I have been coming here for 18 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I have a 20 minute drive from my house and choose to do it rather than find another place for my birth control and yearly exam. The staff members are friendly and personable. It's also very easy to schedule appointments and review results online.

I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this place. I've called several times, leaving voicemails, and staying on hold for 15 minutes to try to talk to someone in regards to needing a referral or not. I haven't even BEEN to the place yet but I am already so tuned off by the lack of effort that they give. All I needed was a simple yes or no if I needed a referral or not for my appointment and NO ONE has called me back or anything and I called three times at the beginning of the week on Monday and today is Friday and I've heard nothing.

If you haven’t found the right clinic for yourself, I recommend checking out the Haverhill HQ’s Office. They all are amazing! The receptionist is friendly and she always has a smile on her face. I always feel welcomed and comfortable every time I have an appointment here.
