Came here with a SICK child and waited for 1.1/2 hours! !!!!! Not normal. I would have no problem waiting if it was a wellness check up but not for a sick child. Leaving this place. Every time I come here its a LONG wait.

Horrible! Had a well check appointment for my 4-month-old with dr. Downey, but the night beforehand , my 2.5-year-old goes down with a high fever. First thing in the morning I call to ask for app for him as well, and they tell me the Dr is all booked, but bring him in the doc might be ok seeing him, since you already have an app with the other child. So that's what I Did! Long story short, Dr Downey DID NOT examine my older son!!!! He said he is too busy!!! How could he call himself a doctor, refusing to see a small child with a high fever, who is already in the freaking room! For God's sake, this is just heartless!!! I'm definitely not going back there!!! Is that even legal!?!?

Hard to get in to see a physician, sick or well have very long waiting time in the reception, because doctors are always hours behind their schedules, hard to get a hold of a physician by phone, calls and messages left are not retuned. Unprofessional staff!

We spent lots of time with these Doctors. Dr. Burford is the best in the Valley! If you can't get Dr. Burford, Dr. Rachael is great too!

I have been taking my kids here now for the past few years and I will not be leaving anytime soon. Everyone who works here are great! Our Doctor is Dr. Downey and my kids love him. I have seen a few other Dr.s when he is not available and they all are great at what they do.

I've been coming here for years and didnt start having issue until more recent with them not answering the phone and having u wait waaay longer than Necessary to be seen by the doctor, so in all you'll end up spending way more time waiting around than anything , I just feel they need to step it up

LONG WAITS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, the waits is alwas 1+ even with an appointment, expect to wait at least 20-30 min. when they take back you to the exam room, the employees at this location are rude and lack of bedside manners. After waiting for almost an hour my appointment was cancelled because I was not willing to wait longer than an hour. The waiting rooms are very small and get too crowded with children and upset parents.

The DR’s here are great and professional. The office staff is horrendous. Customer service skills are shockingly bad. Asked ‘where is this office located’ and was told to check the website. . .good place to go if your child is healthy. If your child is sick- good luck!

The doctors a are pretty good but making an appointment is such a pain. I regularly spend multiple minutes just listening to the phone ring before someone finally picks up and asks me to hold. Then I'm on hold for a minimum of ten minutes, usually more like twenty or thirty. They won't even take your number and call you back! It's completely disrespectful to your clients to make them deal with such an understaffed and/or incompetent reception team. **EDIT** It turns out I like one doctor (Dr. Blank) so much that I'm willing to stay and put up with low-grade service one gets from the non-medical part of the organization.

My 10 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Chib once in October 2018 and she did what a doctor should do. I scheduled an appointment on Friday January 11th, 2019 for my child to be seen by Dr. Chib on January 16th, 2018 at 11:30am. She has a really bad cold and I think it’s the flu! We arrived at her appointment today a full 30 minutes early. I asked the receptionist would my daughter be seen on time and her response was, “all 4 rooms are full and 12 patients are waiting!” WHAT? This is one of those businesses that schedules 10 people for the same time and are actually upset when they all show up! I’ve already found another pediatrician.

Prescribing antibiotics is one thing, but if you want a real Pediatricians diagnosis, attention, professional expertise, I can't recommend anyone in the valley higher than Dr. Blank. World Class Pediatrician. I'll wait any extra time for my children to get the BEST. Dr. Blank is #1.

Been with them for 8 years now and had no bad experience. The last visit 2/2019, has been the first time ever. I jad waited 2 hours and was told I still had 5 patients ahead of me. So I rescheduled. I understand doctors get behind or other issues occur but we can at least be advised about the situation from someone or give options to reschedule. I don't mind waiting, but when you have sick crying babies, it a bit hard to do so. Other than that, doctors are great and I don't think my kids will see any other pediatrics besides Desert Valley.

We love Dr Burford. We have seen several kind, professional and compassionate doctors over the 8 or so years our daughter has been a patient. We are always able to get a convenient appointment even at the last minute if she is sick. The office also has separated ‘sick’ and ‘well’ waiting rooms which I am sure all parents prefer!

My kids see their Pediatrician here, which I have no problem with she is a great doctor. So one day I took my sick son in to get medicine instead of going to Quick Care, and we had to wait THREE hours before finally seeing an "available" doctor. Then when we saw Dr. Blank he was incredibly rude and unprofessional, accusing me of child endangerment for not having the medicine he needs. That's why I went there, to get him the medicine he needs!! I will not be taking my kids to this office anymore. On the other hand, Dr. Greenspoon is a good doctor! It's unfortunate I have to leave, but I will not tolerate being treated like trash by a doctor I've never met before after waiting hours to see him.
