I met Dr Dunn 3/26/19 for a very painful back problem . I have never seen such an organized large medical practice so extremely personable, caring of your medical needs, organized to the T, and just a real pleasure to work with as a new patient . They have a number of offices , all just as organized as the others . My visit with Dr Dunn was a real pleasure as he takes his time answering your ? in an understandable way . My wait was not long and I highly recommend his practice for any of your special needs .. I am so very glad I finally found a Dr in this town who truly cares about you as their patient !!!

Dr. Thomas Dunn was my Doctor for a long time, but he told me I needed Major Arterior/Posterior reconstructive surgery for my back. I was prepared for that at the time. He told me that I had to make the decision, but he would do the surgery for me when I was ready. Now he has staff that will not let me make an appointment to see Dr. Dunn. They say he isn't taking any new patients. but I am an old patient. I don't know why they are preventing me from see the Doctor. I just found out from the schedule staff that he won't take me because of Anthem Blue Cross insurance??? I am writing this in the hope that Doctor Dunn will see this and have his staff schedule an appointment for me. You told me when I was ready to do The surgery you would do it for me. Excellent surgeon. Spent time with me going over the MRI and X-Rays of my spine. Gave me 2 options, explained each and left me to decide which option. I visited another surgeon before Dr. Dunn and there was no comparison. Dr. Dunn is a 5-Statr PLUS physician. Have a spine issue, Dr., Dunn is the surgeon to visit.

The office was so willing to see me even though my MRI disk was not available. It was important to me to get clearance to fly for an upcoming extended trip and I did not have the time to wait for another appointment when the MRI would be there.
