This place is horrible they might as well steal from you the way they do business called to pay a bill that I shouldn't have been billed for and they always say the manager will call me back never does and isn't ever at work, and they want to charge late fees for something the insurance company says they should've known they wouldn't cover. Since they do a lot of business with northeast dental. So save your wallet and aggravation and go else were. Id recommend going to Dr. Wullbrandt in Keene NH for little ones or Mascoma dental in Lebanon for older ones they are fair and listen.

Rude staff. Very very pushy and rude when it came to my daughter having a tooth taken out. Very harsh and had no patience with her. Would NEVER recommend this place. Be careful with Dr. Achong.. I questioned some of the procedures they wanted to do to my daughter and he got extremely defensive.

A very impressive dental office. I thought they were regular dentist who saw kids but they are actually pediatric dental specialists who take care of children. My children were very comfortable going in to see the caring dental hygienists. The pediatric dentists were very professional and accommodating to address my questions. Thank you New London Pediatric Dentistry. You are all a great asset to our community.

I can not say ENOUGH good things about this place. They are Friendly, GREAT with my child and most of all the front and back staff are Amazing. They always work with us. The dentists and back staff are so inviting with my son to make him feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone with children who want to be treated with respect and get the best dental care for their child.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hygienists are fantastic with children and the dentist we see is great. Our children never fear going to the dentist office. Thank you for changing the way we view dentistry! I only wish I could be a patient here as well!
