REVIEWS OF Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center IN Nevada

This is one of the worst places I have ever had to deal and the staff is not helpful. 1st time visit waited over 4 hrs because they left name of the call sheet, the 2nd time made a bad appointment and did not inform us of it and we showed up for it and they lied about cancelling it and tried to bill me $20 no show fee. Have u noticed all the reviwes on the home web sit are all 5 stare except 2 were 4 stare and when I put 1star in on Dr Allen it never appearead so that means they are altering the reviews and ratings. I did a 2nd one so lets see if it showed up

5 stars for surgery 2 stars for waiting time!! I went to Dr Ashman for an old old botched knee surgery fix. He's not the most personable individual (professional) but I'm pretty outgoing so that's not saying much! He did great work, I was able to walk without crutches in a little over a week. His assistant Patti is awesome as well! Staff here are very nice, get you into a room quick despite the amount of people you see in the waiting room... that's where the 5 stars end. I about fell asleep last time in my room waiting!! Ugh! And no phone service so I could browse the web or play games :,(

If I could wait no stars I would. Negative stars! My MRI was Misread. I came back TWICE and complained that I was still in pain and I specifically said “I think you made a mistake reading the MRI”. I was ignored. Not only was I ignored - but I was given instructions that made my condition worse (You are fine, it’s just swelling, go workout at the gym with no restrictions). I pleaded with the doctor and told him I could not afford any mistakes as I was in great pain and about to lose my job because I couldn’t work. He told me to relax and I would be completely fine in a week or two. The pain persisted. Then it got worse. I saw a second doctor, and then a third doctor, just to be sure- BOTH who confirmed that I had a very painful condition which required surgery. Both questioned the credentials of the doctor to miss such an obvious injury on my MRI, accompanied with my symptoms. It was completely overlooked by Nevada orthopedic and spine Center despite my several complaints of pain. Medical Malpractice at its finest. Absolutely disgraceful to leave me in pain for three months without proper care. This place is an assembly line, the doctors don’t get paid as much as they want to under the insurance so they don’t care about their patients. I noticed in the waiting room they were calling in three patients at a time per one doctor! You will be rushed, you will be ignored, you will be overlooked and used as a human ATM for your co-pay. Steer clear. I’m paying money out of my pocket for surgery rather than to use these moronic doctors.

This happens to be the worst place ever. The surgery scheduled to Dr. Rimoldi, Jenny is rude and talked to me as I was less then her. After I hung up on her she returned my call and transferred to what she called a supervisor, that supervisor said she would assist to address the matter what they forgot to do was block the call when I called that number back it was to a women name Mindy which was a teammate. Then they transferred me over to Patient Adcovate and instead was sent to the Worker Comp department and the lady was rude and informed me I went to the wrong department instead of transferring me she hung up on me. I will never come to this office again. I asked my insurance to send me to Desert Orthopedic

Nathan Cretty

If I could give this place a -1 I would. I have been waiting for the Dr for 3 hrs and still haven't seen him. This happens at all of their locations.

We all know about “standing on the shoulders of giants.” Ever wonder where the giants go when their shoulders start to give out? I know. Doctor Edward Ashman and his merry band of giant lovers at Nevada Orthopedic and Spine. I am somewhat of an expert, not about giants, but shoulders…and the expert care and healing I received from Dr. Ashman and his staff. I have had surgery on both shoulders, as did my husband, full range of motion restored and pain free. We now give each other the best hugs! Although I am certain he specializes in giants, we common folk are treated with the same appreciation and respect from check in to check out. I can’t remember ever having to wait more than minutes beyond my appointment time. Did I mention the fabulous hugs?

Michelle Berne-Garcia

Dr T. Kim did a great job on my knee. Great support staff.

David T

Much like the others, had a terrible experience. Doctor saw me for maybe one minute, looked and my xrays and didn't examine me or ask any questions. He then handed me off to his PA for some cortisone shots that he said would fix the issue. Two days later pain returned. Called the office to try and see another doctor, receptionist transferred me to the "patient care advocate", left two messages and never received a call back. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.

Stanley Chapman

2 hours past my appointment time and I am still waiting. The staff is walking around like this is normal.

I have received excellent care and service. I highly recommend Nevada Ortho Spine to everyone! I have to travel about 90 miles to attend my appointments and it is well worth the trips.

Brought my 5 year old son in for his first specialist appt after a broken arm 10 days ago and "Dr Taylor" refused to treat him because it was showing that my son wasn't on our insurance yet due to a mix up that we are dealing with at the moment. So we offered to pay cash, write a check, or put it on a credit card for the treatment because he needed to be seen. We were told that due to "company policy" they are an insurance based office only and do not accept any other forms of payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Obviously they are more concerned with their forms of payment than they are the care of their patients.

Dan L

Dr. Bradford and his assistants are the most helpful and professional I've ever dealt with. They are very efficient at finding problems in paperwork and settling disputes with pharmacies, which takes a great burden off the patient since they have the authority we don't. I appreciate their assistance every month!

Patti Colbert

I went there for pain shots in my hip and legs. For several months I have been unable to use my leg because of extreme pain and muscle spasms. Can’t seem to get in contact with Susan though I have tried. This entire experience has been way to much.sorry I ever went there.

Valerie Gallegos

My experience has been amazing for the most part... My doctor Dr. Rimoldi is totally awesome... I finally had a major knee constructive surgery when other doctors told me I was fine.. Doctor rimoldi took one look at my knee ordered an MRI after reviewing my Xrays and I was in surgery not even two months after my initial visit... I love Nevada orthopedic and spine center and would recommend them to anybody...

Erica Harrison

I went in this morning with my father to turn in his referral and to make an appointment. Arelie the greeter in the front was very polite, friendly, very patient with my father and helpful. She is awesome! It very nice having help by the door who has a great smile on their face and very welcoming to the patients. We need more smiling faces like hers.

Would not accept cash pay. Basically means they are more interested in money than helping. I have plenty of money to have paid for my treatments and got denied. Lol.

Mary Mitchell

I've been here twice and both of my doctors were awesome. Dr. Ramaldi did my back very nice man. Dr. Nevins did my knee he's great. They front office is nice and friendly. I thank them for all the done for me

Spicer Jenkins

Misdiagnosed a year ago with carpal tunnel. Turns out I have three herniated discs in my neck, a tear in my rotator cuff and degeneration in my elbow. Fortunately I went to a hand and wrist specialist who said I should have an MRI done because he believed it was a pinched nerve in my neck. Staff was rude and waited over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment. Obviously forgot that the hippocratic oath says do no harm. I believe that means physically and emotional .

Kim Fannin

I've seen Dr Nevins & Dr Taylor and have been very satisfied with care I've received & with the staff

monte symmonds

These guys are terrible. I tried for 2 days to get an appointment and because my doctor's referral wasn't specific enough, they refused to give me an appointment. This organization does not have your best interests in mind. I would steer clear of these guys.

The surgeon was great. He did a really good job on carpal tunnel release surgery. The problem I have is with staff. The made 6 mistake's on information requested from my insurance carrier concerning my disability check. They had my name in the wrong file and did not make sure the papers I needed faxed or signed went to the right department even though I paid to have papers filled out. Took them 3 weeks just to do that correct. Wow

I had 2 total knee replacements within 2 1/2 months apart. Dr. Nevins did a fantastic job as I was walking without any support in only a week with both knees. Staff treated me like family and so far I've referred 6 of my family and friends who needed the same surgery and theirs have been successful as well. They were all satisfied.

Risk of death is almost certain here no matter how small you believe your injury to be. They are the only option if you are on workmans comp or HPN. Google search FBI plus the Dr name that you are seeing prior to your appointment. Be aware stay alive.

SHAMEFUL STAFF..Was contacted after my 15yo son's doctor referral was received by them and they were ready to schedule for Feb 5 however I had to check schedules and call back. I called back within 10 minutes and was told by Brenda my son could not be scheduled useless a payment be made on an overdue account from 2014. My son had 2 emergency surgeries done by Dr Thompson to pin SCFEs in each hip. I was working at the time paying for my insurance yet unaware of the co insurances and all the extra charges. I was laid off and my son is insured completely now and they want to strongarm me for money i don't have now that I've called back. How is appointment setters now collections..then the manager Tabitha gets on to say now 5k need to be paid in full, they talk to the Dr and he doesn't want to service my child. SHAMEFUL HOLDING MY INSURED CHILD'S MEDICAL CARE HOSTAGE BECAUSE HIS MOTHER WAS LAID OFF AND CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY BILL FROM 2014. We contacted his primary for new referral.

Katie Parrish

Amazing staff clean place very happy!

Asked me to show up 1/2 hr before my appointment time... end up being seen 90 min later. Very satisfied with PA Ben's assesment of my knee. Can recommend for care but need to work on yhe wait times.

They have the mostcrediculous protocol. Refusing patients from UMC Hospital. My husband went to UMC emergency hoping to get steroid injection for his trigger finger but during the visit they don't have the hand doctor and instructed us to look for a hand specialist.

Judy Brown

Dr.Ashman was right on top of the situation, I did not have to wait very long in office. He ordered & took xrays rite there. Gave me plain & simple explanation, great Dr. etc.

Lisa Burgess

I have had to wait 11 months to get in to see a Doctor meanwhile I have not been able to work or have any kind of normalcy. My pain level is off the charts. And I'm trying to take care of my elderly parents and one is going through Chemo and Radiation at the same time

Here's my 94-year-old father's recent experience with Nevada Orthopedic. Draw your own conclusion. He fractured a hip and was seen in UMC ER on May 19, 2018. He decided a few days later to have hip surgery. We obtained x-rays and ER documents, obtained a referral from his primary doctor, confirmed NV Ortho was in network with Humana HMO, and tried to make an appointment. (We spent 8 hours coordinating with all the respective parties.) Nevada Ortho refused to see him (even for a second opinion regarding surgery) and cited a 90-day rule saying he should see the ER doctor for surgery (who is NOT a Humana network provider). We called Humana, and they confirmed there's no such requirement for a patient to select a surgeon. Today I emailed Humana's CEO and filed a formal complaint (an in-network provider should not be able to refuse treatment or service to a patient who has coverage and is in good standing with premiums paid). We will see how this plays out.

My experience: I called Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center seeking treatment for a back injury. I was told by the doctor in the urgent care center who examined me after my accident, that treatment for this injury was urgent. But "Brenda" (which may or may not be her real name) who had taken my call to the Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center told me I had to wait 6-8 weeks before I would be allowed to see a doctor, and that, while I waited, I would have to wear a back brace. How is it that "Brenda", who was probably not a medically trained professional, was able to determine the medical necessity of the 6-8 week waiting period, or the medical necessity of wearing a back brace, especially without examining me or my x-rays. Why would Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center allow their scheduling department to dispense medical advice? This raised several red flags, so I found a real doctor who saw me right away and who told me he would NEVER prescribe a back brace especially without an examination, and that my condition required immediate attention that a waiting period 6-8 weeks would only exacerbate. Avoid Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center.

V. Malagon

It's Pretty good. Decent customer service. I think the W Washington Office is very busy. My mom had a 2 pm appt & was seen 255 pm. I really want to switch to another location but they really make it a Huge hassle.

Tammy Williams

The staff here is very unprofessional and rude! The bedside manner by doc's are horrible! They give half information over the phone, enough to scare you, then refuse to call you back! When you finally see a doctor, they make light of how you feel and look at you like you're stupid for questioning them!

Joan Dennis

If I could rate lower I would. Had follow up appointment waited for more than half hour to see others that had appointment times after me go in. Rescheduled as I had other obligations, like work. Came back, appointment at 9 am, another patient checked in after me and her appointment was at 9:15. It is now 9:40 and guess what. I'm still in waiting room and the gal that had the 9:15 is in and out. Asked what the delay was and she said my appointment was at 9. So obviously no clue. Horrible patient relations. Terrible model scheduling 10 patients for same time, terrible not managing appointment times appropriately. If you have nothing to do and love sitting in waiting rooms where your time doesn't matter then this is the place to be.

I'm happy to be done with these people. Long wait after being asked to show up early. Wainting in room longer and forgotten about in the exam room afterward....Doctors don't listen to patients and seem to be in a rush. Attitude of the whole place is bad. Everyone has the personality of a teenager at the McDonald's drive through with Comcast customer service. They even charge you for appointments they schedule you for and don't tell you. I fart in your general direction! Good day to you sirs!

Evangelin Strafford

Staff is rude and not detailed management Julia who is the administrator was very unprofessional. Please do not do service. I can go on. They just want the money. Not interested in patient care. Patient care is important no wonder they got a 2.3 in reviews. See previous reviews. PATIENT CARE.

Arely Cass

The scheduling staff here is very unprofessional and rude! I guess its a good thing the provider REFUSED to see my child because after seeing these horrible reviews, I am better off seeing another doctor as a cash patient. I can tell these girls hate their job by their tone of voice and their bad customer service. Have a great day ladies and find yourself a less stressful job. I promise you there's better paying jobs out here that aren't that stressful! God bless!!

Lynn Gabrielian

Waited 4 months for this appointment.. got a computer generated call last night (Sunday Eve) confirming my appt.. got on a reserved paratransit ride to the appt on Monday morning.. the person I had an appointment with called in sick so no appt for me today.. was told they "tried" calling which they did NOT and my call log proves it, I'm stuck here for 3 hours waiting for my reserved paratransit ride... this is the 3rd time they have screwed up.. I'm done!! UPDATE:. My surgeon who referred me here called and spoke to someone trying to fix everything.. I received a letter in the mail DENYING me services due to my anger & being loud.. I'm hearing impared and am between hearing aids due to just having surgery on my skull & mastoid.. I explained this to them.. anger?? Really!! Well my anger dictates that I contact the ADA!! UPDATE: If someone from management wants me to call and discuss this then by all means leave a phone number, extension number & a name to call. I am not going to call just to get the run around again. You have my name & number maybe the management should call me better yet. My last name is not common, I should be pretty easy to find.

I don't usually write reviews but this occasion calls for one. I had to go to see Dr. Rimoldi for a work injury. He seemed very friendly the first visit and prescribed me 6 weeks of physical therapy. After those 6 weeks we up I went back in to for my follow up appointment. He literally saw me for 30 seconds, said everything looked good... I was sitting down and he didnt look at anything, and when I mentioned that the pain in my lower back is doing okay but the pain in my mid back still hurts bad. He said "sounds like something god will have to heal". He then told me that he would be right back, stepped out of the examination room, about 5 mins later a nurse came in and told me i was free to go, after telling her that the Doctor said he would be back she said, "nope he is done with me" and then walked away. I know that workman's comp claims dont pay as much, or so I heard, but come on, at least give me some of your time. I refused pain pills and any other medications so its not like I'm trying to push pills off of you I just want your professional opinion on what damage i did to my back and what i can do to get it back to normal.

Wait wasn’t long, staff was friendly & Dr. Vladimir Sinkov treated me with dignity, & real concern. I had read of all his amazing credentials but was skeptical. This man knows what he’s doing!! He’s only moved here 2 months ago from New Hampshire. What a GOD SEND!!!! He’s incredible!!! Been suffering with Disc Degenerate Disorder & lumbar this & sacral that, for 23 years!! 8 years chronically because I wouldn’t trust one surgeon here in Las Vegas to cut me open. Surgery later this month & I will come back & let you all know of results!!!

Loy Hixson

Had to have surgery which I was dreading. Didn’t know what to expect however, Dr R. Hillock and his staff, PA Bell, Lisa and Stephanie were incredible. From start to the follow up appointments, there was a genuine passion and tremendous support. From someone who’d prefer to “deal with it” vs surgery, I have to say, Dr Hillock gave me a different perspective. Dr Hillock wasn’t just another doctor and his staff never treated me like just another patient, I felt like I was their family. Still have my get well gift too. Nice touch showing how we can both grow stronger. After 40 years, feel brand new!!

No point in making an appointment they make you wait an hour any way. And the service is horrible sat in the room alone for like 30 more minutes.

Dr. Taylor is a great doctor. Did a good job on my left hand for Carpal Tunnel. See him in two weeks to do my right hand. Thank you Dr. Taylor

I took my 8 year in because she broke her wrist. I told the NP that the last time she broke her arm she was able to take her cast off when the swelling went down. They told me when the swelling goes down and she can slip her arm out, to call and they will put a new one on. I called 3 times and left 3 separate messages. No one ever called me back. If I could remember the name of the 1st Dr we went to the 1st time she broke her arm I would have switched Dr's in a second.

Ash Kremsickle

I went here for my son and we waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. Then waited again once they put us in a room. They didn't even believe what my son was telling them, because he is so young. Definitely not a child friendly environment!

terrible Dr. can see me only in multiple sessions can't give me a diagnosis having all exams in hands, No good ($$$$) i need an diagnostic i can't wait for months for this.

While the front desk staff was polite, the PA I saw was incompetent. I explained what I thought was a back issue - they did an x-ray of my hip and found nothing so they diagnosed it as bursitis and promised that a cortisone shot would fix it. All this after explaining I don’t think it’s my hip. I followed up with a better provider and I’m getting my back problem fixed with surgery next week.

I've had to call the office numerous times, yet have only been there once. Surgery had been scheduled for last fall, but I had to cancel & in the meantime, Dr. Nevins quit taking my insurance, so I'm back at square one. Out of the numerous times I've called the office, anytime I got Rachel, I've been treated with the friendliest & the most caring professionalism. This even includes a phone call with the patient advocate who was rude & short with me, in addition to never receiving a returned phone call (as promised) for the medical care I'm seeking. In spite of the rudeness with the patient advocate, I have persisted with NV Spine & Orthopedic, because I have severe issues with most joints & the spine. They have the doctors for all needs. This morning I called to try one final time, not only to make an appt with an acceptable doctor, but also, just to make an appt at NV Spine & Orthopedic. I asked for Rachel to make the appt because of the caring & helpful attitude she has shown in the past. She will do all she can within her scope to help make a timely appt with the doctor I'm requesting. Rachel makes an excellent 1st impression for NV Spine, and now I am waiting to see how all the further teamwork goes.

The staff in person and on the phone was very rude, and the doctors were so rushed with me I hardly knew what was going on. Workman's Comp sent me to another location and it was SO much better than this place.

Check in process is phenomenal. The women are very courteous and thorough BUT, you have to be in the office at least 30 minutes before your appointment with all of your paperwork complete beforehand or you're threatened with being turned away AND charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Sooooo... we've been here since 3:10p for my daughter's 3:45p appointment only to enjoy two full episodes of a baking show. Why is our time less valuable? We have comfortable seats, air conditioning and no screaming kids at home.

Just put it like this. The staff nurses are not conservative friendly. Infact, most don't like conservatives. Didn't know. The quality of medical of service you recieve was based on your political affiliation. One star for this place

Wow the facility is clean, and comfortable, administrating staff friendly and seems proficient, but WAIT , you will literally WAIT my appointment was at 9:00 and I waited for 2 hours in the examination room, that is too long to wait for any doctor that thinks that their job is more important then YOUR TIME , I know that things can back up a docors schedule, but come on, send someone in and let them know there was a iusse, but not to anything is rude, and non professional, and frankly who wants to see a doctor that CANT be trusted to be on YOUR personal care for treatmemt.

Nora Langendorf

This facility forces you fill out the same forms with the same info even if you are being seen by the same doctor for the same reason. No other clinic I go to does that. It is a waste of a customer's time to be forced to fill out info that they should already have on file. All I get is circular reasoning when called on this policy. "I'm sorry, it's just our policy". Your policy sucks!!! Having said that, Dr. Ashman and Dr. Taylor have been nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them, just not the clinic because of their stupid, superfluous, policy. Here's a clue, if a patient tells you that nothing has changed since the last visit where we had to spend 20 minutes filling out forms and scanner strips, you don't have to ask them to go through the trouble of filling everything out again. I can understand if I was seeing a different doctor or was being seen for a different reason. I was told, "Nope" you have to fill them out again with the implicit threat that if I didn't, I would be seen but would be charged as if I were. This is ludicrous!!! They need to actually get an office manager that understands logic and putting the patient first!

Linda Nold

I fell and fractured my knee in three places two month ago. I have been trying to see a Dr. for the two month. One Dr. would not even walk into the room because the appt. was for my left knee and I broke my right knee. I was told to set another appointment for care. I set another appoint. with another of the Dr's and got myself there just to find out he cancelled all appoints. No call to let me know. I will find another Doctor who cares for their patient, the doctors here have failed at this.

Gail Morrison-Goins

My husband saw Dr. McNulty who was rude and did nothing to help. He said he would send him to "pain" management for what he thinks is inflamed nerves in his back. He is not interested in why they are inflamed or anything else. He went on to say that if the shots don't work then they will do surgery. What is that? He doesn't even know why they are inflamed and again, he doesn't care. He will NEVER go back there again.

no starts at all. no even one. it took forever to make an apt for my son and few days before the apt, got a call from the office saying the have to reschedule because the doctor could see my son that day. had to call the office twice with a hold period of more than 15 minutes on the second call cuz the hanged out on my first call. tried to set a new apt day, and they cant even work with my son only day off from school or the time or the locations. so frustrating , next apt to work for me and my son was June and is February. I had to call my son's pediatrician for another referral for a different orthopedic because this entity could make it work and make our life easier just to make a simple apt. the worst experience ever trying to schedule an apt.

Had knee surgery, it was extremely painful and dr morris sent me home after surgery WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION FOR PAIN MEDS!!! I was told by the recovery nurse that he is the only surgeon that performs surgery on his patients and does not give pain pills to help them!! Thank God my mother had a couple pain pills that she could give me to help me recover for three days while I was in excruciating pain and three weeks later I'm still in pain. Also his assistants are very incompetent, last week I went in for my stitches to be removed and the assistant left a stitch in and I had to remove it myself last night !!! His staff is horrible, the front desk girls are very rude and inconsiderate and his Surgical scheduler by the name of Tracy is also rude and ignorant . IF YOU CAN HELP IT, DONT GO TO HIM OR NEVADA ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE CENTER!!!

I absolutely love this place. I never have to wait long, and I dont feel rushed. I've been seen by Dr. Morris and his crew to treat AVN. Dr. Benjamin was the 1st person I saw when I was diagnosed. He throughly explained the condition of my hips, and how we were going to resolve it. They had my surgery scheduled so fast, I was extremely happy because I wanted relief from my ongoing pain. Tracy is awesome at explaining pre op info and post op, she always follows up quickly if I have any questions. Lastly Dr. Morris preformed my surgery and I'm beyond ecstatic about the results. He too is very compassionate and great at what he does. I'm looking forward to my next hip replacement, I'll be running in no time lol. Thank you to all the staff they are nice and professional. I'll admit that before coming to this center, I read through a ton of reviews online and was scared to see how many people had a bad time here. Bear with me as I will explain my experience and give some tips on how you can make it (hopefully) better than what others have gone through. I got referred here after going through my primary care and after finishing PT for lower back pain. I had no issues setting up an appointment. Just went onto their website and filled out an appointment form. Someone will call to finish setting up the appointment later on. Granted, I wasn't available the first few times they called but they were kind enough to leave a voicemail + phone number. I was automatically assigned a specific doctor and after looking online, I found many low ratings for this individual and it made me very uncomfortable. I also took to my insurance site where I could look through all the doctors within this center and their ratings submitted by patients. It helped me confirm that this doc was rated very low. I found one that I liked and called back the appointment setter, requested to change doctors and was good to go! **ALWAYS BRING YOUR COPY OF X-RAYS, MRI'S, ETC. Sometimes they are capable of retrieving your files but I was told that it's better to be safe and just bring it in case things go offline or if they weren't able to receive it. With how healthcare is in the U.S. nowadays, sometimes you just have to do things yourself if you want it done properly. **PLEASE FILL OUT ALL YOUR PAPERWORK ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME! I can't stress how easy this makes the entire process go faster and how it lessens the stress once you arrive for your appointment. Just to be prepared, go ahead and make sure you have your patient portal created so you can view your results afterwards. Forward to the day of my appointment, there were a good amount of people in the waiting room but I was greeted by the nice ladies at the check-in desk and only had to fill out the few forms that can only be done in person. I did wait awhile both in the waiting and exam rooms. All in all, it took an hour over my scheduled appointment time. But please do remember, with any medical appointment, be considerate and know that these doctors are seeing an unimaginable amount of people every day. I would rather have a great doctor take his time getting to me, explain and exam me well rather than one who is fast and doesn't make me feel like I'm being cared for. Dr. Sinkov was amazing in how he explained everything. He took the time to make sure I understood how the problem started and the options I can take moving forward in trying to feel better. Nothing felt rush. He patiently sat there while I thought of questions and had no hesitations explaining things if I didn't fully understand. Here I am two days later and all the info I need is now on my patient portal. In a few more days, I will be able to use the referral he gave me to start treatment in another facility. Thank you Dr. Sinkov!
