The WORSE Experience EVER!!! Took my 18 month baby with Fever, Cough, Mucus... Doctor checked on her, and too samples for Flu Test, they said we will know same day bet 4-5pm, i called 5:45pm, and they didn't have the results in, Called next Morning after another sleepless night with the baby, after 16 calls got a hold on them, they said that Baby is does not have flu, and the doctor will call me with instructions, after few hours i called again 7 times and the Lady on the phone took my number for the 3rd. time, and after i treatment to sue and complain promised that the doctor will call, after few hours doctor called and apologized , than asked me why the nurse didn't tell me what to do with the baby's condition diagnosed...It took over 32 hours to get treatment for the baby after me calling & begging to speak with the doctor - UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I have been going to Healthcare Partners Pediatrics for 10 plus years and have had the opportunity for my children to have great care. Today I accompanied my 10 year old son. We saw Dr. Dani today for an early walk in appointment this morning and I had a completely different experience. He was demeaning, rude, arrogant and made sure that I knew I was only there to pay the bill and express only one concern that I had. He informed me that if I needed to discuss anything else, I needed to make an appointment to do so because he was busy even though I was one of two patients there. He refused to give us ear drops when I asked and implied I was looking for a class A script by saying "oh...you want pain meds" for what HE diagnosed as a "puss filled ear" and "growing ear infection" AND that I could just do a saline rinse and blow his nose to relieve the pressure. Right. Just what a ten year old boy wants to do when he's in pain. Long story short...There have been some good doctors in this group but the turnaround is huge and STEER CLEAR of Dr. Prashant Dani unless you want to leave feeling like you just came out of a rectal exam. Take your money and run!

Not a bad location, I like everything to do about it. It’s actually close to everything, it’s a little bit isolated from everything and it’s a little bit location wise separated but at the same time it’s very convenient. The location is great, clean, everything is good. Really recommended

Mixed review: I was thankful to see a pediatrician (before he left for the day, his shift was over) as we were from out of town (from Houston, TX) visiting and our son developed scarlet fever. The Dr practically diagnosed from the door (yes, he did do a thorough exam) and gave us a prescription for antibiotics. Yay for the medical team! And thankful for the nursing staff who grabbed him before he left. But then they sent us to a CVS that didn't exist anymore (it had been closed more than 6 months). Boo. So my husband had to track down the script (it was sent electronically) and had a hard time dealing with the staff from Health Care Partners to find out where the script was and to get it filled. Boo again. CVS came through and tracked it down for him and got it filled quickly. So, all in all, my son is on the mend and I'm very thankful for Dr Mamidi for seeing him and being so competent and his bedside manner was fabulous also. We had a follow up with our own pediatrician and she confirmed the diagnosis and told us to continue the antibiotics. So, I changed my mind and gave them 4, not 3 stars:) I'd recommend this clinic.

I have been with them since 2012，had good service all these years till two days ago when I tried to make an appointment for my son. There were some kind of lumps on his feet，but it doesn't bother him at all. I just want a doctor to look at it and see if we need to do something for it. The guy who answered the phone said I need to coming the same day that I call for an appointment， cannot make appointment for advance. I asked him what if there is not the time to fit my schedule？ He said then you need to go to the urgent care. It is really socks. I changed to another office already.

Not a good place to take your little one. Doc doesnt wash hands before examinations, and didnt ask if we wanted to vaccinate our baby. He just left the room and then an assistant came in with a tray full of various kinds of vaccines. Not to mentiom their messy billing department that insited on charging us twice for the same services, would charge us instead of our insurance company, sent letters warning bills would be sent to collector's. Lazy and disorganized. Dont go there!
