although the office staff could do a little better, Duhaime is an amazing doctor and has helped me quite a bit through my pregnancy.

I've had 3 birthing experiences and by far the one I reviced at amoskeag with doctor duhaime was the best . Throughout my whole twin pregnancy I received quality care . . The office staff , RNs and the ultrasond tech were helpful and kind. During birthing doctor duhaime was attentive and direct. He was extremely skilled at managing my needs and wants .(bc I had 2 piro unmedicated singleton births I may have had unrealistic expections for my twin birth) this was handled directly and seamlessly by the doctor . Who was able to stress to me what and how to make what was really important to me (virginal birth ) achievable . My goal was a vaginal twin birth , not an easy (or common place ) task . My vaginal birthing expectation we're met, however I would have giving 5 stars even if this were not the case . His office offers extras like; placenta incapsulation ,cord banking and other holistic advantages right along side new technologies . Creating a very important balance in what I needed out of my obgyn care . My twin labor , one that could have been very difficult was guided flawlessly by the Doctors instructions . I truly believe without his step by step instructions during delivery my birth would have ended very differently. I was truly blessed to find such a perfect Fit in OBGYN care .

During my pregnancy I was satisfied with my visits here. Delivery was fine and aftercare was fine. I delivered my son nearly 15 months ago and I am still suffering chronic tailbone and pelvic pain. On multiple occasions during my pregnancy, I relayed that my pelvis felt like it was ripping apart inside of me. Rather than look into this issue, I was told to stay as active as possible, keep working out and to continue walking my dog. Rather than listening to my body, I listened to my doctors. I grit my teeth and stayed active. What I had was pubis symphysis dysfunction (as diagnosed by my current pelvic medicine doctor). My pelvis separated too far during pregnancy and as a result, my pelvic muscles overcompensated and pulled my tailbone out of alignment. My job in the military is directly linked to my ability to stay physically fit. Yet here I am, pain in my pelvis led to tailbone pain, which led to lower back pain (because I cannot sit properly EVER!) and now my knee has issues because I sit and stand incorrectly. A missed diagnosis is now affecting my career in the military. So thanks, amoskeag OBGYN. Also, we want another child, but until this resolves, that is not an option. Don’t go here. It’s not worth the long term suffering. A little extra work on the doctors’ part and I would have been diagnosed properly and I would not have the issues I have today.
