Since I am self-employed and work 10 hour days. With an appointment in the middle of my afternoon, I was delighted with the speed of my appointment at Vivida Dermatology. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was warmly greeted and checked in at front desk, and was called within 15 minutes of my appointment time to go back to an exam room. This was followed by an interview by a nurse, followed by an exam and a needed biopsy by the doctor. And I was on my way within 60 minutes of my arrival. This is a great office with attentive staff and a keen sense of time -- both the client's schedule and the staff's schedule!

I just finished a visit there this morning and had such a great experience that I felt like I had to put the word out there that this is a great place to go for dermatology needs with knowledgeable practitioners and friendly staff. The facilities offer a clean, modern feel and the waiting room was comfortable with water, juice and small snacks available while you wait. We were called back very quickly and were promptly attended to by Spencer Meier who was fantastic. He made my 9 year old daughter feel at ease throughout the process and we left with smiles on our faces, pleased with his bedside manner and the skilled efficiency that he exhibited. Would HIGHLY recommend Vivida Dermatology and Spencer Meier.

Hi my name is James and I came in yesterday to have something by the name of polynoma not sure the exact name for lump on back of my head on my neck. Dr. Fife was great as well as bear they both did an excellent job as always but the person that really impressed me her name was Rekia (not sure the spelling) but she was the one who administered the anesthetic to numb me so I don't feel the pain anyways she did an excellent job she made sure I was comfortable and there was no issues whatsoever. Overall, I like the office and the services. The front office staff and checkout staff are amazing and always very friendly and helpful. The doctor seemed a little abrupt and rushed this time but maybe that was because it was the end of the day and things seemed to be running a bit behind schedule. It would be nice if she would just stop for a second and ask if I had any questions before she went out the door. I wasn't sure if she was coming back or not, but she didn't.

Extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient staff. I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with. Not to mention the waiting room and patient rooms were quite nice. The only negative part of the process was that I had to wait 2 months for the first available time slot. I feel like it was worth the wait, but if I had a more serious issue it would have been a major problem.

Dr. Elizabeth Langford is amazing. She answered all my medical concerns. I had to have a skin cancer check. She had great bedside manners. Last year I went in for a skin rash/hives condition due to a autoimmune disease she addressed that but she also found two precancerous spots on my face. Never in a million years did I know those 2 spots on the side of my face and on my nose was precancerous. Thanks to her they've been removed and I'm in the clear.

I called and made an appointment and asked if they were taking new patients and accepted my insurance and they said yes, I made an appointment. I had to wait almost 2 months for a new patient appointment. When I arrived it was explained to me that I would be charged 20% of the procedure of whatever took place at the visit today. In talking to the receptionist, she explained that the bill would be submitted to insurance but I was still expected to pay 20% of the total even tough they would be submitting the bill to insurance.

But all of the staff was wonderful I had a cancer removed from my head and they were very kind and answered all my questions the Dr. made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. They are a Very Good Clinic to go to !!!

I was seen to remove a small patch of basil cell carcinoma. Dr. Fife and team were extremely professional and kind. All my questions were answered. I was given great detail prior to the procedure what was going to be done, what to expect, etc. And, I was reassured before and during the procedure that if, at any time, I was uncomfortable or experienced any pain. they would stop and assist. In my case, nerves got the best of me. Dr. Fife asked his nurse to put my music on, the Message, Christian music, turned up loud to drown out the sound of the equipment. Who does that? So comforting and so very kind. Words fail to express how meaningful that small gesture was to me. Aerial, Dr. Bear, and all the staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this office for any dermatology needs. Hands down the best team. Best customer service experience - Dr. Fife called me personally to check on me later in the evening. Just checking in to see how I felt, make sure pain was manageable. Again ... who does that? Best service ever. Thank you to the entire team!

I was seen by the excellent medical provider Steven Hawkes within minutes of my arrival. The very friendly staff greeted me warmly and Steven thoroughly administered to my needs. This dermatology facility is clean and more helpful than others I have been to. My medical service provider for this visit was Nate Morgan. He gave me a full body exam and cleared up some of my annoyances. I was kept informed of everything he was doing and what he found in his very thorough examination. The office and exam room was immaculately clean and the staff are very helpful.

First I'd like to say thank you to the physician's assistant that I saw Nate Morgan and his nurse for the quality time you spent with me and the caring attitude you showed to me and to have listen to my concerns attentively to my medical needs then promptly addressed them I felt very well taken care of. !Although it is on the total opposite direction that I live as I live on east side by sunrise. And it is far. West against another mnt. the office is clean and comfortable and they offer water and fresh juices and a little snack it's there for the patience while they're waiting they're very nice although busy they I still able to you right in and the doctor I saw took the time I really felt like I was going to get some results for my misery of my psoriasis although the medication didn't work out in my case that the doctor and the nurse was very attentive and pro active they answered alot of my ?s. With reasonable answersxand took several of my issues and handled at this 1st apt instead of the quick bandage they did a biobsy on a ? Area gave me samples of a very expensive med to get me started and wrote a refferal for a internal growth on bottom of foot . and has been in contact w me reguarding my reaction to medication ! And has already ordered a another. Blood analysis to see how they may adjust the med to suit my unique situation ! The office and staff r vere great i would recommend to others. Without hesitation ! As you walk into the building it is extremely organized and stocked with food and drinks. The ladies at the front desk are extremely polite and efficient. The room in which I was taken back to was extremely neat and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Spencer and his staff took the time to ask me quality questions about my skin and provided me with great products. They then took the time to explain what each medication did and how it would help my skin particularly. After meeting with Dr. Spencer I was taken to the front to schedule a follow up, all in all the visit was probably about 45 minutes. It was quick and easy!

I had a Basel cell carcinoma removed by Dr. Machan. He has a great chair side manner, he talked me through what he was doing and what he would do further. The assistants were very attentive and thoughtful. This could have been a very unpleasant experience, but was the exact opposite. People are normally very apprehensive walking into a doctors office anyway,but the staff puts all that at ease as does the doctor.They explain plainly what is about to happen and explain what to expect after the surgery.My surgery yesterday was followed up by a very surprising call in the afternoon by Dr. Machan himself asking how I was doing.I haven't seen that happen since the 50's.....a very pleasant surprise and very welcomed.

I called the office to let them know I was running 10 mins late max to my appointment. Immediately Claudia the operator gets an attitude with me and talks to me like a kid. Since you’re a new patient you’re not supposed be late. I said ok well no one told me that and I’m sorry I am on the free way I’ll be 10 minutes max (running late due to unfortunate circumstances). Then she goes “ACTUALLY, it’s in your text confirmation” then I go hmmm I must of missed it let me check right now. What do you know it’s not in my text confirmation and she was so quick to tell me it was. Then I said so are you saying I can’t come to my appointment that I booked 2 months ago? Then she goes well we might have to reschedule since you’re late then I said you know what, cancel it, I’ll never come here ever, especially with rude staff like you.

They even included driving directions to their office. Dr. Fife talked to me about the procedure and each step in the process. When it was time to suture my nose he and his PA discussed the best way to close it for the least scaring. Dr. Fife called me at home that night to see how I was doing.
