Worst office ever I went for a second opinion with Dr Barnes about 5 months ago he first send me to physical therapy where they treated the wrong area waited about 3 months for mri to be done, after realizing physical therapy didn’t work he suggested a non invasive procedure called radio frequency with plasma transfer after waiting for almost 2 months to be schedule for surgery I get to the office the week of surgery for preop exam only to find out they where canceling the procedure they had just forgot to call and inform me of this which is a common thing at this office they never call back I left several messages when trying to get mri scheduled, but anyways we jumped that hurled and I decided to once again and re arrange my work schedule and schedule for 2 weeks later only to get a call once again to inform me that the procedure date needed to be changed once again after all this incompetence I decided I had enough when I called my insurance to complain about Dr Barnes and staff I was told they had no record of dr Barnes they had another doctor listed as my providing doctor turns out the office was billing under a different doctor that I never saw or even knew. This office has incompetent staff and well after all that sneaky billing I don’t trust the doctors either

The best foot specialist Dr. Barnes first time I see him he found out my foot problem and immediately take care of it . Im glad I my this Dr and I’m confident to spread his name to everybody how good he is.
