After having a stroke I saw Dr Glickman one time. Now I'm trying to get a follow up and after leaving four messages they never returned my call. I finally got a hold of someone and she said she can't help and to keep trying back every day. I'm left in limbo and now trying to find a different Dr to find out what caused my stroke. They are very unprofessional and condisending on the phone.

I went here because healthcare partners/humana no longer covers the first 2 surgeons. This is the only neurosurgeon office on the plan. The scheduler assigned me Dr. Garber over the phone. Dr. Garber at least has high reviews. But arrived at the clinic to wait in pain for 2hours to see Dr. Glickman. I strongly felt I was giving poor treatment plan and the run around because of the color of my skin. He denied there was spinal cord compression when more than 2 other neurosurgeons pointed the area out to me to make sure it gets medical attention. He questioned what took so long for some treatment like he did not know the clinic got all the patients and his staff is the one who scheduled the appointment. I begged for the soonest appointment. He did not want to do a tumor biopsy. He was passing it on another colleague in the office. I hope it gets better when the office relocates. I would not recommend this doctor. Please note how there is not a website with the clinics name.
