Dr. Candace Spann was incredible. Super patient, thorough, and very nice. I came to her for a checkup after having-a-less than desirable experience elsewhere and she was wonderful. After finishing paperwork there was just about a 10 minute wait and that was it. I'm so thankful to have found her!

I am a 47 year old woman who went to see Dr. Candace Spann for sudden hair loss. Over the course of the last 10 months, I was averaging losing 200/300 strands of hair per day. As of right now, I have lost over 75% of my hair. Fortunately for me, I had a lot to start out with. After just 2 months, 3 visits and using Dr. Spann's product, which she DID NOT push on me, my hair loss has, for the most part, ceased. Now I lose approximately 2/5 strands of hair per day. When first sending in my website inquiry into Dr. Spann's office, I was immediately contacted by a member of her staff who fit me into Dr. Spann's busy schedule as she heard the urgency in my voice. When I arrived at her office, which is beautifully decorated, I was greeted by her friendly staff who were and are an absolute pleasure to come into contact with. I met with Dr. Spann who is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside. She was extremely empathetic to my situation and remained calm which is exactly what I needed since I was extremely worried. She spent a good amount of time with me explaining the "hair loss" process, in depth, and acted according to my given situation. Next month I am scheduled for Dr. Spann to administer PRP on me which she DID NOT push me to do. As a matter of fact, I asked for PRP the first time I saw her and she suggested that I wait and see what happens over the course of the next couple of months as she did not want me to spend the money if it wasn't something that would work for my situation. I am a Las Vegas native and, in all my years over seeing doctors, I have never found a doctor who is more caring and knowledgeable. I want to make it clear that Dr. Spann did not ask me to write this review, I felt it only appropriate since she has, literally, changed my life in the last 2 months. If you are experiencing "hair loss", PLEASE go see her right away. My only regret is that I did not go see her sooner. I am forever grateful...

I am very happy with this doctor and this office. I have been going here for over a year now and have had many appointments (due to the large amount of moles I have). I've never had to wait long, I've always gotten right in. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Candace Spann is wonderful! She actually takes the time to give my moles a complete examination. She will take pictures of them, measure them and then mark the dimensions. I've never had a dermatologist do that before and I've been to plenty. She'll answer all of my questions and explain things to me (which is very important to me) and she is always happy and friendly. After 15 years of searching for a good dermatologist, I think I found her. She is the best dermatologist I've ever had.

It is the most terrible experiment I've had so far. I booked my appointment 3 months out. I showed up 20 min early to complete all the paper work since I am a new patient. Here I was, waited for an hour. I checked up with the front desk (the lady was pleasant but that was the only good thing happened) and found out that they double booked my appointment, and Dr. Spann was behind schedule. And it looked like they had no intention to see me anytime soon. Enough said, I walked out without even seeing her. I am extremely disappointed since Dr Spann was recommended to me my family member. It was a waste of my time because I could have spent that hour looking for a better doctor with greater professionalism.

I was most impressed with my first doctor's visit with Candace Spann, MD. My hair had been shedding (zip lock back full) for months. After seeing four different doctors, and having blood drawn, twice, it was determined I was fine because my blood work results were the "normal range." Dr. Spann took me serious and didn't dismiss my concerns, as she listened intently than shared her story. She was the only doctor that discovered a few things were off with my blood work. She's very detailed orientated. I haven't had a doctor explain health issues in detail like that in years. She is so very intelligent and charismatic doctor, and shows she cares about her patients. I've been using her ReTress hair products she created, and I can see a difference in just two days. Dr. C. Spann is my hair restoration angel. I am Looking forward to my next visit with her.
