I was referred to Dr. Candace Spann by one of her dermatologist colleagues who is in Manhattan NY. She is absolutely delightful. She is a great listener and very knowledgeable regarding her craft. I am so thankful for the referral. I've been seeing her now since August of this year. She and her staff are EVERYTHING! Wonderful staff who are ALL very professional and friendly... Couture Dermatology is awesome! These are true professionals who know their stuff. Dr. Kim has helped me with many of my skin issues and always has good advice. They are very knowledgeable and are upfront with any issue or procedure that is needed. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have never had a problem visit. The staff is always kind, courteous and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Couture Dermatology because, well, they rock!

I wish I didn't have to give any stars!! This place is so unorganized and staff seems like they don't know what they're doing. My daughter was seen by a Deedra Meyers who was just as unprofessional as can be! Deedra seemed like she just didn't care about my daughters skin problem! Will not be goin back!!!!!

I went here with my daughter. She wanted to see Dr. Candace Spann, but she didn't have any availability until January, so she saw the PA, Deedra Meyers. My daughter is 25, with severe acne on her face and back. Deedra didn't even look at her back. She then goes and prescribes my daughter the medication, Accutane. She asks my daughter all kinds of questions like, does she suffer from depression, which my daughter says, yes. Plus, on this medication, you can't have sex, you can't get pregnant, she had to sign these forms agreeing to all these rules. As dangerous as this medication is for someone with depression, she looks at my daughter and says, " You look fine ", and gave her the medication anyway! Just because a person "looks" fine, doesn't mean they are fine! This lady has no right being in the medical field, prescribing medicine that could be dangerous to someone with depression. If you go here, do not see the PA, Deedra Meyers!

My wife is scheduled for a breast reduction surgery. She suffers from extreme back,shoulder and neck pain.Her breast ate 42 EE.Ive been to various doctors and have a VERY prominent Doctor that is a close friend of mine here on Las Vegas and when I told him what this doctor MarvinSpan he was appalled at the lack of professional ethics this guy illustrated.Like a child in a candy store as if he never saw a women's breast before in his life he stated to my wife "I don't know why you would ever want to have a breast reduction". Personally I can careless about a reputable doctor seeing my wife's breast.The lady is suffering in pain this is why? For all you ladies out there think twice and remember what you hopefully read.When your doctor drops his jaw basically saying wow what a nice rack you have perhaps can insinuate when I'm done theyre sure not looking that good.I don't know it's just pretty much disgusting ethical professionalism.

I have been seeing Deedra Meyers for alopecia and it's a very sensitive subject. She has been amazing as well as staff. I have had a lot of improvement in the last 4 months. All the info I have received from specialist and online she has told me. Very confident in her abilities and knowledge!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was blessed when Dr. Marvin Spann called for a meeting with him to explain every option available to me after my double mastectomy. He is very informative and I knew what I was going to do before I left his office that day. I elected to have both breast removed to be safe cancer wouldn't be back in that area or the chances were better. I had my Double Masectomy and directly after Dr. Spann put in expanders that will be used to stretch the tissue in the breast area by filling the expanders with saline. Over time I will be stretched enough to be able to get real implants. After I recover from my implants Dr. Spann is making me special real looking nipples. While We are doing this I am also going through Chemo but with Dr. Spann on my team I have nothing to worry about and look forward to seeing myself in the near future. Dr. Spann is my miracle from above and I am so grateful for our paths crossing. I have absolutely no doubt about his ability and/our knowledge of his skill. I recommend Dr Spann over any other doctor I've had in my 50 years.

Doctor cancelled on us ! Waited 3 months to get in as a new patient , doctor cancelled on us and asked us to re schedule . Guess what : they want us to wait another 3 months . Forget it I will find a new doctor . There are lots of fish in the Sea !

Why would you guys schedule for a consultation and the Dr doesn't even do consultation until fridays ,lie to me when i ask was it going be 100$ they said NO then when i drive 30 min im sitting in there with a medical assistant that doesn't know a damn thing in order for her to tell me it will be 100$ to schedule with DR. .... you guys could have gave me that info over the phone idiots ....run around

1st time here. WORST experience ever. Will not return. Appointment was with Kasie Palmer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. Unfortunately my daughter has been through numerous medical situations over the years, including extensive heart testing and heart procedures, and she is honestly tough as nails when it comes to handling medical situations, both mentally and physically. The assistant in the room was great, but the manner in which Kasie Palmer handled herself as a professional was absolutely terrible, uncalled for, and I would not recommend her to anyone. Zero bedside manner and ZERO communication. No introduction. No assessment. No discussion of treatment plan. No explanation of what she was going to do. Zero communication. Appointment was for 15 year old daughter for wart removal. Kasie Palmer entered the room, said you're here for warts to be removed, grabbed her hand and immediately started using cyrotherapy on her warts. Zero communication. Did not assess, did not say what she was going to do, just grabbed her hand and started. My daughter immediately started crying because it hurt so bad that I had to tell her to stop. I told her to stop so my daughter could catch her breath and calm down. She has a heart condition and I was concerned the stress could put her in AFIB. She waited maybe 30 seconds to a minute and grabbed her hand and continued. She then proceeded and took the cyrotherapy tool to the wart under her nose, my daughter stopped her. Note that I documented on her health history on the paperwork ahead of time that she has a heart condition. My daughter actually had to ask Dr. Kasie Palmer to stop so she could catch her breath and asked her if she could at least hold her head steady, so that she doesn't flinch while she did it. She finished and started to walk out. I said wait. What do we do now? She said "if this doesn't work you'll need to come back in 3 weeks and I will do it again, sometimes it takes multiple treatments" I asked her what do we do in meantime and how do we care for her and she said oh I can prescribe something you can use if you want, she walked out. Meanwhile, my daughter was in excruciating pain. Crying hysterically, bent over in severe pain. The assistant felt bad and applied an ointment to her fingers. We left to check out, still in SEVERE pain. Girl at the front desk asked what was wrong, I told her, she looked at my daughter's hands and said "I'VE NEVER SEEN SEVERE BLISTERS FORM LIKE THAT SO QUICKLY AFTER A PROCEDURE - The blisters were huge on all of her affected fingers. She said let me get someone up here right now and the assistant looked at her hands and immediately took her back to a room to try and ease the pain. Worst experience ever. I researched before our appointment and read reviews and they mainly okay. I don't know if Kasie Palmer was just having a bad day or if this is the way she always treats patients, but it was EXCEPTIONALLY unprofessional. Based on the experience with her and that she is employed by Couture Medical Dermatology, my recommendation is to seek another provider.
