Dr. Donald Kwok was great! He was caring and responsive to my questions and concerns. As a matter of fact, when I arrived at the hospital for a colonoscopy, the hospital had no record of his orders. I immediately called his answering service, he called the hospital and got me scheduled. I would highly recommend him and Gastroenterology Associates.

Don't bother going to these folks. I had an appointment at 12:45 PM and they asked I be there a half hour early. I had all of their paperwork filled out before I arrived (35 minutes early). I waited in an empty waiting room (that's right no other patients waiting) until 1:30 PM and left. Doctors who don't respect your time, don't deserve your business. Remember that a Doctor's office is a business and should treat you as a client, not just another billing opportunity.

Worst Dr that ive ever had. Horrific bedside manner, rude and he was backing out of the door before i was even done asking a question.Hes also patronizing, he suggested i order some syrup on amazon then he closed the door. Hes a jerk and i wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

Dr. Kwok was very gentle and patient with my 97 year old mother. She is a retired R.N. and sceptical about most doctors but she warmed right up to him.
