I saw Dr. Nishiyama for a fractured Patella. He was very pleasant when my daughter and I met him and very matter-of-fact about what needed to be done to repair the fractures. On the morning of surgery, he made me feel very confident about the procedure both before and after he was done. The whole staff at Desert Orthopaedic Center was very helpful in facilitating the original appointment and the surgery as all of this happened during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Dr. Nishiyama’s assistant, Biaz, was very helpful and patient during a very stressful time. I also appreciate the prompt responses to my phone calls after my surgery.

He got rightt the point after xray telling how bad my situation in left hip was. I was told years back I need a hip replacement. He scheduled it right away. Discussed the procedure in detail. Years ago I faced many fears of having this surgery. He put me at ease and I feel really good tbawt he will do an outstanding job on Apri 8th my survery date. I look forward to being able to walk again.
