Short wait time. Quick and hospitable

The Doctors are decent and friendly but not too proactive in treating my Daughters acne. We have been going for nearly a year now with minimal results. Don't even try to change your appointment as the office staff is no help and not accommodating at all. They don't have a cancellation list to notify you if someone has cancelled. I called to try to get my appointment moved to the following week as we would be out of town on the day of the appointment. "OK, we're booking the second and third week of August right now" It's only the 11th of June! "Sorry, we're very busy"

So far they don't seem have listened to my symptoms. I had tiny oily itchy blisters that later opened, dried out and cracked creating a painful stinging sensation that makes it difficult to focus. They seem to be suggesting by their treatment that the dry skin came first. Which would be a totally false statement. Simply getting rid of a patch of dry skin has brought the horribly itchy blisters back before... Hopefully they have something better to offer... It won't be soon enough... But I'm rather worried...

Have been to 3 dermatologists.adult acne with scarring.i will tell you what, the nv center would 5 stars in EVERY single category!go approximately every 3 months for 6 yrs.have had different providers including their P.A.'s.every time extremely satisfied.their office staff is friendly and profesional.facity immaculate.they are never in a rush.short wait time.have had a few issues with OUR insurance covering certain scripts.i would call back and new scripts would be faxed asap.dr casse and dr lamerson have both written letters to insurance co expaining its medical...not cosmetic, so scripts be covered.my last appt a month ago, i found out MY insurance would be covering less...AGAIN.their PA faxed scripts to online pharmacy with generic and differents brands.that saved me $130.. AND it was sent and received BEFORE i even checked out i got a confirmation on my phone.their PA said it was cheaper and would have medicine in two days.i explained we never do....we live in yerington.i had one the next and the other in two days.on top of that they gave me enough samples to last, just in case.so, if you are searching for an amazing dermatology center, i highly highly recommend them:-)

I went in a month ago to discuss my aging skin. They were late getting me in. About a half hour. Super nice people though. Instead of talking with me they had me undress completely and then inspected my skin from head to toe. Two areas of concern came up but they discussed nothing with me. They just said schedule her for freezing. And then asked me if I had questions. I started with my age concerns because, shoot, that’s what I came in for in the first place. She mumbled something about retin a and another cream they sell. I could get the retin a from them for $50. Then she left. They were super rushed. I'm not comfortable that they didn't discuss anything with me. Not the spots of concern or the procedure. I want a better dermatologist than that. One who cares and has time to talk.

Dr. Billie Casse is the BEST!!! She figured out in 5 minutes what took other Dr.'s 4 months! My daughter FINALLY can smile, laugh, and eat without any discomfort and pain because of this wonderful office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lamerson's for almost 10 years. I have always had great experiences with their office. The office is very well managed, wait times are appropriate and the staff upfront can get you in quite quickly for emergency appointments. As for Dr. Lamerson and Dr. Casse, they are both brilliant and well read physicians. During appointments, both of them reference new research for methods and treatments in Dermatology. Dr. Lamerson is very thorough with her work and wastes no time during treatment. If a treatment doesn't work as well as it should then she swaps it for something new until my problem is solved. I am very pleased with my years with the Nevada Center for Dermatology.

I Recently had melanoma removed from my upper back and was pleased to find out it was completely removed. Thank you Billie Casse' and staff for being so professional at your work.
