The wait times at this doctors office are ridiculous. For our last appointment we waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. Our most recent appointment? It’s past the two hour mark and still no doctor. Always excuses instead of solutions. They care more about packing people in to make as much money as possible rather than respecting their patients and scheduling according to the availability of their doctors. At this office you are a number not a patient. Patient care extends beyond the interaction with the doctor. It includes the initial booking all the way through the check out process. This doctors office has forgotten that and only cares about their bottom line. If you decide to use this office take the day off, pack a lunch and bring a book or two, you’re gonna need it.

A friend referred us here when I made the appointment they were very friendly waited on hold to speak with someone about 10 minutes. We arrived very early to fill out all the paperwork (I have 3 kids). I really love the fact they have 2 separate waiting rooms one for sick kids and then the other for well check visits. While I was filling out the paperwork I was noticing a lot of patients in and out! Then was informed there are 3 drs back there. We were called back about 20 minutes after the scheduled time. We waited in the room for the doctor for about another 40 minutes total before she came in I was pretty much over the wait by the time she came in. When she finally arrived (Ashley Mo) I couldn’t believe how amazing she was with my kids she showed each of them gentle and loving experience you can really tell that her and the staff love there jobs and want to be there!! She took her time didn’t rush us asked about all 3 kids and gave me reassurance on a lot of things plus I love the fact that my kids saw a dr not the nurse practitioner. My kids have found there Dr my friend that referred me advised me I’ll never wait that long again but even if I do I really don’t mind because she is doing her job by actually taking her time with the patient themselves. Yes it’s true..the wait time is irritating sometimes, but I would wait anytime for the Doctors at this Practice. What good does it do me to be helped immediately and not get my situation resolved. These doctors actually listen to you. It’s hard to find doctors that listen to your frustrations about your child’s needs. I went to children’s hospital in California (while visiting), two different pediatrics clinics, racked a huge bill and they diagnosed my twins with Colic.. sitting in the waiting area for hours to be told it is just colic when my heart said otherwise. I came back to Las Vegas and I found Dr. Robertson and he listened. My twins had severe kidney infection. I have many stories about the pediatricians at this practice practically saving my kids lives.. so in my heart, mind, and eyes. The pediatrician here are the best. Wait time doesn’t matter.

Absolutely love the location the receptions and nurses there are so nice Ashley MO it's a fabulous pediatrician she's always answering my concerns and makes me feel better about anyting that I might have been worried about with my children and my kids feel very comfortable with her. My kids have also seen dr. Yang which she is also very good and knowledgeable.

Dr. York is amazing. He is very kind and great with my little one. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. Only thing I would recommend is to not have the male nurse do vaccines on your babies. Every time this nurse does them on my baby he is in extreme pain afterwards, unable to walk and has bruises. The female nurses have NEVER done that.

Good doctor's but the wait time is absolutely horrible. Its crazy to me that doctor will charge a fee if late or even cancel appointment but they have no problem making patients wait 2 hours after there appointment time!!!!!!

Everytime I've had an appointment at this office (both locations) the doctor has always been at least an hour to two hours behind. Yesterday I had an appointment for 10:30am and the doctor didn't see us until after noon. The doctor also acted like this was his first time seeing my son. Very disappointed! Looking elsewhere.

For the summerlin location. I'd give less than one star, but its not an option. I've taken my son here 3 times, and I have spent a cummulative 9 hours of waiting in those 3 visits. I actually left before we were seen in the first visit, as wait time was approaching 3 and a half hours. They have a sign in the waiting room that says wait times may be long because they believe in quality care. As a 10-year veteran of the healthcare industry, and a person with a life, being courteous of your patient's time is part of quality care. If your patients are consistently waiting on excess of 30 mins, you suck at time management. Schedule less patients, or hire more staff. Oh, I write this as my current wait time for this visit just passed 2 hours. And the wait is not commensurate with the face time with the provider or quality of care.

The place is terrible they give you an appointment and attend you 2 hours later the waiting room is full of kids you don't a place to sit and some people even have to stand outside the hallway. They also mix up your appointment.

My wife and I took our son here to see Dr. Brooks after he stared to have a cough and a little fever. As new paitents we obviously had a little bit of a wait time. As soon as we were called the nurses were very polite and explained everything that they were doing or were going to do. We didn't have to wait long for the doctor at all after the nurse had finished. Dr. Brooks was very attentive and very nice. We didn't feel rushed during the visit what so ever. I highly recommend this office to any one looking for a good pediatrician.

Last two appointments with Dr Milan for my daughter were over 50 wait times. No answers of when we’d see her, no check-ins, nothing. For what we pay for medical coverage this is unacceptable. If we were late for an appointment, they’d charge me or not see me. Why don’t they hold themselves to the same standards?! My son sees her too. We HAD to make an office visit for a referral for a specialty doctor - after the visit and charge they were UNABLE to refer me. So upset. Will not be back.

Last time we where there for a physical for our children..they ask if we wanted an ECG. I told them they have never had an ECG before was it an new procedure..rhey said no they have always done them with physicals..so I signed off on it. Long story short after waiting for over an hour in the tiny room to be seen. We never got an ECG. I called the next day to ask someone if our insurance was charged for this because I signed off on it. No one returned my call ever. And now my 3 year old has been complaining of chest pains saying her heart hurts. I need to take her in have no idea what to think.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Robertson for many moons now 20 years and counting..... He is an amazing doctor and has an amazing team of doctors around him. I have in the past had another doctor in the office care for my kids and they were all amazing. Nurses and staff memebers have all been kind to my kids..... I prefer one office over the other because of wait times but as long as Dr. Robertson is here so are we.....

Pathetic. Appt was at 4pm and wasn't seen until 545pm. Staff up front kept saying "you are next" but that only meant to go into a room and wait another 45 minutes. When pressed on why the delays they said "take it up with the doctor" and really didn't want to converse at all. The office manager kept saying sorry and blamed it on under-staffing of doctors. Here's an idea, be honest. Tell people you can have the appt but it may take two hours so that I can decide to gut it out or go elsewhere like urgent care or something. Since my wife mostly handles this I asked around the waiting room to see if this was an anomaly or the the norm. I got a resounding "It's the norm. they are always late." It's up to my wife if she wants to deal with this poorly run business and the ridiculously cold and uncaring front desk staff because I will never set foot in there again. What a joke.

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. Laura since she was 3 months old and she and the staff have been fantastic!. For pretty much my daughters entire life I have been a single dad, and the doctors and staff have always been so helpful and never make me feel like an idiot for asking a question or taking her in for an "emergency" visit no matter how non serious the issue was. (and there were many because in the beginning I knew about as much as babies as I do astro physics) However ovr time with their help and my own hands on learning I am proud to say my little girl just turned 2 on 8/23/12 and I dont think it would have been as smooth of a ride w/o the wonderful people at Sunshine Valley. If you are new in town, or just looking to switch pediatricians I strongly urge you to give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Our appointment was October 12, 2015. We waited more then 30 minutes for a flu shots!!! Our appointment was at 4:30pm and we got here at 4:10pm. The staff is very ghetto and unprofessional. While my kids and I were waiting in the room, we heard the staff talking as if we already weren't waiting long enough.The wait is always long and ridiculous. It's now 5:11pm and we're in a room. My kids never received a flu shot. I will never come back to this ghetto pediatric clinic ever again. This place needs to shut down and it doesn't deserve to be in Summerlin.

This office should be ashamed of how long they make their patients wait.. 1.5 hr wait with an appointment. minimum every time I have been there . .Figured I would try one more time . I asked for a first appointment of the day..Explained my past experiences there.. Of course they didnt let me down , over 30 mins waiting and the Dr. still did not show up, he wasnt even in the building ....I took my kids and left this time....Never again. They are always way overbooked...

We have entrusted the healthcare of our children to Dr. Tresa and the team at Sunshine Valley Pediatrics for three years now. She is hands down the best pediatric physician we have ever encountered, and our kids love seeing her! Both of my children had milk/soy protein intolerance as well as acid reflux as infants, and Dr. Tresa took the time to listen to me describe what was going on and heard my concerns. She was so helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem and coming up with a solution everyone was on board with. She has always supported what I felt was best for my kids, and you can rest assured she is knowledgeable, educated and has more than adequate experience to deal with an array of pediatric issues. Dr. Tresa and the team at Sunshine Valley Pediatrics are always quick to get us seen same day if there is an issue, and are always a pleasure to deal with upon check-in and check-out. Yes, there are times when you may wait a bit, but in Las Vegas that's pretty typical of any practice. She is worth the wait, as she takes sufficient time with all her patients to ensure all their needs are met and all their questions are answered. Simply put, Dr. Tresa is absolutely amazing and probably the sweetest person you and your kids will ever meet!

Been seeing Dr Tresa since my son was born, and she is absolutely wonderful. Takes the time to explain and address any concerns I bring up. Never had any issues with wait times (30 minutes was the longest I've waited). My friends see the other doctors here and love them also.

The ladies at the front desk and the nurses are wonderful but the doctors are absolutely AWFUL!! I’ve never meet someone so antibreastfeesing like dr tresa. Everything that was wrong with my daughter she would just say it was because of breastfeeding. Anything that happened she would you say if we just put her on formula it would be better and you wouldn’t have any more problems WOW.. she then would tell me my daughter had certain things and we’d go back to get it looked at and she’s say oh it’s not this certain thing, I told her she was the one who told us in the first place and she’s act clueless. We tried dr Milan & dr mo they were both no smarter than me and one cant remember which also really liked blaming breastfeeding for the problems we were having, I’d also ask them questions and they had no clue how to answer them. Then finally we went to dr yang as our last hope for this office and she thankful was for breastfeeding and got us a prescription but she had a one track mind.. couldn’t answer any other questions and didn’t help with any other problems then left the room and said she’d be back but instead left for the day very rude. The only good thing about the offices the nurses were so sweet I wish I didn’t have to do with doctors and could stay just to see the nurses

just plain rude ! I just made the 15 min hold and for one min they didnt take my appointment. I didnt mind the 30 min drive because I thought they were the best but they lost 2 patients . so very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend going to this place !

We have been at Sunshine Valley for almost 3 years. Dr. Tresa is our pediatrician and we can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She sees all 3 of our girls and is always so patient and kind. She never makes us feel rushed, even when I know she’s running behind. I usually try to book morning appointments so we don’t have much of a wait, but there are times when we’ve had to wait. My husband and I both don’t mind because we’d want her to take as much time with us as she is with her other patients - and she does. Dr. Tresa is very supportive with my choice to breastfeed and encourages me to do what I feel is best for our children. I trust her opinion 100%. The staff is always kind and tries their best to accommodate when we need to be seen for a sick appointment. Dr. Tresa has even squeezed us in at the end of her day when she’s fully booked. Samantha at the front desk is a fan favorite not only with me, but with our girls. They look forward to seeing her when we have appointments.

He takes his time for their needs and really is an exceptional physician. I can't say enough appreciation I have for this clinic and Dr. Robertson and Dr. York. I will never go anywhere else!

We love Dr. Laura!! She takes the time to answers all my questions and shows sincerity in caring for my son's well being. The nurses are always so lovely, friendly, and, most importantly, gentle and caring. The front desk staff is receptive and helpful in a timely manner. I have never experienced rudeness from the staff here toward myself or witnessed toward others. Overall, we have had only great experiences and I highly recommend this doctor's office!
