Dr, Greenspan is giving me steroid shots for my pudendal neuralgia. I just want people to know that he is very professional, explains each step, answers each question. He surely has a gentle touch when giving injections and it is no more uncomfortable than a Novocain shot at a dentist. . He has given me two injections and I am not at all anxious about the next one. (whereas I always dread the next one at the dentist!)

I was about 8 to 14 minutes late. He was quite angry. Before I got into his office I told him how sorry I was and meant no disrespect. When in his office he asked how my meds were I said I had a few. He than said reschedule looked at my at. Boyfriend after he said he was purring me on probation for no reason. My friend had his head in hishands and doc told us to get out. I didn't know what was going on. I was exausted from not sleeping from pain. And he kicked me out. Said I broke my contract which is a total LIE. I HAD TO CANCEL 2 PPTS DUE TO BLIZZARDS NOW I SCREWED. I. SICK IN PAIN. HE TOLD ME MY LOWER SOINE WAS A MESS AND MIGHT END UP IN A WHEELCHAIR. I TRUSTED HIM TO LUT A BURST XR IN ME AND INJECT MY HIP. I AM NOW NOT WELCOME ANY OTHER PAIN CLINIC THIS IS WRONG. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO OTHERS THAT WERE KICKED OUT FOR NOTHING..

He does NOT work for paincare anymore because he did not Believe in their practice ! A true doctor of the people, I am not a patient but I am a medical student studying doctors in the area

Very upset with this doctor. Drove an hour to see him hoping he would be different and not just look at me like I wanted pain meds. After a near death accident and over 8 broken bones in a motorcycle accident I have found most doctors refuse to prescribe anything to help with my pain because of my age. So I guess if you’re a certain age then your pain isn’t real and shouldn’t be treated the same as if you were elderly. I can barely sleep and have trouble getting through a simple work day because of the excruciating pain in my feet. The two things that I stand on all day. Very displeased to say the least and would love to find a doctor that cares and listens to me.

He's a great doctor, hands down, and the most skillful at spinal injections of any I've seen (and I've seen a LOT!). I see some complaints from other reviewers, but I can honestly say Dr. Greenspan's only been upset with me when I warranted it. Early on in my treatment a few years back, he took me to task for some of my behaviors...but he was 100% correct. I made the changes needed and he and I now share a solid bond of mutual respect. The man has a keen intellect, plenty of empathy, and an encyclopedic knowledge of his disciplines...but he takes no nonsense. Be sincere, be honest, and be sober and you will not find a better doctor to treat your pain. This man is a big reason I'm still sane and breathing!

Paincare is the biggest scam. Legalized drug suppliers who get you hooked on pain meds then profit off it. In all my years seeing this doctor first at his previous facility he never once examined me but instead fobbed me off to nurse practitioners every appointment. It amazed me the facility had exam rooms yet they were never used once in my time there. Tired of just taking pills for pain, and wanting to "fix" what was causing my pain I asked Dr Greenspan to give me a written diagnosis to give a spinal doctor. His office had 8 various diagnosis, I then persued further care and discovered every single "medical condition" this doctor said I had was 100% wrong or fake! What a scam! Needless to say, I weaned myself off the pain meds and left for good! Stay far far away from doctors such as this one!

This so-called doctor only performed a couple of my forced steroid injections but during those two interactions I can say that the other reviewer is absolutely right about him being a bully and the other reviewer is right about him just not giving a darn about patients! Like all the others at the pain care clinic I have seen he's all about the money. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Granite State Pain Associates and Greenspan wherever he's practicing these days! This review is my sole opinion based on interactions.

He only cares about his wallet. I have been seeing him for years then all the rules change. I had a cervical injection several times the last one he missed and my whole right side went I suddenly couldn't feel.he then in jected something else to flush it out. He said take your time getting up about minutes past then he was rushing me.I also believe he has a grudge against my primary care doctor and taking it out on me. He was great a first then he changed.I called to cancel last appointment you think he would of called back if he was really concerned about me but no call. He didn't even care about the affects it would have not taking pain meds. Never offered slowly taking me off or getting help to stop. It's like I was just a number to him.people like him should have his license taking away.maybe a lawyer can look into to him.

Tram Fultz is the most rude person I ever encounter in the front desk. Horrible customer service and she drives patients away. I was stuck in traffic and construction and lost try to locate the clinic, so suppose to be 1 hour turns out to be 1.5 hours. Tram has attitude on phone while I was lost trying to locate the clinic to when I arrive the clinic. I arrive 10-15 mins before my appointment but she is blaming me I do not come 1/2 hour as she demands and I forget to fill out paperwork online in which she said email demands me to come 1 hour early. I finish all paperwork in less than 20 mins and why she demands 1 hour early, unheard of! Also she said Dr cannot see me and need to reschedule because I did not come 1 hour early to fill out paperwork! After I finish paperwork maybe 10 mins into 1.5 hours appointment, I request to discuss with dr but she said the doctor cannot see me because he is seeing another patient! What! That suppose to be my 1.5 hours appt and I only get into 10 mins of time and they take another patient and force me to reschedule! Ridiculous! Also most office let you finish paperwork later if my appt time is up and dr needs to see me then. So I waste 2.5 hours round trip for nothing. If you want clinic to grow, you better re-educate front desk or fire someone who is so rude!

I am very happy with him. Where I used to go changed my doctor, I was very uncomfortable with the new doctor. When I met Dr. Greenspan, I knew right away that I liked him, and would want to stay a patient of his. He is so kind, and has a very soothing way of speaking. My son has been needing a doctor for quite a while, and does not usually like male doctors, he ( my son ) has to be on deaths door practically before he will go to a doctor. I talked him in to going to meet Dr Greenspan, I was pleasantly surprised to hear my son say he liked Dr Greenspan and will continue to go see him. That says a lot, for Mario to like a doctor, a male doctor on top of that speaks volumes as to what a good doctor he is. It is well worth the 2 hour drive. I feel blessed to have found such a kind and wonderful Doctor. God bless you doctor Greenspan, and your entire staff.
