He thinks he is God’s gift to earth and doesn’t care about parents feelings because he knows he is the only doctor in NH to work with children with club feet...so many of his patients in the waiting room comment the same and agree 100%

Dr. Urbanek is a kind man who seems to care about my long term back pain relief. Other doctors have immediately suggested surgery while Dr. Urbanek encourages me to think that over and consider other options as surgery is irreversible. I also liked that he tells me how it is... get off my back side and exercise and much of my pain will subside :-) I needed to hear that.

Dr. Urbanek is not educational and does not actually advise the parents of his patients on what needs to be done to improve their medical state. He is cold, rude, aggressive, and confrontational. Throughout 2 years of trying to see past his crude bedside manner, we finally realized (after he stormed out of the medical room) that he is not doing what a doctor should be doing, which is educating and fixing the medical condition. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone ever, because he does not actually help or advise.

Dr urbanek is Very quick about appointments doesn’t wait to hear questions and dismisses any concerns as not his problem or concern without investigation at all. i had a spinal fusion surgery five years ago and have had significant pain and other health problems since. he immediately dismisses all that when i go to talk to him about it.

Waited an hour in February and another hour yesterday for the Dr. When he finally flew into the room, he offered no apology for the extensive wait. He rushed through the appointment without regard for the pain of the patient. Highly impersonal, extremely rushed. Will make you wonder how you just waited an hour for *that* . Our total visit time yesterday was 2 minutes and 50 seconds from the time he entered the room till the time he'd shut the door on his way out.
