My appointment was scheduled for 12:15 and it is currently 1:19... I'm still waiting to be called. It did not take long, once I arrived, to figure out this was going to be a massive wait for my appointment. ONE star is too generous of a rating thus far......and I havent even had a chance to meet the surgeon I am HERE to see.

Dr. Forage is a genius. After neck and scoliosis surgery, he gave my daughter, Melanie, her life back after being in severe pain for 10 years. Also, his, assistant Ryan has been amazing. We thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

After over 4 hours in the waiting room Dr Forage spent maybe 2 minutes with my daughter regarding her back pain. Did not even look at the MRI results that we got from another Dr out of State. Stated that not sure why she is having pain and then basically said if you want you can get a cat scan to rule out something I did not even know what he said and left the room. I could not believe he did not take time to even look at her back and see where the pain was coming from. She is in pain every day. Need to leave Nevada and find someplace that has Physicians that care and know what they are doing. At least with Children's Bone and Spine we would get some time with the Dr. and they would take time to figure things out. What a Joke!!!

A one is seriously pushing this. I would give a zero if I had the option to. While we all understand that things come up, and sometimes we need to wait in the waiting room for a bit, there is a huge difference between a little while, and hours. On this day Doctor Forage did not come in until noon. Instead of rescheduling all the morning appointments they missed, they have decided the best way is to handle the situation is to mix all the morning and afternoon appointments for ANY of the patients. Completely RUDE. Just as the lady at the front desk. Rude and not her problem. Very uncaring. Personally IDC how good of a doctor you might be, but if your office staff can't handle scheduling, show respect for patients, stop trying to get all the billing and money you can..then your office is well. Not worth anyone's time.

I had no problem, expect with the the Aid Ryan! Dr.Forage is awesome so sweet. He saw me and set up my surgery asap! Most doctors in this town don't care he does! Office girls had only one little slip up, but it was nothing big. I read the things ppl posted I'm shocked.

Went from rehab to office for staple removal. Very short wait, saw Joe P AC who I met in hosp. Very nice again, answered my questions. Saw Dr Forage on my way out. Even though he did my surgery , I never met him formally but he came over, smiled and greeted me and shook my hand. This is the second time and he evokes confidence in me. The staff were courteous and expedited me through professionally.

Hands down one of the most unprofessional rude doctors I have ever met, with absolute no bedside manner. I would NOT trust a potatoe in his care. His lack of professionalism is alarming. Late for every appointment always looks like he just woke up, day of surgery he was over 2 hours late for brain surgery nurses and staff could not get ahold of him. That he did not come properly equipped for. And the procedure had to be cancelled due to his negligence of reading notes and past medical history or even taking measurement, after several vists to his office. If you value your time I encourage you to find a different doctor.

I had neck surgery in 2011. Dr Forage was wonderful, as was his office staff. My son had him do his back surgery and was totally satisfied. Now it's my husband's turn and he won't see anyone except Dr Forage! He's a wonderful, caring Dr.

Dr. Forage essentially rebuilt my spine and I am able to walk. Getting my post op appts and communication has been awful but I will need another surgery to address other problems and I will go back to him. I have to say, if you're looking for a chatty guy or someone to hold your hand, move along; he's not that guy.

This doctor/surgeon may be very good, however, his assistant Cassie is a pitbull. It's impossible to get a return call from her, even if it is an emergency. She even says on her voice mail that if you leave multiple messages, it will only delay her getting back to you. I have been waiting over one week, in unbearable pain, to hear back from her just to schedule a follow up visit because what he suggested the first time I saw him, did not work. I cannot believe that this woman is allowed to play with someone's life/health in this manner!!! This woman needs a serious lesson in humanity.

My experience with Dr Forage was very cold and unconcerned was diagnose with a tumor on my brain and for me it was serious the tumor sits on my facial nerves and my face feels numb he let me know that i could get a procedure called gammaknife ehich is radiation he was not very informational it was like pulling teeth to get information so if you cant think of any questions you will not get any information about your surgery i then spoke to cassie the assistant she was setting up my radiologist appt. When i asked her is it done in the office her reply was no i don't know where the office is soooo you do this on the daily and your not sure where the radiologist is the doctor uses. That was my Que to run find another doctor not to mention how rude she was to a patient who was obviously in pain that wanted to use a empty chair in her office she told him no there are chairs available down the hall to rude of a place to allow him or his team to do brain surgey for me

He comes of cocky but he knows what hes doing after being in severe pain Dr. Forage did a micro vascular decompression and instanlty after surgey i was relevied of pain. It has been 3 years since my surgey but I am grateful.

Horrible! Arrived at 1215 for 1230 appointment. At 1pm I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and I was told “30-40 minutes... there’s 4 patients ahead of you” I was finally called in at 2pm only to be rudely told by Dr Forage that I should not have been sent there by my doctor. Thanks for wasting my time AND being Rude! You’re a brain surgeon?!!!!

Dr. Farage performed a crainiotmy on me in 2004 he performed magnificent work when I went under I was laughing and when I woke up I was laughing well its 2018 now and I am still alive and happy should I ever need a neurosurgeon again I will certainly find Dr Farage and ask that he would perform the procedure.
