I have a set of 4 year old twin girls, one who has Autism and the other one will not talk to anyone she does not feel comfortable with. This was there first visit to the dentist and they were terrified walking in. From the moment we walked in ALL of the staff was absolutely amazing!! They had patience with both my children as well as my self. I loved the fact that both of them were seen at the same time and I was able to go back and forth in the different rooms. The nurses made them feel comfortable to the point where they didnt need me like I thought they were going to. The doctor her self was an absolute breath of fresh air! She was very understanding, kind and thoughtful to what each child needed. You dont find a lot of doctors that have excellent bed side manners but I can honestly assure you Doctor Thompson is amazing, as well as her staff. When we left the office and I asked my girls how they liked it, both of them said they cant wait to go back for the toys!!! LOL I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist and anyone who will listen! The only complaint I have is they dont do adults!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LIL SMILES!!!

We have loved our experience at this office. Dr. Thompson is fantastic with my kiddos, she was quick yet thorough, which was so appreciated when two toddlers are in room at the same time, and the hygienists were very patient and caring. The front office ladies were very helpful, and we always appreciate the reminders they give a few days in advance.

Little Smiles made sure my family was comfortable and we felt welcome in a professiolal environment. My son had his first appointment and was obviously nervous, but the staff at Little Smiles made him feel relaxed and calm. From start to finish as soon as we walked through the door, on a decently busy day,was organized and tended to our needs in and orderly fashion. There is plenty of staff that was available on hand and both my two children were seen for basic cleaning, X-ray, dentist checkup, and sealants for cavity prevention that took a total of an hour, which in my opinion is awesomely fast. I would recommend them hands down for there services for any child, especially the scared and nervous types. Thanks for your courtesy Little Smiles

I have two daughters that see this dentist one being 5 and the other 13 years old. I can not express how happy i am and releaved to have found such a wonderful dentist. My 13 yr old daughter is the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I took her here for two fillings and this dentist was very kind and extremely patient with my girl. After the visit my daughter said to me mom she is good i love her i will go back. Thank you so much from a mothers heart i truly believe this is the best dentist i have ever seen. I live in Ely Nevada and drive 4 hours to take my girls to this dentist and honestly i would drive any distance for my girls to keep this dentist she is really a God send to us.

Another new dentist. Brought my 9 yr old in for a cavity. Dr. Hemphill was introduced as the new dentist taking over the practice. Nevet really bothered with the tooth in question. Wanted to do other worked. When I questionec her about it she became argumentative. We've been oatients here for over 5 years. Will not return. When Dr Delke had the practice it was very good. Now a revolving door of dentists.

Four and five years ago this place was amazing The dentist were the same and familiar with my children now there's always new dentist the past year and a half every time we go my child sees a new Dentist and the office staff changes frequently as well and is rude. Wish this was the same office it was 4-5 years ago.

Never recommend this office! I took my 5 years old daughter for evaluation. I called first when I made an appointment and after getting all the information that they need they said yes, they can see my daughter. So, when I checked in the front desk told me that they can't see my daughter because my insurance is not in their network unless I will pay out of my pocket. I told her that when I made an appointment they said it is ok. So basically we had to go through all over again, that took me almost an hour waiting, so i clearly told to one of the associates that I do not want to waste my time and money if they're not going to charge my insurance. So, finally they said yes they call my insurance and agreed to pay some amount. They charged me $45 co-pay for the evaluation. They said they will call or email me how much I'm going to pay for the upcoming treatment. It's been 3 weeks already but never recieved call nor email. But instead I recieved a billing statement for $74. I need an explanation in this bill. I tried to call everyday for 3 days, I got the same answer they will give me a call. ---Management do something!

I have 4 children and some of them have special needs, some are just terrifed of yhe dentist to past dentists. We went to Little Smiles Pediactric Dentistry For the 1st time on Friday., my daughter was so scared _ in tears b4 the dr did any thing , the dr stopped and talked to her comforted her told her step by step what was going to be done , in a kind wam voice my daughtet stopped crying and let the dr continue. Told her what would happen next visit and sent us on our way. Fron the from of the house to the back they are all amazing and kind. I would recommend this Dentist office for any child.. Yhey should all be like this amazing team.. Thank you Dr. Z.. sday

The office staff never do their job. If they are supposed to fax something or email something or check with your insurance about something, you can almost bet it won't get done until you call 10 times. It's currently almost 830am, voicemail says they open at 8am and I can't get anyone to answer the phone so I can ask a question about my sons appointment. We will definitely be switching to a more professional dentist, one who has office staff who actually do their job. Daisy at the front desk likes to offer unwanted and RUDE parenting advice. Trust me - take your kids somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

I love this place! They are great with kids. One of my daughters is special needs and they were so patient with her, answered every curious question she had about everything she saw. They were quick in doing her cleaning and took time to answer my questions as well. I'm glad my daughter has several more years before she has to visit a general dentist because this place is definitely my go to Pediatric Dentist.

My kids LOVE coming to this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We live 45 minutes away but I don’t mind driving that far because my kids love Dr. Sandra Thompson and her staff. Came to this place initially due to taken my son in right away after a toothache. Since then this has become his dentist due to the friendly staff and great and fast service. Dr Thompson has been there every single time when I have gone in, and is alway great when answering questions and also asks if you have any questions to make sure everything is answered. She is great with kids and very patient. Though it is a little far from where we live the drive is definitely worth it for the service.

I have been taking my daughter here for about two years now after going back and forth with a few others in town. It just always seemed that the other facilities were not kid friendly. It helps a child adjust and not fear the dentist when both the staff and doctors are friendly, kind and also answer questions the kids may have. Most tend to redirect their attention to their computer screen and ignore children and their parents when asked a question or they explain something you that have no idea what they were talking about. I love this office, the staff and the doctor(s). My daughter looks forward to going here every single time. Great job guys you have gained a permanent patient as long as you are able to see her as a youth. I would recommend this office to any and all parents!!!!

This place was horrible-!my daughter had to have work done on her teeth. The gave her medicine and sent us back to the waiting room for an hour. Then when she was called back the staff was not friendly and did nothing to make my daughter feel comfortable. When they did work on her teeth she was not completely sedated and ending up feeling the shots and the pain even after numbing her - they capped her tooth that was infected, they just did a lot of unnecessary work and made her fear the dentist. so we switched to Smile Reef and it was the best decision we made for our children we will never go back to little smiles.

Dr. Dahlke is the best pediatric dentist. His entire staff is wonderful. I began bringing my son here when he was 5. He's had several appointments from cleanings to root canals.He loves the different themed rooms they have to choose from, the game room in the waiting room is the best. Each time he has left happy and surprisingly pain free. He loves going & can't wait for his next visit. I love that all of my treatment options are explained clearly so that I am able to understand them. If you or your child are nervous about the dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Dahlke at Little smiles. He takes the time to truly care not only for your teeth but your entire experience.

Now Here this........ To Whom it may Concern, My Daughter Faith was watching Her tablet laying down on the carpet in Our living room. Once Her show was done. She raised Herself forward to get up and her tablet slid forward and since its and apple product you will understand that it's solid with a peculiar weight to it. It slam right on Her Front 4 Teeth and broke them to the root. I immediately jump online and looked for trusted emergency Pediatric Dental Surgery and this Little Smiles Caught My Attention and I click right on it. They took US in with immediate response. They checked Her and made sure she was okay and immediately scheduled for Surgery. Today we went for Surgery and Thank God and Thus Wonderful Angel Dr. Sandra M. Thompson. That My Daughters Surgery this morning was a complete Success. Not only was the Staff @ a Professional Grade and Knowledgeable about the Procedure but Had and Answered to each and Every Question We As Concern Parents had in a Complicated time like this. With an Extreme Professional Attitude Explaining it to US step by step. I've never recommended anyone before but after today Dr. Thompson has gain Not Only My Trust with My most priced possession My Daughter!!! She has Earned Recommendations As the Best Pediatric Dr. My Daughter will Only See if ever needed again. Get this.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Doctor was kind and RESPONSIBLE Enough to call me 7 hours later after the Surgery to make Sure My Daughter was doing OK and that all was fine and if I had any concerns or Questions.......... Wow........

The staff in the back is wonderful and are always helpful as I try to juggle my way through the appointment with two toddlers. Dr. Thompson is a complete joy to work with and is so good with my boys. The staff here is great. My daughter used to be terrified of going to the dentist to the point where she would get violent. The staff here understood her needs and worked great with her .I brought my son here for his first ever dental visit and they did great with him to. At my daughter's last visit she was complaining of pain in a crown and surprisingly they got x-rays on her 3 times, no fussing! At the end of my visit my daughter, who was terrified and hated the dentist, told me she loves her dentist. This is such a huge deal to me that I will only to see Dr. Thompson and Joanna from here on out.

I've been taking my kids to Little Smiles for the past 5 years. Since my oldest son was 3. Although there have been 3 different pediatric dentist within those years. A different one every couple of years. They have all been great and so have the staff. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their kids here and I will continue to bring mine here as well.

I have taken my boys to this place and they treat them well. My issue is to their payment system. I sent them two checks for one bill but they wanted my credit card information thru mail, why? They refused to take my check payment and Repored me for Collection. Shame on you ! I send a payment but they are not able to process it instead they reported me for negative credit score over $46 ? Shame !I will never mail you my credit card Never.

Today's visit was very disappointing. I ended up waiting 35 min. 10 min after the actual appointment started. The front desk staff member said that "the girls" were still on lunch and needed time to clock back in. I asked why would appointments be scheduled during lunch??? She then proceeded to ask me if "I had some place to be".

This place was amazing from start to finish! My son (1 1/2 yr)had a trauma to the mouth that knocked one of his teeth back and I needed to have him seen urgently. I called their office and explained the situation and they told me to come in as soon as I could get there and they would fit me it. Dr. Dahlke was great! I was really nervous about the exam because my son doesn't like strangers and definaly didnt want anyone touching his mouth because he was in pain but they handled him with ease and put very little stress on me and my son. I have a follow up appointment and I am going to continue to use this dentist for all my sons future dental needs. I would recommend Dr. Dahlke to everyone.

Best Dentist ever!!! So caring, so amazing with children and so quick! My 5yr old had to have some fillings and the whole staff was super positive and it was over before I he knew it. Had the absolute worst experience at this office. My daughter went in for a cavity. Dr. Hemphill started working on her without even explaining anything to her after she already was told my daughter was nervous. She told me it was not her job to explain procedures to my daughter! She is very unfriendly and argumentative. My daughter was crying and shaking in a state of shock when we left. Will NEVER return!!!!!!!!! My daughter is now terrified to go to the dentists! The one star is for the nurse who tried to help.

I transferred my kids to Little Smiles after bringing them to other dentists whom I felt weren't as "kid friendly" as they shouldve been. My son had had to undergo a Dental Procedure thats done at the Famingo Surgical Center with Dr Thompson. My son had to be sedated and recieved anesthesia. I was worried because its a first for me as a parent and Dr Thompson answered all questions and re assured me that everything is gonna be okay and that it was something that shes done many times! The procedure took about an hour or less and my son was just fine. The Little Smiles clinic called to check up on my son after the surgery. Not to mention the staff in the front desk of clinic are all friendly and willing to answer all questions too (which is how every clinic should be especially for KIDS). I highly recommend Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, they handle all the little ones so well, let alone my son has autism.
