place for you... It's a shame really, 95% of the issue is office staff and their LNAs, most of the providers that practice there are actually really great. Thank you for letting me down yet again.

Have to move on. I have been going here for several years and have just had too many bad experiences. Rushed appointments, no calls back when waiting for test results etc. Just overall bad experiences unfortunately. There are some on the staff who are nice but if you want a steady doctor, questions answered, results, I'd go elsewhere.

Have had my children at this practice with CLAIRE MENARD for years have brought my sons behavior to her attention for 8 years she has done nothing to help him instead she made accusations about me and then has called dcyf for a missed appointment if ur smart u will not bring ur children here they will not receive the proper medical care especially if there I an underlying medical condition sorry homeopathic remedies dont work

without question the most incompetent medical staff. asked for important prescriptions to be sent to a pharmacy and it was sent to the wrong one. then the office closed earlier than their posted time of 8 pm so it could not be fixed. called the next day had to speak to triage who also sent it to the wrong pharmacy. after repeating what pharmacy a third time to the front desk (the only competent part of the entire company) I was assured the medical assistant would send all 3 to the correct pharmacy. they did not. they cancelled the prescriptions that were sent to the wrong pharmacy and the correct pharmacy could not fill the prescriptions because it appeared to the insurance company that they'd been filled already. Who fails this bad at their only job of sending prescriptions for patients correctly? anyone who goes here should be warned

The Doctor I see there is wonderful. The front staff is great. There is, however, a systems issue. It is rare that I get a call back or that prescriptions and referrals are completed with out my having to call multiple times - we are talking weeks before they follow through. I stayed with them out of loyalty for years. At this point, I am, sadly, moving on. I am hoping they fix the issues - I hate to leave good providers!

My fathers Primary Care was here. I Ended up having him transferred to another primary care Physician because his doctor and the staff could not seem to return phone calls and would not set up appointments. My father needed to go to a neurologist it took me 2 months for them to even refer us, then trying to get the office to send over paperwork took another couple months. The neurologist staff ended up taking over because when we went for his appointment they still had not received his paperwork. So if you want slow paced medical and no answers or help this is the place to try! We moved on and are so happy we did.

I recently got my records transferred there as I heard a lot of good things about Dr Charli I am glad I did He is the type of Dr I've been looking for He takes interest in hearing what's wrong with u & does not rush u out the door He actually read my medical chart & asked me about surgerys I had done in 2008 I am very pleased with Dr Charli I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a Dr that actually cares about u,listens to you & answers questions that u may ask I don't know about the other Drs that r there but Dr Charli is wonderful!!!!

Each doctor that I have seen has been extremely rude and condescending. Dr. Chrang seemed like she could care less about my symptoms or what I was going through. Every time I called it went straight to voicemail and I would not hear back from her nurse until days after. The front staff is impatient, rude and very unprofessional. I am finally going to start attending at a new practice. I should've listened to everyone when they said to NOT go here.

I am not one to write reviews, however I am so happy with my experience with Leah Clough that I am going to. I have had Leah Clough as my Primary Care provider for nearly 5 years now and each time I leave her office I feel relieved. There is a peace that comes with knowing your provider genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing. I recently saw Leah in the office and she took her time with me. She was very real and not intimidating in the least. She was thorough in her assessment and listened without rushing me through. I had called the office with signs of a sinus infection and they were able to get me seen that same day. I didn't feel as though I was an inconvenience as I have felt in other facilities. Leah was able to diagnose me right away and prescribe meds to help the infection clear. She was educational and her team even followed up to check to make sure I was feeling better a few days later. So, for those reasons, I am writing this review so everyone else knows how much Leah Clough rocks! Thank God I have her to go to when something goes berserk with my health! :)

If it was not for the fact that I like my PCP I would have never stayed with this group. Zero return phone calls. Zero displays of competency or concern by office staff for the well being of patients. High turnover of staff indicating systemic problems. I pay the cost of a small new car every year for medical insurance and am my only advocate.
