I have been bringing my daughter here since she was born. Dr. Nyguen is excellent. I am disappointed that everytime I come here it’s more then and hour wait for the doctor to see us. I am currently waiting in the room, its now been an hour and 15 minutes that I have been waiting. This is getting ridiculous! Why do I make an appointment at 2pm and don’t get seen at all. I’m looking for a new pediatric office as I finish this.

This was our first visit to Nevada Pediatric Specialists. We were able to get an appointment at the last minute. The staff were very pleasant and the office was clean and welcoming. The Doctor was very knowledgable and patient, took time to speak with us. We made a decision right there to make Nevada Pediatric Specialists our primary care from now on.

Pathetic office! I was on my way to my sons appointment (AUTISTIC EVALUATION) There was an accident on the freeway so I call office to tell them I am almost there stuck in traffic. They said if it’s more than 15 minutes I have to reschedule. I walk inside fighting to put my sons shoes on cause taking him anywhere is a mission in itself!!!!! Get up stairs to a huge family in the hallway so I push past them sign in get told I’m 16 minutes late I have to reschedule ahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!! For real! I’ve NEVER been seen on time at this office I’ve ALWAYS sat for 1-2 hours in the lobby and I was 1 minute over the time limit and I can’t be seen for 1 minute it was 10 seconds over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SORRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OFFICE !!!!!!!!!!! I even spoke with the office manager and explained what happened and still nothing!!!!!! Autistic children sometimes have episodes and I’d love to see one of these “nurses” do better . Shame on you!

The worst place ever! They expect you to have your kid see a doctor everyday before they approve FMLA. Well if I HAD the FMLA then maybe I could do that. They don't take into account that the doctor has gone on leave..then..retires...they're absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional. Their receptionists call me Mom...DO I look like your mother??? Try addressing people by last name..

Dr Chase sees all 3 of my kids and we love her, she truly cares and always takes her time to answer any of our questions without rushing us out the room. The waiting room is pretty small but they do have a well side and sick side which is great, wait time is usually pretty fast. Staff is always kind and helpful..Would recommend this office

These guys have been very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. I could not ask for more, and I’m even driving from about 30 minutes away to keep them as my daughter’s primary provider. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby.

I signed up for the Newborn Education Class. The description noted this - "... provide some basic information on newborn care and what to expect in the first days and weeks of life." With this in mind, being a first time parent, I wanted to attend mainly for this reason. When I got there, I went to the receptionist and she was quite surprised that I was there for a Newborn Education Class. I showed my event invite from the email and had to double check if I was there on the right day and time. She said she would check with the supervisor and doctor. I was surprised. She came back and said that someone was going to check on me cause apparently I was the only one who signed up. But it seemed like they did not know there was a class that day. The good thing to note is that the receptionist was kind enough to transfer me to the Non-Sick area. I was met up by someone who said she would give me a tour of the facility and gave me a welcome gift. Shortly after, the Doctor came to greet me. They were both kind. The doctor just basically gave me information on the facilities and stuff they have there and was kind enough to answer a few of my questions. But that didn't seem like a class to me and I didn't get any information on newborn care and what to expect in the first days and weeks of life. He seemed to be in a hurry and so once I was done with questions, he left to do other things. The girl continued the tour. But we ended up in the "sick side" again.. I regret signing up for this "CLASS" and wasted gas and time to come all the way here. I also was also exposed to sickness for nothing. It's a nice facility for children who need care and medical attention. But I hope they are more aware of the things they post on social media. The Newborn Education Class seemed like a marketing tool for their facility. Disappointing!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I started going to this doctor office when my daughter was about a month old and from the start the front desk people where so rude and just had an attitude every time you would walk in. I tended to ignore it I kept taking my daughter there along the road there was always a problem with them and they wouldn't care about the care of your child or what was going on. There's source of making everything better was just to spring medication on the baby and to follow-up. My daughter got all her shots from this office and about a month ago ended up with a ball in her leg and I was told to take her to get an ultrasound and come to find out the ball in her leg was caused by the medical staff who administered her the shots in the leg. The office denies that it was from mal practice and tried to brush it under the rug and we have been waiting 2 weeks to even get a response back from anyone in the office and we our still waiting. I was trying to get my records for the fact that I could no longer trust them with my baby and after all that happened they still tried to charge me for her records and still no apology was made from them. The front office manager had no apologies or didn't care one bit for what was going on in there office and neither the manager. I would be careful taking your kids, because there will just brush it under the rug and make it seem like your the messed up parents that its your fault and not a big deal at all as stated by the office manager. It's been a nightmare with them, as a mom never did I think I would have to go through an experience so horrible especially with my baby who has no fault.

I am very disappointed with the staff and Dr Zilberman. I was given a letter that they are not longer going to see my 3 daughter after 8 years of seeing the same doctor because I did not cancel appointment that I had scheduled. I was very shocked and disappointed to see how they treat they long lasting customer.

When I go with an Appointment I prepare myself to be there at least 3 hours, I take my 3 boys there and not all at the same time. I feel like ever since I have started going to NPS my kids seem to be getting diagnosed with absolutely every thing. More things than I have ever been imagine. Most of the doctors are pretty nice staff is great. I am looking for another place to take my kids. Im not sure if this place is just in for the money or really care by giving me so many referrals to all these specialists.

We went there on Saturday morning because my daughter had a high fever and couldn’t swallow anything and there was no doctor, just an APRN. He ran a test and said it’s influenza B without looking at her mouth. He prescribed a super expensive syrup that we bought. We ended up in the ER the same afternoon because actually she had hand feet and mouth disease and we got a syrup for her throat.

The doctors and nurses here are very passionate about their patients. You can tell they care cause they always ask you what's going on and take the time to listen. Its always helpful to have all your paperwork in hand and insurance info. I tend to forget, but I try to have everything ready before I go now. It really does seem to make checking in a lot smoother. I also write down any questions about my kids check ups, medicine questions, and if I'm due for any vaccines for them. I always think I can remember everything but once I go, I forget a thing or two. So it's just easier to write it down or out it in My phone. My family sees Jeff and Dr.Chase, they are absolutely great with kids. The medical assistants are also very nice. They also have a fish tank in the waiting room that's fun for the kids to look at.

I take my son with dr. Nguyen and she is great just like the staff. she actually listens to what you have to say. and you can tell they love what they do. the wait is long to go inside but almost every doctor's office will be like that. I really recommend this place

this place sucks do not take your kids there. they do not care about the children. my son was a newborn and the doctor didn't even mention about my baby's circumsion. I had a very hard delivery my baby almost died. but as a professional the doctor should of seen I g I wanted a circumsion now my baby is too big and may have to be put to sleep. then after 5 years of bringing my other children to this pediatricians office they discharge my kids for cancellations. it's very unprofessional and weird your kids can never see the same physician. and there to busy to care.

I brought my Daughter in today for a follow up after ER visit and my Dughter’s Doctor was not available so I took just anyone,This doctor’s name is shown right here.Caroline Nguyen,She told me what I already knew,Worst doctor visit ever,I asked her questions and I felt like she really did not care what we are going throug,this is a very really good clinic and my kids have been going here since 2013. But today I walk out of this office as I walked in,with a lot of questions and no answers.

I don't recommend this place if you are late for at least 10min they reschedule your appointment and won't see you that day. They don't seem to care much for the patients. They leave you waiting in the room for least an hour and a half until the doctor comes.

I really love this office! First of all, I really appreciate that they have a sick and well side that are separated. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with in the office is really welcoming, helpful and professional. I also love the security doors! I have 2 children and they both see Dr.Tackett, who I adore! He is so energetic, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure that any and all my questions and concerns are answered. He is a great doctor, and I’m glad we found him! Overall this place is a great environment. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

The pros and cons are on both ends of the spectrum. Our ped is Dr. Chase and she is always professional, keeps track of all issues, listens, accessible, and gives good advice. I feel we are on the same team to caring for my child. She's perfect. The rest of the staff, esp front office and nurses are great with the occasional slip but we're all people. My biggest issue is how they bill. Just when I think I'm current on copays, I get stuck with another one. I hate that I can't just trust their correct because it happens often. Then I use up my free time to sift through statements and think about what happened during the visit. It's incredibly time consuming.

Stay far far away from this place!!!!!!!! Liars and rude staffs and doctor!!!!!! They don't know how to accommodate their patients!!!! We traveled so far across town to make it to our appointment at 3:50pm after my son was discharge from ER. We left the house at 2:30pm, but traffic, school zones, stop lights made it impossible for us to make it on time so I called them ahead to let them know I will be 15 mins late, the lady said it was ok. We got to their office at 4:03pm (which made us only 13 mins late). There was like 2-3 people standing in line so I waited for out turn. By the time we reach the desk it was already 4:10pm. The lady said we can't no long see you, you need to re-schedule. I explained to her that I called letting them know that we're gonna be late for about 15 mins but we got there 13 mins late only. I waited in line thats why by the time it was my turn it was already 4:10pm (20mins passed my original appointment time). The lady in the front desk said in a mean voice "Well, we already took a walk in patient in to see, so you will need to reschedule". I even told here how far we had to travel just to get there and that appointment is very important as my son follow up check up after the hospital. I mean, they could have told us to reschedule when I called thats way we could turn around and drive back home instead of wasting our time going there plus the child is sick! They didn't even try to make you feel better after all the inconvenience yet blame you and give you attitude! Worst place ever!!!! Don't bring your child here!!!
