I changed to Dr Murphy when my doctor stopped taking my insurance. I have seen some terrible doctors in Las Vegas, but she is one of the worst. She made no effort to help me when I had problems with my legs. Everything I found out about my problem I had to learn from googling it. Even when she referred me to an orthopedic doctor, I had to find out about it from the urgent care doctor that I saw when I got no satisfaction from her. He was fantastic, by the way.

Was there for 2 hrs before seeing anyone, then got 3 different diagnosis from Dr. Noche who totally phoned the whole thing in. Third bad experience here will NOT be back. Would rather go to UMC

Friday Orobeje NPA really came through for me! He got me my meds quickly without any hassles. Being a type 1 diabetic, this is really appreciated! Claudia also did a great job getting the notifications forwarded! I'm glad to be a patient at this medical clinic.

They are always fast. I never wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Since I have been seeing Dr. Murphy my sugars have been in control. Very good facility. *BONUS CLEAN WOMEN'S RESTROOMS!!!*

Due to the insurance change, we were forced to find a new quick care provider. The staff at this office was friendly, but we weren't pleased with the quick care doctor. They did not have the other part of the rapid strep test, so it was a wasted trip, and we had to return or visit another location. Needless to say, we returned, but to wait over 2 hours and still not get seen. We returned a 3rd time to finally get seen (and charged again). Not a pleasant 1st experience at this office. We are hoping, if we are forced to return, we have a more successful visit.

Warning Do Not Go Here. I brought my mom here 3x the week before she passed away..She said her feet felt like needles and pins...... Dr.NOCHE was the doctor she seen every time.Dr.Noche did an xray the 1st time we came. And gave her steroids. That did nothing so i brought her back 2days later for the same problem needles & Pins in her feet. So he gave her water pills which did nothing for her. Finally the 3rd time he gave her pain pills. DR.Noche never bothered feeling to see if she had a pulse in her leg. That was on a Friday . So Sunday I notice my mom's toes are purple and cold so i took her to Sunrise hospital & unfortunately it was to late to save her foot she hadn't had any circulation in her foot for days. The Er Dr.@ Sunrise Said to me. She had lost circulation from the patella (knee) down. My died that Thursday. March 30, 2017 rip Linda Williams. I love you mom. I went to this talk to the office manager here afterwards of course she's not available so they give me a Nathan Adelson Hospice piece of paper with a phone number on it. Surprise Surprise Now im just wondering the ratio of humana senior citizens medicare patients vs senior dimension senior citizens medicare patients are dying because of doctors like DR.NOCHE. Senior Dimensions is way better.

This is where you go when you want to die. The girls at the desk are too buy babbling and gossiping to check customers in on time for their appts. I had to fight to get them to fill out my FMLA forms, which they even lost a page, and they were argumentive and rude every step of the way. Avoid this location at all costs!

I had muy appointment at 3pm arrive @ 2:45 to check in. Now is 4:26 and still haven't been seen by the doctor. Staff is nice and Dr. is wonderful. But I don't know why they take so long!!! I am getting desperate.

Canceled my appointment with my primary care doctor 3 times in a row, causing me to have to wait from Dec 2014 until Sep 2015 to see him. I've been a patient of Dr. Fisher for well over 10 years; it wasn't like this until this company took over. When I tried to talk with the office manager (the person who assured me that if I ever had any problems to call her) she would not return ANY of my calls. I am disgusted, angry and never going back here again. I used to refer people here - NEVER AGAIN.

I've been coming to this location since they closed the Civic Center location with NO notice a little over a year ago. With the exception of my 1st visit, I've always seen Dr. Irwin who has been exactly what everyone wants in a Primary Care physician. Kind, attentive, staight-forward, plain talking, look you square in the eyes kind of guy, you know? Unfortunately, when confirming my last appointment, I was given the terrible news that he'd moved out of state and I'd have to schedule with someone else. For me this is unusually traumatic since I received my pain medication from him not pain management at the insurance company's request. I'm not a surgical candidate due to several heart attacks and COPD plus I've been treated with narcotics for Degenerative Disc Disease for 30 years so I've already had all the therapies, learned the stretches and exercises and gotten the shots (which don't work) which is why the Insurance Company said my pain meds should be treated just like any other maintenance medication I receive from my Primary. Now the 1st doctor I saw, before Dr. Irwin didn't agree. He sent me back to pain mgmt. saying he couldn't prescribe the medication...not wouldn't...couldn't. I found that to be blatantly untrue! A baldfaced LIE. The simple truth was that he didn't WANT to so he lied and said he couldn't. My pain mgmt. doctor just laughed, filled my script for one month and sent me right back armed with the truth. Unfortunately, with Dr. Irwin gone, I'm now facing the same problem. Doctors who allow their PERSONAL preferences to override their PROFESSIONAL duties! Dr. Tu has never seen me before today but had clearly made up her mind before she ever entered the treatment room because within the first 3 minutes and before she asked me anything except the standard greeting "How are you?", she launched into the fact that she was uncomfortable with such a high dose of pain meds. Of course it's nowhere remotely high for someone who's been on narcotics for 3 decades and I tried to get her to explain why she thought so but all she could do was speak about Other Patients who don't have lifelong Chronic pain which, of course, is very different than, say, a broken arm or leg that heals fairly quickly...but she turned colder than ice and accused me of being argumentative! Then she dropped the dosage, wrote me a prescription for ONE WEEK and said I had to come back for retesting because I'd had a bad test A YEAR AGO! A freaking year ago! And it wasn't even a bad test. There's a certain medication that I take for headaches that I only take once in a while that flags these tests...at least that's what Dr. Irwin said when we discussed it. I tried to tell her that, too but she wasn't hearing anything I had to say! Like I said, she had her mind made up before she ever came into the room! So now, not only am I supposed to get my referral in one week (before my meds run out) but I'm supposed to be able to actually get an appointment for pain mgmt. within the week. Yep, I'm just real sure that's gonna happen...wonder what planet she lives on, lol? Anyhow, barring that happening, I guess I'm supposed to go back to her next week for another weeks worth of pills...when she's booked up MONTHS in advance! The girls up front were SO flustered they could barely contain themselves! These ladies bend over backwards to try to accommodate us patients. Honestly, I've got the highest regard for them! They are always smiling, nice and polite even when it's obvious they don't feel so wonderful. But they were having grave difficulty concealing their anger and frustration. These girls are the greatest but this doctor (and I use that term very loosely) sux rox! I've driven from MLK and Craig all the way across town and sat for extended wait times because it was worth it HOWEVER, the only thing this woman practiced was her PRECONCEIVED notions!

Worst office staff in the world. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude, obnoxious receptionists with the exception of Claudia and Delphia. Never going here again. I hated it.

First visit here due to insurance change, unable to see primary care physician assigned, but was placed with Dr. Alonge, who was pleasant, efficient, and more than adequate. I arrived early to fill out new patient paperwork, and they took me right away, even before my appointment time. nurse was very nice and thorough, overall it was a very enjoyable first visit.

Kerry Leavitt

Wait time going on 55 min's after scheduled appt. I was finally called back to be told Dr is running late and you can reschedule. This is after waiting 3 months for this appt. also had disagreement with front desk on paperwork and they finally just printed and my information to verify and update. Not sure why service got so bad, but this has been getting worse every time since they changed!
