I have visited this location about 5 times to have some moles checked and removed. I find the staff extremely friendly. I have never had to wait too long in the lobby. I’m usually always taken into the examination room before or right at the time of my appointment. I see Physicians assistant Jordan Spoon, she does a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I arrived 15 min early, front desk was nice but then asked me to sit aside so she can check someone out. I was taken to a room before I could finish my new patient paperwork which was great. However I spent about an hour waiting in the room. 45 min of waiting a different receptionist asked for my paperwork and I told her I'll hold onto it because I had to leave soon. I asked why I was waiting and I was told others were a head. I said I had an appointment and she said the time was double booked. I asked why and she said they always double appointment times. I said that's unprofessional. I was glared at as she shut the door. After an hour I packed up my stuff and started walking out, a nurse caught me (not the doctor who I came to see) and tried to diagnose me, and tried to send prescription to their pharmacy within about 3 minutes. I told them I use my pharmacy and I was brushed off and told to use theirs. I asked what my co pay or deductibles would be once I'm seen by the doctor. The nurse and the 2nd receptionist wouldn't tell me. I told them to not bother with anything and kept leaving. The first receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule, I looked at her as if she was nuts, and left. I only regret I left the unfinished paperwork in their room. I will be calling my home physician and tell them my experience and to not use them as a recommendation anymore

EXTREMELY high praise for Dr. Michaels. My face needed surgery for removal of a melanoma. The scar is barely visible. The man has great hands!

TERRIBLE PRACTICE BEWARE. Dr Del Rosso is the most caring physician I have ever met. I saw him in early May of 2017. He ran some tests and I didnt get to go back to see him due to financial reasons. 2 months later, I get a call from the office saying i tested positive for MRSA which I had never heard of. The guy that called couldnt give me any specifics and advised me that either the Dr or nurse would call me since I couldnt get in for an appointment. I waited 2 weeks and called back. I left a detailed message on their "dedicated" nurse line and to this day, still no reply. How can a practice not care enough about its patients?? From what I read, MRSA is not joke and can be deadly WTH?? I wish Dr Del Rosso would go to another practice because this one is completely ridiculous. i wont stop here. I will be reporting to BBB next and will keep going until they get it together!!!

(Worst Customer Service all the way around) 1. Setting an appt. one calls over and over for days and may get a call back. 2. If one needs info on anything that is another weeks on end issue. No call backs and transferred to answering machine in another part of the place. 3.Very very shady how they make one use there Briova Pharmacy. Must get a kickback or something. Plus waiting for a script approval etc. Plus probably diluted or replaced. Very very shady. Should be shut down. Ofcourse it won’t be. Money making thieves and we are all just another number. Please look into them. May call channel 13 and BBB !!! I could go on and on. They can’t even handle the simple things either.

I've been here multiple times and every time there is a significant delay. They are never on time and have no regard for your scheduled appointment time. If you come here, give yourself 2.5-3 hours after your scheduled appointment time.

Have been trying to make an appointment and even left a message last Thursday 2/21/19 with no response. I do love Dr. Smith; however, I have no choice but to make an appointment with another doctor/establishment. I hope she realizes she is losing business due to the staff not making appointments in a timely manner.

I’m very impressed with this place. I’m in my 40’s and have never been checked for anything on my skin. I made a appointed and came here today. They checked me out at the time scheduled, thoroughly checked my skin and then consulted me. Bret and Nicole were very pleasant and nice to talk to. They make you feel comfortable while consulting you and took a lot of stress off me. I was concerned about a couple different areas on my face and arms. Turned out to be pretty common things. I’ll be back in 6 mo thx for my follow up.

I would not wasting time and energy talking about the problem. All I can say is just go to other dermatologist that has a good review. Front desk sucks and rude. When they say they will call back never believe on them because their call back mean bye bye. Call them on different time or different days no one will answer. Been like this for 2 years. Im so done with them

I was highly impressed. I was placed in the room before I even finished my paperwork. The doctor was amazingly nice. The procedure was done right after consultation and took all of five minutes.

You can't get a hold of anybody to set an appointment. I've been calling for 2 days and not once can I get an answer. I let it ring for well over 10 minutes and the only person who managed to figure out how to answer the phone hung up after saying "Thomas Dermatology" "click". Completely unprofessional.

My yearly checkup is always a great experience with Dr. Thomas, as he spends a good amount of time assisting each client. I can always be sure I'm in good hands and seeing someone with experience. Recently I had to go in for a relative emergency issue for a painful swelling, and his handling and care was better than I had hoped it would be. I have referred my girlfriend and friends to Dr. Thomas who now use his service as their own. Don't hesitate to see him. Be prepared for a wait, however, but this is a minor inconvenience knowing the unrushed experience you'll have.

I’ve been here twice for an annual exam. The doctor is nice and somewhat personable which is a plus. They will photograph different moles and birthmarks that you specifically point out and keep the photos on file so you can monitor their appearance year after year. My complaint is that the doctors will only look at what you specifically ask them to. They do not give you a full exam to check for any skin abnormalities or signs of skin cancer. This is problematic especially for areas that you cannot examine yourself such as your back or your scalp. If you can’t see it, you can’t point it out to them. They are the experts in skin, and they are being paid for an examination. I do think this should be part of what they do. I may be looking for a new dermatologist who offers a more comprehensive annual exam.

Always and forever - I can never get anyone the phone to make an appointment or reschedule an appointment - takes several tries usually. Once there, I do like the nurses and doctors. It's just extremely frustrating to find ways to get someone on the phone to get an appt.

I set up an appointment for my son a month in advance we had a referral from our Clinic to go here when I got here they never checked to see if our insurance was valid and because I didn't have my insurance card it took over an hour to get it verified and I had to do all the work. It gets worse we get inside the office and my son has some type of them mold that they don't want to remove that he needs to see it a plastic surgeon so I have to pay $50 deductible and whatever their fee is that they're going to charge where is they did nothing except look at the mold on his neck and some acne and nothing was accomplished. So if you have any type of a mold a birthmark you might want to consider going to a different Dermatology because they're not going to be able to help you. They'll refer you to another doctor after they've gotten your money.

Awful service. They take forever to answer the phone and then when they finally do answer they have a fat attitude and get snippy with you and won’t even let you finish your sentence before interrupting you. The doctor needs to fire the front staff immediately because they definitely are going to make people not want to go here! Awful. Trash.

We arrived at least thirty minutes before the appointment and we were seen almost twenty minutes after the appointment time and many other people were going in before us that came in after us. Once the doctor saw us it took only a few minutes to make a decision about what to do but the wait was too long

I wish I could give them a 0. No follow through-took no time to examine my daughter. didn't even see a doctor, just a PA. Needed to go back because of a reaction to medicine, couldn't even get an answer on the phone to book an appt or a response to my email. Very frustrating experience-especially when its your child and you just want to help them.

I was seen by Vanessa Benes PA. She was nice but rushed. She just decided to prescribe me a regimen which i did religiously and it didn’t work. I been trying to follow up with her but they have rescheduled my appointment 3 times. Worst service ever.

I do like Dr. Leiberman alot, but he takes about 3-4 months to see. So in a pinch I have seen Dr. Micheals. I have been waiting MONTHS literally for a RESPONSE from my blood work, they even sent a letter saying I need to contact them for my results that scare me I have a problem for consultations . I call repeatedly and never get a response. Just a voicemail always available, never a person that answers. They never authorized my medication response. I should have been renewed for my medication in Feb... here it is going on May. If I was positive for cancer stage 2, I am probably stage 4 by the time I find out! Dr . Michael's staff is a joke . Think twice before you come here!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a referral to this dermatology. This place is great! The most fast and efficient medical establishment I have been to. 1st, I thought I was going to be waiting for 15 minutes in the room. Wrong! Less then 4 minutes. 2nd, I thought the dermatologist was going to be talking to me like charlie brown's teacher. Wrong! She clearly made me understand everything she said and suggested. And 3rd, I thought I was going to leave with some questions that was thought of afterwards. Wrong again! I left there feeling confident and happy. The professional staff made me feel hope. I have been feeling real depressed over my condition but after today, I feel much more hopeful and happy because what experience they gave me. I feel truly blessed this holiday and its almost Christmas. This was a good early gift. Thank you for giving me hope.
