Had to have a basil cell carcinoma excised today. Front office girls are very nice and efficient. Saw Heather PA. Her medical assistant, I did not know her name, very cute with dark hair and perfect skin, was very skilled, knowledgeable, professional and excellent from numbing me to assisting Heather throughout the procedure . Heather was excellent in every way throughout the procedure as a highly skilled PA as well as excellent communication skills. I'm very grateful to have such excellent dermatological services through my insurance.

Super Nice Dr and MA or Nurse! We were running a little late due to Dads Dementia and front desk taking almost fifteen minutes to even try to sign us in we arrived at 14 minutes late I called they said fifteen but she was going to try and tell me we weren’t gonna be seen and then gonna try and collect a copay for which we have none? I remained very nice as she continued to try and verify we wouldn’t be seen, she was corrected and Told we would be then asked for money I said NO after researching she says you can sit down they will call you when they are ready, OH no copay? No you are all good? Weird experience!

We were pleased with our experiences at LVSCC. Dr. Mandaele (sp?) consistently shows that he cares about his patients. Our daughter has gone through so much with getting beauty marks removed. He recently tried a new less invasive test that didn’t involve any cutting. Although she still needs to have it removed , thank you for “looking outside the box” to continue to make a difference. I walked in to a busy office and instantly thought we would be there forever BUT I was so wrong. I never felt rushed but felt like they were prompt and there was no unnecessary delays. The wait might be a little long, but it's standard for me because great doctors spend time with their patients and take care of their needs even after their visit. Heather Patz has always been kind and knowledgeable. The front and back medical assistants are always nice and helpful. I love Dr Patz! She’s real and has saved me a ton of money! The previous office (Dr. Susun) I went to didn’t even examine my skin and gave me $200 worth of medication! When I told her I didn’t like the results she told me to give it another 6 months.. when I told Dr. Patz she told me to immediately stop using it and prescribed me a new cream and a new pill. My insurance covered it and it cost me $9.00! Dr. Patz actually looked at my skin and advised me accurately. My skin is amazing now and I haven’t had any real issues besides the heat. I recommend her to anyone! And get a second opinion if you’re going to anyone else! And Melissa her assistant was awesome too!

I went in for a cyst removal on my head. They sent me e mail and text reminders of my appt. I was able to register online so I just checked in at the front desk. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. My appt was for 9 30 a.m. I was called back with in minutes. Dr Maendel came in marked my incision area and the nurse came in and numbed the area. The procedure was quick and Dr Maendel answered any questions I had . He was amazing. I was done and out by 10 15 a.m... The ambience in the office is very pleasing and comfortable. Thank you for removing a growth that has bothered me for years and I finally decided to have it removed. I had a great experience and I totally recommend them.

I have a terrific Dr at LVSCC, Dr. Michael Bryan, but I arrived today for a follow-up appt that was scheduled months ago to find that I needed a referral from my new Dr to keep the appt. I was less than happy. I was told that yes, my original referral was still valid but it had been written by my former Dr under Senior Dimensions. I am now under Medicare Complete. BOTH ARE UNITED HEALTHCARE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE plans so what is the issue?! America's health insurance situation would be laughable if it weren't so damn frustrating. I will not be asking for another referral. It is the system we are allowing to waste everyone's time that sucks and unless I'm on death's door I'm exiting the game.

Always receive a reminder email, very good. Check in with friendly and helpful personnel Escorted to a exam room, re-verified I was correct person and told Dr. would be in shortly. Dr. Friendly comes in and questioned me if I had any specific issues. Checked me over, spaying spots that needed it. Explained he saw nothing of concern and left. New follow-up booked. I was seen earlier than appointment time, maybe five minutes,inspected, sprayed and out of there respectfully In record time compared to other medical visits. This was my first time at this office, and all I can say is WOW! I have never visited a doctor's office that was so efficiently run, from check in to check out! Appointment was scheduled for 8:50, (I had registered online ahead of time) was called back a little before appointment time, seen by Dr. Bryan a little after assistant took down why I was there and any additional things I wanted to discuss with doctor. Dr. Bryan checked my problem, took required action and I was out of the office by a little after 9:00am. Recommend Dr. Bryan and this office highly!

The office staff are rude and unprofessional. The receptionist barely gave me the time of day when I arrived and was not very happy to have to take my information. I was told that the type of insurance that I use is not and actual type of insurance. Trust me Tricare reserve select is VERY real. This was cool because I’ve actually seen the doctor before, and get this... they billed Tricare reserve select for my prior visits. Please educate your front staff on the different types of insurance and their policies and procedures. And if for some reason you don’t take a certain type of insurance, maybe just maybe you could vet them when the client calls to book an appointment. I know that other doctors offices do this.... might be a good idea to try.

First one went well,then suppose to come back in 2 weeks to do it again.came back and they removed a growth on my hand and froze a couple of spots on my head.ok going great. today I go in and she ask me what I'm there for?I tell her I'm here to finish my arm treatment.she says I'll be right back.she comes back and says I must wait 6 weeks and it's only been 5. I said you made the appointments, not me.that the dr and nurse that'd did the procedure both told me 2 weeks. thank you for letting me drive in from boulder city so I can do it again next week.i guess my time is worth nothing to them.it like not big deal,happens all the time.
