I am a patient. I had an appointment on Sat. morning, My husband who was not a patient had an emergency on Friday nite. I called to see if he could come in with me, I was told to bring him in with me. He was very pleased. My husband has since switched practices.

After 19 years with another dental practice, my first visit to Hampton Family Dental was pleasant. My concerns were thoroughly addressed and I found the environment to be totally positive. Dr and staff were very professional.

Two years ago I was looking for a new dentist because I moved and decided to try this place because of its location. His recommendation was to fix a filling which really wasn’t bothering me but I agreed anyways. First of all it was an extremely painful experience as he was drilling in my mouth. His assistant had the nerve to say “some people just have lower pain tolerance than others”. So that tooth hurt me for two years from that point and I avoided chewing on that side of my mouth at all cost. Thankfully last week I let a different dentist repair this hack job and my teeth are wonderful now. It took me so long to decide to get it fixed because after my experience here I lost trust. Thankfully I found an excellent dentist in Portsmouth. This new dentist charged me less than half the price to repair the previous work done to that tooth. Oh and the whole job was rushed. Ground out the tooth and put a filling in it extremely fast because they scheduled me 30minutes before they close.

Dr. Mousawi is thorough and comprehensive. He can do it all; repair, extract, implants, crowns, and a great sense of humor. Kerri is the best! Theresa is just wonderful. The laughing gas works, everyone laughs!!! More recently, Dr. Mousawi corrected a failed implant and resulting infection. This work took several visits. Dr Mousawi guarantees his implants and refunded the amount I paid. In addition, he corrected the situation at no cost. Dr. Mousawi also completed a root canal and 3-unit bridge with no problems. Like I said, he does it all. He is a Doctor's Doctor; reliable, trustworthy and, very talented. In addition, his staff (Kerry, Theresa, et al) are just excellent.

Easy to get to. Very accommodating staff. The routine cleaning was painless and quick. The X-rays were done professionally and also in a timely manner. Dr Mousawi did an excellent job during my visit, making sure I was comfortable during my procedure. I recommend him and his staff to all looking for a better experience at the dentist

I am not one to enjoy visits to the dentist because of the fear I tend to have for any medical attention that may involve syringes and the like. But, I had suffered quite a lot of discomfort and pain with two of my wisdom teeth and it got to a point where seeing a Dentist was the only relief I could get due to the sleepless nights I had been having. After getting a scan, it was obvious that I need to get rid of my four wisdom teeth and I was like let us take them out in different visits! Dr. Musawi was very reassuring, with his professional and gentle work in conjunction with his sense of humor I ended up pulling out the four wisdom teeth at once and I literally was laughing. Today is my third day of healing I am getting better with no pain. Not only was it a great experience, but I think the clinic is awesome. With all the modern amenities and excellent staff. I can only thank the staff for their patience and commitment to getting me back to normal. The receptionists and administrative staff are super-organized and helpful. They are also very good on assisting you with insurance matters.

Check your bills! They will bill for services that weren't done. Unethical practice and poor quality dentistry for those that don't know better!

Always quick no waiting great employees even better dmd....been there 7 times for cleanings a crown sleeping retainer etc. I will always go back.. office is clean and modern rooms are spacious with the best and most modern equipment and prices are second to none.....thank you for making this a place for my family and I......I never write reviews but this place warrants it!
