We have been going to Healthy Kids Pediatrics for over 3 years now. Our pediatrician Dr. G is such a sweetheart. She is always attentive and addresses any concerns I might have. We have also seen Dr. Brookes on walk in visits. She is also a great doctor. When it comes to the staff, we have always been treated with courtesy. They are always polite and follow trough with any request. I always say, you get treated the same way you treat others. So as far as some of these reviews stating that they are rude or unorganized is unheard of to me because in these three years I have never experienced such problems. We like it here so much that we don’t mind driving the 30 minutes to our appointments.

I was a new resident of Las Vegas when I became pregnant with my first child and I was referred to Healthy Kids Pediatrics by a doctor I trust. I'm so glad he did because anyone who is a first time mom knows you just want the best care for your child and guidance in this new foreign territory of parenthood. Dr. Ghaneian from HPK provided care for my newborn before he even left the hospital. She was warm and caring and followed up with us new parents. We visited her offices immediately for continued wellness care check ups and immunizations. She assisted us with care for our son, answered all questions (most even before we had to ask them!) and honestly she went above and beyond to be sure she provided the best care. Through our new parent exhaustion and the overwhelming feeling of being new parents, she guided us with encouragement, advice and great care. She is great with children- but with parents as well! I also have seen Dr. Brookes who is also great. PROS: -There are two separate entrances-"well child entrance" and "sick child entrance" with bright clean waiting areas with entertainment. -The office and exam rooms are bright, friendly and clean. -The staff is friendly and efficient and they have a system that keeps the visit well coordinated. -You never wait long to be seen and are never rushed out. -The staff and doctors provide information and notes regarding your visit to take home as well as care tips which are helpful. - Time is taken to answer all questions and explanations provided regarding your visit. -Someone is always accessible with immediate advice when you call. CONS: They don't give out lollipops after your visit but that's probably to keep teeth healthy

Dr G is. great, appts dont last too long if you are scheduled, HOWEVER pray your child doesnt have an emergency walk in visit because they will literally see everyone that was booked all day before they fit you in a room. I had to wait 4 hrs to get to see the dr. and i think the er usually takes that long. Im definately going to look for another pediatrician because its ridiculous that the sick ones have to wait extreme hours to get care. Seriously discouraging, never had problems before but never had an emergency visit and this to me was not aceptable.

Dr. G and the whole staff are very professional and friendly. They always make us feel welcome. We found Dr. G 4 years ago when my 1st son was born and now she also cares for my newborn. My Kiddos lovee her! And I love knowing that they have a doctor like Dr. G. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend the same to anyone looking for the best pediatrician for their children. Amazing team!! 5+

When I was looking for a pediatrician son I searched and googled and finally decided on Healthy Kids. Best decision ever, both doctors are very nice and wonderful. Dr. G always listens to all my concerns no matter how dumb they can be coming from a first time mom. All the staff is so nice and friendly, if I need to reschedule they always try and fit me in as soon as possible. Only down side is the parking such a struggle since they are on hospital grounds. Make sure to give yourself extra extra time to find a parking spot.

I Give Dr. G a huge 5 Star approval, her Staff could never alter her performance I read many bad rating regarding the front office ..... ( can't judge the Doctor by the people she trust to do their very best ) she certainly leads by Example !!! she does an Amazing Job with my Grandson whom has had many issues ! She comes well Recommend & deserves it ! I've been with her over a year . Unfortunately employed in this awesome Practice lies 1 very unpleasant member of the front desk who does not deserve to be in Dr G's presence ! Again the Doctor makes up for those short comings in Spades ! She can do no wrong in my eyes . Dr. G is the Best & Has Totally cared for our Baby as if he were her own ! If u take her Advice you will get the best results imaginable!!! her knowledge of the Specialist in the area is impeccable & it's quite Impressive to witness this Busy bee work ! #topdoc

Dr. G is very knowledgeable and thorough with my son. I feel comfortable with her recommendations and trust her diagnoses. She explains everything very well and you leave with no questions. THE STAFF! They are horrible, rude and unprofessional not to mention not very well organized. It's a shame I've thought of switching providers so I do t have to deal with this front desk staff any longer.

Dr.Brooks is by far the best pediatrician in Las Vegas in my opinion. I would never take my kids anywhere else. She truly cares about her patients, she is sweet, dedicated, listens to all questions or concerns you may have, takes time to explain everything, I can't say enough, she is amazing. Best pediatrician in Las Vegas. The staff and Dr.G Are amazing too.

Dr. Ghaneien is a very thorough, knowledgable and kind pediatrician. One of the best I have had to work with for my son. I only give it 4 stars because, the office staff is kind, but unorganized. I have left msgs for the office before and no call backs and have been put on hold forever and forgotten about. But, it looks like they are trying to get things in order.

My family and I have had lots of experience with many pediatricians and pediatric practices due to our frequent moves with the military. Dr. Ghaneian and Dr. Brookes are very experienced, thorough with care, listen to my concerns, and provide answers and resources as needed. My children have seen both doctors (Dr. B. is awesome), but currently all 3 are treated by Dr. Ghaneian. She is very knowledgeable, honest, follows through with plan of care, and genuinely cares for the health and well being of my children. Their staff is courteous and they work hard to accommodate your schedule as best as possible. A few of the most important things when choosing a provider for my child are the availability to make same day/quick appointments and the ability to talk to a staff member rather than an answering service (including after hour urgent calls when necessary). This practice has an emergency/on-call line, you can always speak to a staff member during working hours, and they also have same day/next day appointments. They are great about appointment reminders and returning calls as well. Excellent practice for any parent who wants exceptional care with great continuity of care!

Dr. G is by far the best pediatrician in Las Vegas. Its all about who you know in this town and being she is the best Dr. G knows many specialists if your child needs a recommendation. I would recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I take our 7 month old twin boys here and the entire staff is great. Dr G is a great doctor and they make the entire process as easy as possible. Of course you have to wait as a walk in, that's how things work. If it is such an emergency that you can't wait a couple hours for your sick child to be seen take them to the Emergency room then. We plan on staying with Healthy Kids Pediatrics for as long as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

1 star, the doctors are great, BUT the phones are ridiculous. On hold for over 20 minutes, still couldn't get an appointment. They could've at least said it was busy and got my # to call me back. Very unprofessional. Impossible to be seen as a walk in. Very discouraging when you're already worried about your child.Also after writing this review, I received a letter saying they can't see my child anymore, I'm certain it's because I said the front office is horrible and unprofessional. I do not recommend this office if you have an emergency, I don't recommend them at ALL

Dr. Brooks is a kind doctor BUT the staff as a whole is unacceptably unorganized. The first visit everything was great the kids got in on time but then when my daughter needed her Endocrine meds refilled everything went downhill. I had to leave work early to address this with the Dr. Her referral was never sent and I was given a handwritten prescription so that I could make sure my daughters refill was completed “by my request”. Her referral that the Dr had as a top priority took a week for them to send. Probably longer if I didn’t call them and the endocrine office almost everyday to verify if it was sent. We may be the exception to the rule and I do want to reiterate that Dr. Brooks was as attentive to the issue as she could be BUT it doesn’t matter if everything else is unorganized.

Both Dr Brookes and Dr G are the best my daughter has been seeing them for 6 yrs. She actually likes going to the Doctors. I also have never had any issues with the staff. They are great as well. I always recommend them when anyone ask me for a good pediatrician.

Since the start Sandra assisted me while I was still in the hospital as my husband had to take the twins to see Dr. G. The staff is warm great bed side manners and nurturing to the boys. One twin had club foot Dr. G and Tricia sent over referral in a timely manner and put my son as a priority. I am pleased with the Staff , Dr. G and Dr.Brooks. I refer anyone who is looking for Pediatricians.

If you are on Medicaid, be prepared to be treated like trash. Never seen on time, they make me get my kids naked and then wait up to 2 hours after my apptmt time in a freezing room. But God forbid you are late once, they charge you $25 but they don't gotta pay you for canceling or missing work for them being late. I've never once in 4 years been seen on time.

The office staff is very friendly ! I've had the chance to see both doctors and my kids love them both.. They took great care of my baby while he was in the hospital . Dr.G circumcised my youngest two boys .. (they look great)..and calmed all of my nerves as a worried mom of 3 everytime (for 4years now ). The office and rooms are kid friendly and we enjoy each themed room . I have never left this office feeling unsure or worried about my little ones...

I LOVE this office. Dr Ghaneian is hands down the most amazing pediatrician I know. She has helped me through so much with my baby girl. She is understanding, patient, kind, and genuine. We have also seen Dr Brookes and she is wonderful as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming to us. It is comforting to have someone you trust to make sure your children are healthy. I would recommend this office to anyone! These women are true gems.
